Had caught a blowout and brought my tire there. Kevin Williams, they guy who toiled care of me was great, he saw I was already having a bad day and he helped me out tremendously!! If you ever go there make sure you ask for him he is great!!!
Wonderful service!! Faithful customer!!
The day before I tried to schedule an appointment for an oil change and never received a call it wasn’t available. Attempted to go in the morning to try and see the wait time and the lady rudely told me she can’t say. She couldn’t tell me anything and wasn’t helpful at all. Even if you couldn’t tell me anything at least try to set me up an appointment for later. She did not want my business and I refuse to go to that location again.
Ive had good and mediocre experiences with this Firestone. Nothing terrible though.
Never take your car here unless you want to be over taxed and lied to about what’s wrong with your car! Tried to change me 2,000 n got it fixed elsewhere for $100
Had TireRack.com tires delivered and installed here. No headaches and the price was what was quoted online.
I had a slow leak in one of my tires, so I took the car into Firestone, because they had done tire work for me before. I didnt have an appointment, so it took three hours. I understand that people with appointments come first. I get that. I was told that the puncture was in the sidewall, so they replaced the tire. The quality of work was excellent. I dont know about the price, because the car rental company paid for it. Firestone billed them directly. Not a big fan of the wait time, but what are you going to do? I used the wait time to listen to an audiobook, so the time passed quickly. 🙂 I will use this Firestone again.
Keep my car from 10am to 4pm and still weren’t done for a simple oil change.
I had a great experience with this Firestone and the manager, Randy. I had several issues with my car and Randy was more than willing to help and try to make it fit within my budget. He is willing to listen and explain the technicalities to you. It was a great experience and I will be taking my business back as long as Randy is in charge.
Weekend one. (Two Saturdays ago)Went in, took over four hours for one tire. They said theyd have the rest of the tires the next weekend.Weekend two. (Last Saturday)Went in, told it would take an hour. Over four hours later... One tire replaced. They hadnt ordered the ones they committed to.Asked them to bleed my brakes while it was in the air. They charged me $79.99 for a brake fluid flush that they didnt do. They overfilled the reservoir as well. Picture of old discolored fluid in reservoir for reference. Also asked for a lifetime alighnment before walking around the shopping center. They left me a voicemail telling me my tie rod end was bad, its less than a year old, I replaced it myself. Its fine. They also left me a voicemail telling me my wheel knuckle was bad. I can only assume they mean my wheel bearing assembly because the knuckle is a solid piece of cast iron with no moving parts and its not broken.I will not be returning.
Very caring, talented staff.
Took my car in at 9am to get a tire checked and an oil change. Also asked them to look at the breaks to see if it was time for them to be changed out. Called back at 1pm to see where we were at and the lady working the phones said I was next up. When it got to 4pm and I hadnt heard anything I called again and she said it was going to be done by 7pm. At 4:05pm I received a call from a man at the location that said it wouldnt be ready until the following day. When I told him I had already talked to a lady that said it would be ready by 7pm he said well if she said that then it will and hung up. At 6pm I recieved a call from the same lady saying that it would be a repair job on tire but that was under warranty. She also told me I didnt need brakes just a system flush but did need 2 new tires for the front. She gave me the price and I agreed to repairs while voicing some concern on being able to handle it so close to close of business. She assured me it would be done. At 6:15pm I recieved a call saying they didnt have the tires in stock so that would have to be another visit. When I arrived to pick up my car they were pulling out of the bay and then they stopped. The mechanic got out and aired up all tires again then gave me keys and said it was all good. Cut to today when I get a sensor trip for loss of air pressure on the same tire they were supposed to fix. Obviously they didnt do anything. Im at an impasse where I fear they may not have done anything but charged me for services that were never done. I will not take my car back and recommend no one do business with this establishment. During all this never saw the manager or owner once. Its like the nuts are running the asylum.
Terrible workmanship here. First the front desk has no idea what’s going on in the back and will not give even close to the time estimate, and when I got my car back with the new tire they did not even put all the Lugnuts on. Come to find out they just threw it in my trunk and thought I wouldn’t notice. They cross thread the post, and told me to come back the next day and they would take care of it. i brought my car in there at 8 AM the next day didn’t get it until 7 PM and yet again they did not put the lug nut on and told me to come back the next morning. Waste of time and money.
THEY cancelled my appointment bc of my review. That’s a cowardice approach to customer service. Fix the problem. Not the customer. Employees not knowledgeable of the services they offer. Poor customer service. Rude woman answered the phone. Regardless of the service I requested she responded ‘no ma’am, we don’t do that’. What does “complete service“ mean? According to her complete means ‘not here.’ She is bad for business.
I was very disappointed with the timeliness of me getting my car serviced. I brought it in for a full set of tires 5/23/20. They accidentally broke my wheel lock. Asked me to come back to get the last tire put on. Randy the manager stated he would go get the lock and I would be in and out. He asked me to arrive at 8:00. I did. Another sales person went to get the lock an hour and a half after I had been waiting. I’m still here and it’s 11:30. This is way unacceptable. There has got to be a better way. And I’m past being late for work!!!
HiRandy and his team are awesome. They made me feel like I was the only person that mattered during my scheduled maintenance. I had an issue the following day and without hesitation Randy and his team addressed it swiftly and professionallyThanksSharon R.
VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY ESTABLISHMENT! I am utterly disappointed, and extremely mad. I paid for a lifetime alignment ($200.) only for my truck to drive worse than it had before i brought it in, not to mention after reviewing my receipt/invoice i noticed the words cannot align car!! So I rightfully paid for them to do NOTHING to my vehicle and did not even inform me of the situation while I was at the store. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BRINGING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANYTHING!
Its small and its needs extra people working you have a long waiting time.
Staff was very nice. Got me in right away when other firestone told me a couple hours even though i had a appt. They also said that they called me to cancel and they didnt. That place was at 1095 us hwy 51.
So I get there at 10:25 a.m. they were busy and asked if I could come back at 1. I get back at 1 and my car sat in the parking lot for an hour. After the hour they drive it in, raised the hood and lifted it up in the air. It stayed up for another hour and 35 minutes before a technician took a 2 minute look at it and said he couldnt fix what I brought it in for because he could not make it do what I said it was doing, but that I have this other problem and another. So 3 hours and 45 mins of my day waisted with no solution to my problem. VERY DISAPPOINTED and rather frustrated, more like mad.
My experience at Firestone has always been great! I especially want to recognize Jeremy and Cornall at the Jacksonian Plaza location. These gentlemen are great Sales Advisor. Make sure you ask for them.
Prompt courteous service...
I scheduled an appointment at a Firestone location for an alignment. I wasn’t having any issues with the vehicle, but it was recommended to me that I have an alignment done when purchasing tires so I decided to do so before replacing them so I made an appointment. After two hours my vehicle was serviced and took for a test drive. I was told everything looks fine and that I should get two back tires, but it was natural wear and tear. I got on the interstate and then my car felt as if it was losing control, as if the wheel wanted to come off. I headed directly to the tire shop assuming the issue was my tires. I proceeded to get back on the interstate but the vehicle starting scaring me. So I parked it immediately. The very next morning, I then went to the closest firestone location. I was told that it would be hours before my vehicle could be viewed. I received a call from the store manager stating the vehicle would not hold an alignment and that I needed additional parts. He informed me he could not see the notes from the other shop, they could take it back to the other shop and that my vehicle would not be viewed until Monday. I was shocked, and the fact that I couldn’t get a rental vehicle this time of day on a weekend. I also explained how I couldn’t believe a simple alignment could do so much to an almost new vehicle that I only drive. I then called the other location and the store manager stated he could work something out and if the vehicle was not aligning he would refund me my money. I received a call back and was told he didn’t know what the other location was referring to but the vehicle was aligned, ready for pickup, and that he drove it himself. When I received the vehicle back the wheel had to be turned to the left in order for the tires to be straight and every curve seemed as if I was about to lose control. I was terrified to drive the vehicle but could not trust Firestone to be honest with anymore, which is a horrible feeling when you think you are working with a trusted company. I took my vehicle to a chevy dealership. The technician instantly could feel what I was observing. It was discovered that my controller arm and ball joint was broken and that my vehicle was not properly aligned. I was instructed to turn on my hazards lights because it was not in a safe condition. Soo…. After replacing my controller arm, an additional alignment, all which was $498. My car is still not right. I can now go over 40 without it shaking uncontrollably, but now I’m headed back to the dealership today. So that we can see why the car still has a slight jerk, but for sure it’s more money. I have cried and cried. I carefully chose this car based on the condition and mileage. Just because I’m a woman doesn’t mean I’m clueless or an easy target.
Mr. Phillip and his crew have shown the utmost professionalism and great customer service. They were able to fit me in for an oil change on a rainy Saturday. They were very welcoming and helpful. I drove from Pearl to get my oil change prior a family trip. In addition, they are promoting the local boys and girls club. I appreciate their work. I would definitely suggest coming here to get your automobile serviced.
I always go to Firestone for all of my vehicle maintenance and repair. Always a job well done.
Left oily footprints in my truck 😔Disappointing
Let me start by saying I bought two sets of tires here in the past year. One set for my truck and one for my wife. No problem with my truck; great job. My wife truck, on the other hand, I hardly know where to start. First just after I had the tires put on, they were not balanced correctly. When the truck speed reached 70 mph, the steering wheel tremble like crazy. It took two trips to get that fixed. Secondly and the last straw, there was one tire that would not stay inflated. During the summer months, it was a very slow leak. I put air in it every now and then. The tires were new so I didnt think I should be adding air at all. Drop it off one day and told them I would pick it up at lunch. Went back at lunch, it was not ready but I had to get it because I was headed out of town. Told them I would bring it back later. Fast forward three months later, as the weather got cooler I began to add air more often. Drop it off one Saturday about 9:30 am. They kept it all day, call me about one hour before closing asking if I want them to change the oil and a couple more things. I told them no, just fix the tire. Then the person began to tell me they could not find a leak and that the tire was fine. Now Im really upset because they had my truck all day to tell me that. In short, I went to another tire store, they found a nail in the tire and its been fine ever since. I will NEVER step foot in that store again.
I wish I could give a zero rating. I set an appointment for 7am the previous day. I made it there at 645. I was the first car there and one of the workers was inside counting money. I advised him that my appointment was at 7am. I work 45 minutes away and had to get off work early to make it. I went across the street to work out and by 745 my car still hadnt moved but other vehicles were being serviced. Why the hell do you set appointments if youre not going to stick to them? This is the second time this has happened and I definitely WILL NOT be back. I was a loyal customer for 2 years.
I’ve purchased Bridgestone tires for my daily drivers at this location for many years.I restore collector cars, and they do a great job mounting tires for me on old or reproduction rims. They are careful and meticulous in their work on these expensive or priceless wheels. They are always busy, but I don’t mind waiting for the level of service, respect, and experience that they deliver.
Won’t be back. Sat and waited for 4 hours, while they consistently told me it was almost ready. Saw multiple customers come in after me (without appointments, because I asked the customers) and get in and out before me. I honestly think they forgot about me, and realized it later on. I will NEVER go back, nor will I recommend anybody to go there. The one bright spot was the ONE kind girl behind the counter. She was the only one who seemed legitimately concerned with my wait time.
I simply love Firestone! Ive had all 3 of my vehicles serviced there and I get my tires from to there.
SLOW AS MOLASSES.
Overall, I feel this is a pretty reasonable place to get your car worked on.But, I also feel like they dont want to update their equipment or go that extra mile to help you out. The wait times can be long and the people at the counter, at times, pretend that they dont see you or that youre just not there.
I have been coming to the Firestone Store at 1435 Jacksonian Plz Jackson, MS 39211 for years and have been only mildly satisfied with each visit. Today was the last straw. After bringing my car in for a flat tire months ago and needing an emergency tire, I was told because of my special tire size, theyd have to order one from their warehouse. I said that was fine but wanted to know what kind of tire it was. I was told the only thing they had in stock was a brand Id not heard of and they assured me it was a sub brand they carried. Seeing as it was the only option, I told them ok, even though it was more then i wanted to spend for a cheap tire. 6 months later, I went it for another issue and they told me that tire had a knot on the sidewall and needed to be replaced. I told them I bought the tire from them just a few months ago. They looked it up and confirmed that it was their tire but they didnt provide warranties for that brand. I told them I wasnt told that at the time and they just shrugged and said they only stand by their top brands. I guess to Firestone it was worth keeping $100 than a customer. Stay away from Firestone.
Now I remember why I stopped going here. Just needed an oil change and 9.99 inspection. Checked in about 9:30 left at 1:45pm. I only got the oil change nothing else. Last year they wasted oil all over the inside of my daughters Infiniti. Not going back again.
Visited for the first time the other day. Location is very clean and staff was friendly. They were busy and an oil change took about an hour to an hour and a half but they were upfront about it and car was ready soon after they said it would be. Will be using for basic maintenance. Ill update review if anything changes.
Never have I been to a place that so consistently takes so long to perform basic automotive services. I have come here several times, and although the staff is incredibly friendly, they are also incredibly slow. I waited 4 hours for an oil change (after being told it would be a 2 hour wait on a Sunday morning) because an employee could not drive a standard transmission and let my car sit abandoned. After being assure this was a one-time deal, I returned to get new tires added onto my car. Again, I had to wait more than 5 hours for my services to be completed. I was told it would take 3 hours for my car to be serviced, went and ran errands, and returned three hours later to see my car in the shop, but had to wait an additional 2 and a half hours for an oil change and new tires to be added.
Timely service very clean nice staff. Manager very helpful on tire pricing and knowledgeable of tires.
My car was towed to this location because it did not start even after trying to jump it off. They performed a diagnostic and told me it was not the battery when I asked specifically if there were any issues with it. Their diagnostic was an IPDM issue that only the dealership can handle. I took it to the dealership. They ran their diagnostic and it was the BATTERY! Replaced it and my car runs fine now. NEVER GOING BACK TO FIRESTONE!
Friendly staff. Generally quick service. Do not try to push products or services. Overall honest and decent value.
This place is a ripe off. I really believe that they will create another problem with your car so you will have more things to get repaired. Very disappointed, will notify BBB about this
They got us back on the road and driving safely so quick that youd think they were completing an F1 pitstop, not replacing badly damaged tires on a VW. They were friendly and helpful and are the heroes of our road trip. Thank goodness for the excellent crew at Firestone!
Cornall is the BEST! He should open up his own shop
I received exceptionally helpful and fast service at this location.
Went to this Firestone for an oil change, what need did the technician have to go in my trunk, I don’t know, but he some how messed up my latch that locks my trunk ( I don’t know if he slammed it down or what), but I complained about it and the customer service rep (Jessica), tells me it was already messed up (a lie), so the manager offer me a free oil change next visit, so I call days before to make and appt. the service rep. tells me the earliest he can get me in is 12, I tell him that’s to late, so he tells me to come in at 7 and he’ll have me out in time (another lie, gotta be at work at 11) it’s 9:30 and I’m still sitting here my truck hasn’t moved. Even with and appt. they are still slow, but I guess I was getting a free oil change, that’s why.
Developed a slow leak requiring immediate repair. Firestone Store was the nearest (and only!) location available on a Sunday afternoon. Service from Ryan and Jason was outstanding. Repair done on time at very reasonable cost.
Firestone is the best places good quality service
We had a flat tire on our trailer and they were the only place in town open and with our size tire. After going to 2 of their competitors, we were ecstatic to find that they were open and had what we needed. Although, they were extremely busy they bent over backwards to help us. Matt truly saved the day!
They didnt know how to reset the low tire pressire message on three different occasions and didnt try to find out. Told me the pressure is fine, you will be okay . Good luck if you go there. Been a regular Customer for 15yrs, going to Goodyear service center.
Friendly service and they dont try to sell me what I dont need. They are willing to let me know what may be needed in the future so that I can plan and save.
Thanks Jeremy and Robert for getting me back on the interstate safer and sooner than expected. After have a tire blow out!
We visited this location on the beginning of January to have a fuel pump replaced and the first mistake they made was telling us the car would be ready the same day which was Friday went there and it was not ready said it would be ready Saturday morning. Saturday came and they proceeded to tell us that it would be Sunday, Sunday came the tech was not in. They had the vehicle 3 days running diagnostics just to tell us that the fuel pump went out, which is what we already told them day one. Second they charged us $500 for a $300 dollar part. The total came out to being $1100 and they originally said $800, wasnt gone 2 hours and the check light came on. The next day took it up there and waited 2 to 3 hours for them to tell us to take it to the dealership for an issue pertaining to the fuel pump they just replace. After that I have called trying to speak with someone in corporate for 3 weeks and no one still has not contacted me.
Took my truck there at 730am.. I was told it would be ready by noon.. I called back at 100 pm . They said my vehicle was next . Made it there at 530pm.. They had never moved it from where I parked it ..NOBODY CALLED OR ANYTHING THEY LIED ALL DAY ..SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. .WILL NOT GO BACK AND WONT DARE RECOMMEND ANYBODY !!
Great service. Although sometimes it takes a while - as I guess at any auto repair place. Competitive prices too.
Too long of a wait time. Then I paid almost 1000 dollars to have my brakes done. That was yesterday. and on the way home it smelled like breaks were burning. It makes a screeching sound now when I mash my break pedal and they left 2 of my valve stem caps off. They emailed me for a rating of their service. I did not give them a good rating today. So, this afternoon I received a phone call from the lady that worked there and she was very rude and abnoxious because she received a copy of my review and rating!!! Who does that??? I ! Now I’m out of all that money and my breaks are not right . She said “well all you gotta do is just bring it back”! That means I will have to sit there probably 10 hours!!! I have a family and a job. She acts like my time is not valuable! I will never go there again!! My advice for everyone else is “Run! Go elsewhere!”
Stopping in Jackson was not a part of our plans, but due to the death wobble in our truck, we didnt have a choice. We called Firestone first thing to see if they could help us out. Ryan, the manager, was not completely familiar with our problem, but did not hesitate to call his connections to find us someone who did. While Firestone mechanics did not help us directly, Ryan and his team showed us they really care about their customers and their safety and getting mechanic work done right. Thank you, Ryan!
We got there and we were told it was a 20-30 min wait and to get the tires on. After a hour and a half she told us she didnt know how much longer but we were up next.We had our 7month old son with us and he was getting cranky and we were getting hungry. We finally went to get food and returned 30-45 minutes later and the car had finally been taken back and wheels off but nobody was working on it. All but 3 employees had already gone home. Our check in time was 4:18pm and we didnt leave until 7:00pm WHEN THEY CLOSED! The guy who checked us out tried telling us there was an oil leak, which is complete b.s. along with about 50% of what he tried to tell us what else is wrong with the car. They had no respect for our time, and it was all around very poorly handled. Thanks for the new tires, but you will never have our service again. This was the most ridiculous wait time Ive ever had and just all around poor service. Would give yall zero stars if i could
Cornel is the best, great service and prices, great people customers, and workers, thanks Gerald
Great business my whole family goes here for oil changes.
My wife went here needing some brake work done. We got the rotors changed(all 4) and new brake pads. She had to go out of town that wkend. Before she got to memphis she noticed a scrubbing noise. They did not put her vehicle back together correctly. The fenderwell was falling down on the tire. That repair was handled by a memphis store. Her brakes are still making a squeaking noise. She was told to bring it In the following morning after calling to complain. When she gets to the shop they tell her they cant look at her vehicle until some time afternoon. This type of poor customer service will not get repeat customers. We will most definitely not be using their services ever again.
Fast, friendly service
I hate to give a poor rating because the customer service in the office is great; however, the work completed on my car was not. I have visited this location at least 4 times. First time was to get a back tire repaired; had a nail in it. After repair, started going flat within a week. Took it back; they stated they repaired it once again. The tire pressure light came on within 6 days; took it back a 3rd time and also expressed that since I picked my car up on the 2nd visit that my car shimmied around 70MPH. They stated I needed 2 front tires (which I purchased) and couldnt find anything wrong with my previously repaired tire. Left, with my 2 new tires and my car still shimmied at 70MPH or so. Plus, within just a few days, my tire pressure light came on.Took it back yesterday, I purchased a new back tire. Left for work, car shimmied once again! And, how about 3 miles down the road, tire pressure light comes on. Pull into another tire place, check my air pressure...Only 25 in the new tire; calls for 36.Also, took my car to someone else and they balanced my tires. Driving awesome now!I know this long but Ive worked with this location on several occasions and Ive been able to work with several of the people. Great people! But, their technicians out in the shop did not do their job on my car. Im terribly disappointed because its a convenient location for me & the staff are good; however, I personally will not be recommending this business or revisiting it anymore.
They had my vehicle for a couple of weeks, replaced the oil pump and fixed other issues, yet still my oil pressure was dropping. Very honest people, were unable to find a solution so they did not charge me. I would use them again and I highly recommend.
They were real busy so I didnt get to see the service. But they were real friendly. Had to leave after 2 hours of waiting
This place is rediculous. Snail paced service for one, scrached the hubcap on my brand new honda for two. Went in for a flat fix, looked out the window and my hood was popped, all i wanted was a flat repair. Staff is very unknowledgable and i had to wait 6 minutes for them to answer phone calls before they spoke to me standing right there in front of them. Unproffesional to say the least.
Their website says there open till 7. I go in at 6 with a flat tire and they tell me there closed. I’m from out of town and no other tire shops are open in the area. If you advertise your open till 7 you should stay open those hours.
A good place to go for good work but stay on top of your progress of your vehicle.
Firestone does good work, wait time is long because they are usually busy.
Service was fast and good. Little pricey though.
Called and priced a tire. The guy said come by 6:30. I made it here at 6:05. I didn’t get seen until 6:19. The young lady, Tina said the cutoff time was 6. I told her that I was TOLD to be here by 6:30. She told me I wasn’t. To keep myself from being disrespectful, I just said thanks and walked out. Smh. They lied and I wasted a trip while riding on a doughnut
If you go in, ask for Cornall Jones. He went out of his way, and put a tire on for me. He will have my business again.
Really really helpful. Had a problem on a long road trip and had a great guy nice Chris help me out. Love Firestone and I really recommend this location specifically.
2 hours for an oil change when you are first in line. Shame
Very great service and people, they make sure that the job is done right.
On-time service, accurate, and friendly staff. Thanks Jessica
Great ppl, very helpful.
Very friendly and professional. Only complaint is the time it takes to get something done. An hour and a half to patch a tire? Come on guys.
The Wait is ridiculous it was after three o clock and I’ve been here since 12 for a oil change. I Would not refer anyone to come here for anything.
Friendly environment with service aimed to please
The front attendant she was very nice and helpful..
Firestone works on commission and will try to sell you things you dont need, especially motor oil.
Had an appointment, still didnt order my filter ahead of time..ended up waiting 3 hours for an oil change that i had scheduled. Terrible.
Terrible place. Never go there!I waited from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. to change oil and do overall check. They missed my alignment while doing that. When I went back to discuss this with them, they told me with an attitude that I might have run over a bump!! Unbelievable!
Came early. If have to wait is clean, with coffee and wifi. Service nice.
Terrible, there is always a problem every time I come here. I understand that we are all human and make mistakes but its a mistake every time I come here. They will change your oil and not put your top back on or change your tire and not put the centerpiece back in your rim, etc...
Top notch, clean location, timely, will to take time with customer, and keep customer update as problem occurs.
They make sure you are welcome and taken care of. I have never had a problem with this company
Helpful but expect to pay big time
Needed my oil changed and new front brakes/rotors. Took them OVER THREE AND A HALF HOURS. In fact, I decided to check on the status about 2 hours after they put my truck on the lift, and the ONLY thing theyd done was drain the oil. Ridiculous. To be honest and fair, I was about 7 minutes late to my appointment, so Id be a little more understanding if they were backed up and I missed my opportunity to get worked in, but they had my truck on the lift within 10min of me getting there so its not like they were that busy. Seemed to be more of an issue with the number of people actually working rather than them having too many cars to work on.To top it off, I spoke with the manager to express my frustration with the wait time and to ask why they couldnt have let me know it was going to be so long (so I couldve gotten a ride or something), and he spent more time defending his employees than he did actually listening to my concerns. If you value your time at all, go somewhere else.
Had a blow out and They got me in and out and i appreciated that!!!
The price they quoted me on the phone was different from the price they charge me in the store. I will not be back or recommend this store to any of my friends
Brakes serviced. . .started squeaking next dayGrade: C-
The screen shows the tire symbol so I went there to check. They said nothing wrong on my tires and cost me $24.When I back home I tried to check by myself so I saw the big screw on the one of my tire.I didn’t know how they work?I went there again to ask them so they suggested me to change all of tires.Do you think I have to trust them again?
The guys here are awesome. I have never seen the place not swarming with people, so Im obviously not the only one who knows they know their stuff.
Devin was amazing
I got a couple of tires and Evan they changed my oil
Been here 3 times and had to sit and wait for over 5 hours each time. Very inconvenient if you have things to do and need your vehicle. I got my tires from here less than 2 months ago and one is losing air already. Please don’t stop here unless you want to wait for hours and don’t have anything important to do.
Best shop on this side.of.town.
The go to mechanic shop for both my car and truck repairs from minor to major.
Had a appointment at 12, didnt leave until 2. The worker was taking a cigarette break and others were standing around talking
