The lady I dealt with was extremely friendly. She had my daughters screen replaced within 20 mins and it works wonderfully. Great customer service, easy to deal with, very fast service, and immediate call back as soon as it was finished. I did this all on my lunch break and still had plenty of time to eat and get back to work on time.

Went here today to get my car battery replaced. They are open late so that was super convenient. The employee that assisted me was extremely helpful, nice, polite and informative. I was in and out quickly but definitely not rushed, they just know what they are doing and got it done. They are also way cheaper then the many other places I checked for the battery I needed. What I needed was in stock and at a fair price.

I went in for a front screen replacement on my phone. It wasnt as straight as it should have been so I took it back to have it adjusted. They couldnt move the screen without breaking it so they ordered a new screen and replaced it. Its straight and looks great, and still has a 6 month warranty

I was amazed when I made an online order for same day pickup and less than an hour later received a personal phone call from the store telling me the order was ready. I also received the email, but the phone call was a nice gesture since I am not tied to my email during the day. The associate who greeted me was friendly and efficient. I usually go to the least expensive store for items I want, but when theres no price difference, Ill be coming here because of the superior customer service.

The service is always fantastic. Seem to most always have those odd batteries you need. They will install as well. Prices are quite high on items in the store, but for the battery / bulbs you cant find anywhere else, they can help.

The big black man (James?) knows customer service. Previously, the white guy with beard went through the motions to confirm his assistant. No 18v bulb. But James(?) did More than go thru the motions. The drawer was empty, as before, but he found the box unopened. Lucky me. His black female asst said shed empty the box into drawer. They were a Good Team.

I went here today to get my Galaxy S5 fixed it did cost $164 and I am over the road truck driver so I had to sit and wait for like an hour and a half for James to get back but when he did he got to it fixed it real quick but while I was there I have deserved a lot of good customer service by a gentleman named Brent or Brett Im sorry I dont remember the actual name but he was very very very nice respectful and always willing to go the extra mile to help somebody good job bud an hour down the road now I guess my only complaint is that my phone has a yellowish tint but at least I aint broke no more

Went in today with three different watches, each needing a different battery type, to be replaced. In just a handful of minutes, the staff got all three done and at a very reasonable price! Very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend this business. They also have a great selection of both common and unique batteries and lights.

1st trip was to buy a battery for my cell phone... Didnt have it and told me to order from Amazon and they would install it...2nd trip, after buying the battery, back to business, asked if they had time to install my battery and I had it with me... Clerk looked at my phone and said NOPE, cant install on that phone..I said, the lady told me that you would if I bought the battery... He was very short with me and I considered rude... He looked at me and said sorry about that... I left as there was no reason to stand around...I would not deal with that business as long as that guy worked there... Very unprofessional

I dropped my phone off to get the screen replaced on Thursday May 24th. After them having it all day, they told me they had put on two new screens and neither had worked, and they had also tried my old screen and it didnt work either. They were out of screens and it would be the following Tuesday before they came in. They screens show up Wednesday afternoon, and surprise - the tech had an emergency and had to leave. I was told that they would work on my phone first thing in the morning, and I would get a phone call as soon as it was fixed. Today I FINALLY got my phone back after having to contact them twice to find out if they had even touched my phone, and I had to argue with them because they told me I would have to pay price after the manager told me it would be no charge due to all the issues. I have never had these issues with them before, but because of this ordeal I will never do business with them again and would recommend you find business elsewhere.

I needed some battery and charger expertise so I called this store. I spoke to Tyler on the phone and he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly on the phone.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The employees care nothing about precision or their customers. Do not waste your time at this place. Drive to Memphis or Nashville to a uBreakiFix location. I called on a Monday to get information about getting the glass lense that covers the camera on my Galaxy S9 replaced, and the man ordered it to come in on Wednesday. I called back the next day to make sure that the glass lense cover was ordered and not the camera, and the man who answered said Im not a technician and know nothing about them, but I know its all one piece. I called them on Friday to see if it had come in, and it hadnt. There was confusion as to if the part was even ordered. It finally came in on Monday and when I called (they wont call you), it took them 30 minutes to see if it was there. I went straight there only to be told that the technician wouldnt be there for another hour (couldnt have told me on the phone). I had to wait an hour for him to get back, then an hour for him to start working on my phone, then 30 minutes for him to tell me that he couldnt replace the glass lense (that I asked specifically about). They finally ordered (or said they did) the part I actually needed and it was supposed to come in Thursday... and it magically didnt. I was told that they would call me when it came in, and I never got a call. I will not call back. Do not waste your patience or money with these careless employees.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT let them fix a broken or cracked screen on your phones. Please ladies and gentleman, out of my experience these people will ROB you. I took my samsung galaxy s 5 in for a cracked screen, and $164.00 later they totally messed up my phone. It looked okay when I picked it up, excited and in a rush to get to work I didnt think much of it. I was like hey expensive but cool whatever.. I was on my lunch break a little later and started noticing problems as i was operating it,The screen started to pop out of the phone I could see the bottom lights shine through between the screen and phone casing. And called my wife frustrated . And there was ANOTHER problem, I could barely hear her through the speaker,and I had it turned all the way up. Just to hear her I had to put it on speakerphone. I went the next day and asked for a refund because if they messed it up once I was not going to let them try and fix it. You do something, you do it right the first time. Then they said the could only refund me $82.00... I wouldnt give these people half a star. Unprofessional. All I can do is hope someone who is looking at this place to fix there phone sees this review and stays away from that place. Go to NERDVANA or wherever. I hope I can help someone from going through what I have with this place. I know its a long review but it is what it is and people need to know. From what I hear Im not the only person they screwed over.. Have a good day and dont give these people your business. Thank you for your time

Do not get your Iphone fixed here!! I have an Iphone 7p; I shattered my phone screen and went to Batteries Plus Bulbs the same EXACT day to get it fixed. One good thing is that they were able to get my phone in the same day.So heres what happened. I arrived at the store at the scheduled time which was about a hour before closing. I left my phone with Jason to be fixed. I returned to the store right at closing time and he was finishing up my phone. When he gets done, he brings me the phone but the HOME button is NOT working. So, Im confused at this point because it was working when I dropped the phone off. Nothing was wrong with my phone but the broken screen. I mean NOTHING, my phone was in prefect working condition. So it had to happen when he took the screen off the phone and exposed the interior of the phone. He looks at me and says that I will need to take it to the Apple Store for them to look at it???? Im thinking well I came here because the website says that this place fixes phone screens. If I wanted to go to the Apple Store, I would have did that first. Plus, we do not have an Apple Store in this city. But, Im a nice person so I just listened to him. He says that I will need to use the AssistiveTouch icon that appears on the screen. Im not too happy about this but if thats what I have to do I will do it. He gives me like a $20 discount, which allow me to still pay over $100 for a fixed screen but a broken home button.The next day, I try to a selfie and my front camera DOES NOT WORK. I take the phone back and tell Jason that he messed more up than he fixed. I told him that I do not want money back or to cause any problems; I just want what I paid for. So, he tells me to leave the phone with him again. I come back a couple hours later and NOTHING. My home button still does work and my front camera still does not work. He says he will order a new camera and to come back in a few days. I am fed up at this point so I needed a break from it all.3 weeks later...the screen is cracking in multiple areas WITHOUT me dropping the phone AND my screen completely stops working. OMG?? I could not use my phone at all because the screen completely lost touch sensor ability. I take the phone back for the 3rd time and I encounter a very nice gentleman. I wish I could remember his name. He was very pleasant and I think he should be the manager. He seemed very determined to fix my phone. He put the camera on, that Jason ordered, and replace the screen, just in case the screen I had was defected. He got the screen to work but the camera still didnt work.Summary:Went in with a-broken screenCame out with a-fixed screen-broken camera-broken home button-power/lock button does not work properly-touch sensor does not work properlyI honestly have to hit my lock button 5 times before it wakes my phone. Very frustrating. The nice guy told me that they have been having trouble with these screens so they are working to replace them. Well, I really hate that I had to suffer the consequences of the defected screens. They should have sent the screens back the minute they found out that they didnt work properly. Needless to say, I will need a entire new phone.
