The store was clean and well organized we were able to get all we needed and few just OMG great finds

Gets a 1 star only because I cant give 0. I went in today for the first time in a while and to my surprise they ONLY have self checkouts. Thats a big disappointment and that was my last time in the store period, no more! The ladies thought it was both funny and Im sure rude that I was telling this to someone on the phone but I guess there will be no more laughs when their out of a job. Everyone needs to think about this when they opt to use a self check out. Regardless of what the stores are saying it really is putting humans out of business.

Actually a good place to get workout or yoga gear. 10lb Dumbbells and kettle bells only $5!

Store didn’t have as large of a selection as other 5 Belows but the shelves were stocked and the self checkout was fast and convenient.

I just love going in this store!! I having actually bought canvases, acrylic paint, brushes, etc and took up painting. Im not an artist by far LOL 🤣😆. But for these prices I can afford to start a new hobby!! Painting is so relaxing!! And they have incense that I buy from there to make my husbands mancave smell better. 😂 They smell amazing. And no waiting in line to check out. They have several check outs where u check yourself out. Love it!!

Since it getting closer to Christmas they have lots of cute room decor. Never have had any problem with this store. Employees are always very friendly, clean store, and nicely stocked..

Went in with my family searching for one thing, instead we started shopping around. Found a lot of little goodies including food items that were one dollar. We found what we were looking for and left. The cashier and other customer service reps were nice and helpful.

Everything here really is under $5, which makes it easy to just throw all the cool stuff you find into your buggy like youre Oprah. But Im not Oprah so when I finished shopping and headed to the register, I was surprised by the total. They have a very wide variety of things, from seasonal to every day items. Cool store. Great store. It was a disaster since it was only a few days til Christmas, but the staff kept the long checkout line moving at a steady pace with smiles on their faces. Many items were comparable to Dollar Tree and overpriced. But I did find a few $10+ items for only $5 and was happy with my shopping experience at this location!

Awesone Selection.

The store is located in a great area but its a small store. Lots of items to choose from, however, it was rather junky. Items on the floor,displays turned over, cosmetic items that customers put back was placed everywhere in the store. The clerks spend a great deal chit chatting with each other than checking customers out.

Love it! They have a large variety of stuff all 5 dollars or under. Will definitely be back. Recommend to everybody!

You got to see it to believe it

Did our Christmas shopping the day before Christmas Eve at Five Below. The line was to the back of the store but only lasted 10 minutes! They had every check out open and moved quickly. Made holiday shopping a little less stressful. They had really cool DIY robots for kids, lacrosse sticks (which my fiance loved and cant wait to teach his son), cool selection of makeup, and I loved the decor!

Everytime weve gone in, weve noticed that most of the staff members seem to go out of their way to be on the other side of the store, making it difficult if you need help. Despite having a large variety of items, there have been several occasions where things were understocked, or simply not put out at all. Store often smells like cleaning chemicals, but the floor is generally on the grungy side

They have a random selection of stuff like t-shirts, books, makeup, board games, childrens toys, novelty items, phone cases, candy, and holiday items. The store is usually kept somewhat organized (as organized as can be expected) and clean. Every time I go in here I can find something to take home. Best of all, everything is $5 or less.

Friendly staff. Well kept store. They have a ton of cool items for young kids and teens.

Always run into pleasant staff. Earbuds are a great value for price ($5) if you shove them in backpacks or pockets all the time. I have seen games here for 5 that are 25 on Amazon.

I love the fact that its not a cheaply made merchandise store. We have bought quite a bit of stuff from there and they have passed our test.

They some good things BUT remember you get what you pay for.

Just a tip for five below. I use my Samsung Pay everywhere. From mom and pop general stores in the middle of nowhere to bending machines at work. It works off you card slider. If it hasnt worked in your store since you opened then maybe you should fix your system. Two and a half hours wasted in your store. Samsung pay doesnt use a chip reader so that is your problem.

This store is great. They have everything from clothing items to electronics and loads of candy. The manager there Lekenya is super nice as well as the employees. This store was clean and organized. I will visit everytime I go to five below in Tennessee.
