When trying to get tickets to Charlie Daniels May 14th, we automatically sent to Vivid Seats for the ticket purchase. Vivid Seats sent us an email on 4/30 as follows:We fully recognize that fans have varying financial needs and circumstances of their own in these extraordinary times. If you wish to pursue a full cash refund, in lieu of the voucher option, you should contact our customer service team within 7 days. Please note: the large number of events being canceled has massively disrupted every aspect of the event ticketing business; in particular, normal financial arrangements with the box offices, venues, teams, and sellers have been dramatically altered. Timing of refunds may vary, by event, over time, and in response to rapidly changing business and legal circumstances. After days and hours of trying to get through unsuccessfully, I finally managed to get an email to them on the 7th day. Here is their response:Vivid Seats Order SupportThu, May 7, 2:25 PM (17 hours ago)to meGreetings,You recently received an event cancelation notice in error. We are notifying you to let you know your event date has been postponed. If you have received tickets for the event, they are still valid for the new date. If you have not been sent tickets yet, they will be delivered to you closer to the event date. We will email you once a new date is scheduled. The refund request for this order has since been cancelled. No action is needed from you at this time.I do not understand how they can refuse a refund and tell me I have to show up whenever they reschedule with no concern whether we can attend at that time or not. We had to scrimp to get those tickets. We cant afford to just loose that money. I looked on the BBB website. It was full of stories of Vivid Seats taking advantage of customers.Do NOT buy tickets throughVivid Seats!!!
