I completed an online application and request for more information for a 2021 Nissan Rogue on a Tuesday evening and honestly had been car searching for a few weeks - all the sales folks were either snappy or didnt have inventory. I had no expectations but felt it was worth a shot. I heard back from Neal Kotlarek bright and early the next morning. He reached out to learn about my needs, wants, and what I was looking for and then went into next steps. Often when you connect with a car salesperson, you feel pushed or rushed - I felt none of the sort with Neal. I felt like he was genuinely interested in helping me vs making a sale. I work from home and he was also very thoughtful with the times that we would connect with updates and making an appointment to come in and look at the vehicle. By Saturday morning I was driving away in Ruby (thats her name). Not only did he make the experience feel natural and fun, he made it special. When I arrived Neal and Matt Walsh had a bow on my new truck and were ready to take pictures. Then we spent time going over the paperwork and all the business details - and then we went and took more pictures! My mother came with me and they were very welcoming to her as well. Even Kathi at the front desk was nice. It was about an hour drive from me, but I am telling everyone who compliments my truck and that I know that it was absolutely worth it. If you are looking to make a new purchase or lease - this is the dealership to go to! My experience with this team was remarkable. I felt like more than a customer and I am sure that you will too.

I went in this dealership. I had a Nissan Rogue rental and I could not figure out the navigation system and the phone connections. I walked into the dealership, the receptionist asked if I needed help. I told her I was not a customer but I needed help with navigation system. She got me a salesperson that was a tech savvy Guru. His name was Ken. I told Ken that I was not a customer. He said I will help you. Help me he did, he was very patient and showed me how to work the different systems that I had trouble with. He also said give me a call if you have trouble later on. Excellent customer service and I wasnt even a customer!

Raleigh is great. He went above and beyond. I got a great price on my vehicle. My only issue was that I wasn’t sold on the rims the car had. Raleigh paid to have the rims sandblasted, powder coated, and painted the color that I wanted so that I would be happy with the purchase. My Range Rover Sport was delivered to my house and I couldn’t be happier.
I had lost my key fob to my 2016 Nissan Altima, I called Jackson Nissan was put in touch with the service department, I spoke with a very friendly and outgoing lady named Jessica she is a hustler and very polite and kept me up to date on the work being done on my car, also they took care of a recall that I was unaware of for the hood latch. I highly recommend Jackson Nissan for their customer service! My 2020 Murano was having a problem accelerating and was therefore unsafe to drive. The dealership near my house could not get me in for 2.5 weeks. I was really stressed because I was going to need to rent a car for $533/week until my car got fixed. Then I called Jackson and spoke with Jamie. He was understanding and thoughtful, and squeezed me in the same week! The work was done really well and Jamie explained it all to me in an easy to understand way. I highly recommend this dealership and will return again even though they are thirty-some miles from me.

I have only good things to say about my experience at Jackson Nissan. I purchased my Nissan Murano from Jeromy recently and he was able to expedite adding seat heaters to my vehicle. I also received top dollar for my trade in, negotiating was quick and simple. Matt made sure all the paperwork was completed in minimal time AND my vehicle was delivered to my doorstep eventhough I am an hour away from the dealership. Prior to my purchase we were able to get as much done ahead of time before I picked up my car. I recently bought a new/used vehicle from Jackson Nissan and couldnt have asked for a better buying experience. The sales staff was really understanding of our needs in a vehicle with out pressuring us out of our budget. They were able to show us a variety of vehicles that matched our criteria and helped us make an informed decision on the best vehicle for our family. Their finance department worked to get us an amazing rate and prepared all of our paperwork for a hassle free delivery!
I wanted to highlight one employee in particular who went above and beyond and delivered excellent customer service. Jess was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and patient with every one of my questions. When I found out she had been with the company for less than a year I couldnt believe it. The level of knowledge she had and the way she communicated with me about the updates and status of my transmission repair is something I would never expect a non-mechanic to know. I would have believed she was in the business for more than 10 years. Nissan is lucky to have her.In fact, when I purchased my car from Nissan in 2015, I had a terrible experience and had ultimately decided I would not be a return buyer. The salesman sold me a car that met my two key conditions I provided: 1) heated seats, but not leather, and 2) automatic car starter. When I got home and could not figure out how to start the car I returned to the dealership and the salesman discovered I did not have an automatic car starter. The manager asked if I would help pay for half of the install and said that it would have to be installed through a third party - not through the manufacturer. After discussion, they agreed to pay for it all, but after I asked about the extended warranty I bought through the dealership and how that would be covered if a third party was involved with any work on my car, they said if it was deemed that any issues arose because of work done by the third party that the warranty would be void and that the third party would be on the hook for any damages and that I would need to work through them. They also decided the work would be done by a shop that did not have a website or facebook page, so I wasnt confident in their work or ability to stay afloat long-term to even potentially handle any issues. I ultimately decided to walk away with a car that did not have the automatic car starter I was sold and the mindset I would never do business with Nissan again.Luckily, my extended warranty brought me back in for work that would be covered on my transmission. Jesss professionalism, knowledge, patience and extra effort to make my experience 5-star has shifted my mindset (and she has no idea of my prior terrible experience through the dealership - and is the reason my likelihood of revisiting the idea of purchasing another Nissan or recommending to friend is even likely vs definitely not ). I understand the dealership is also under new management. I want to thank Jess for an amazing experience.

My wife went to Jackson Nissan because she saw a 2015 Ford Fusion SE on their website. The salesman Ken helped her with the sale. She brought the car to the house for me to look at it. Right off the bat I noticed an exhaust leak and then checked out the engine, the oil needed to be changed I could tell just by the smell. Ken took money off for the exhaust but said the car did have an oil change and referred to a check list. After my wife purchased the car, I checked the oil life of the car, it was at 20%, so much for their check list. My wife picked up everything for me to do an oil change. I started doing the oil change and quickly found out what my wife was in for. The oil filter was seized on, I spent most of our holiday weekend fighting with it, that filter is not coming off. I have 45 + years working on cars and trucks I knew that the check list was fabricated. After she drove the car, more than a test drive, she noticed a noise in the front passenger side. I drove the car and that noise is caused by a worn strut. I am so glad there is a check list. So my advice to my wife is sell that POS ASAP. Needless to say my opinion of Jackson Nissan is that they are not a reputable dealership. When it comes down to their used cars, they fit the used car salesman stereo type. My opinion of their check list is its only legitimate if you get up from behind the deck and actually go look over the car with check list in hand.My wife will be calling the dealership when they reopen after the holiday weekend to see if they will step up and, at the very least, fix the oil filter problem. Ideally replacing the struts as well.UpdateWe took the car to Jackson Nissan Monday morning, after the 4th of July weekend. The service department did a good job fixing the oil filter problem and did an oil change for my wife. Additionally, she has a problem with the car shortly after leaving the dealership, the service department took the car, checked for the problem and corrected it without a problem. Needless to say, my opinion of the service department has changed. I am pleased with the professionalism and customer service of the department.

We live in South Carolina and my wife wanted a white armada platinum with tan interior and a few other features so we found this one at Jackson Nissan. While their “techs” didn’t have much idea about the issue I was trying to resolve, I was amazed to see how willing and helpful Jessica was over the phone to go over various options with me for my Armada. Hopefully this is indicative of a turning point for this dealership in terms of great customer service. I wish someone in service technician Would’ve spoke to me too but in terms of my interaction with Jessica I am very happy.
I had an issue with my Nissan and the forward collision sensor going off. I took it into service and they hooked it up to the machine and reprogrammed it. A few days later the sensor started acting up again, so I called to bring the car back in. The service manager was booked out for a few days but I told him I was going on a trip the next day, so he said to just come on in and they would work my car in to help accommodate me. They got the car in and found the sensor had a faulty wire and got it replaced and got me back on the road so I could take my trip safely. Thank you guys for being so accommodating and helpful!

I bought a car last year around the end of summer, I’ve only gotten to drive it maybe for a month. It has an electrical shortage and drainage in the battery and the dealership thought it would be a great idea to send a 19 year old home in a car that won’t start unless it’s jumped everyday😆thank you nissan!! What made me write this today was that I was driving to work and the radio, the lights, EVERYthing went out and my car completely died. Thank you for letting me drive off the lot with a car I can hardly drive AND have to pay for! I normally would never bash anyone or any company, but this is wrong. Give yourselves a pat on the back for this one!! Lmfao
I bought a used Ford cargo van with my credit for the first time in my life at Jackson Nissan.I applied for auto loans about 20 times at other car dealer shops but they were all denied even though I had credit score 720the reasons were1) I made my credit card only 7 months ago2 )I had a very thin profile with little credit historyThe finance manager(sorry I forgot his name) at Jackson Nissan already knew what my problem was and connected me with 2 banks(Ally bank, Capital One) and got me approved from Ally bank. In addition, he explained all the details for me. Other car dealer shops never explained me why exactly my auto loans were denied.This vehicle will be used for my cleaning business and achieve my american dream !!I really appreciate for your help !!

Unfortunately my husband and I did not have a good experience with Jackson Nissan. I didn’t feel that there was any organization or communication with in the facility. It all started before I even purchased my vehicle they claimed that he vehicle wasn’t available and there was a price difference from online to in person price. The vehicle was indeed was there and available for purchase it was just in service. I was then told it would take 1 hour for an application approval for a loan however, it took well over 4 hours and I never received a phone call I returned on my own a little after 5:00 pm. Upon returning learned I was not approved and would have to go to my credit union the following morning. The next day I returned and our salesman wasn’t there. No one new anything about the vehicle I was purchasing it was very frustrating. Again we waited another couple of hours along with signing paper work. We finally got the keys to leave only to get home and I can’t lock my car. I call them back and I was told oh come on back we will change the batteries. We go back to Jackson Nissan and was asked did you know you had another set of keys. No we did know there was another set. We then had to wait again this time was another hour at least because the boss was showing someone how to use their new car. Then 13 days later lights began to come on in the car. Called them to see what I could do and was given suggestions. Well some of the suggestions should have NEVER been suggested. Things told to me that I knew were absolutely not true! Was given the opportunity to bring it in to have it looked at and was told the lights came on because of a low voltage code. That still doesn’t make sense to me. Well anyways sorry for the long reasoning but I do not feel like I would return. This wasn’t the best experience and on day 13 of having the vehicle being told basically deal with what was happening instead of trying to help someone out!One last reason my niece just also had a terrible experience so therefore I would NOT recommend Jackson Nissan to anyone!Side note I do like my new car!

Awful. I test drove a vehicle there and my wife noticed the check engine light was on. Told salesman, who assured me he would have whatever it was repaired. Thinking that I was being wise, I asked him to repair it before I purchased it. Got the vehicle back, and check engine light was off. A couple months later, took it to the shop for a coolant and oil leak. The mechanic told me there were codes in the vehicle. I said that it was strange that the check engine light didnt come on. Upon further investigation the mechanic called me and told me that he found the check engine light taped over from the inside. It was on the whole time. Complete frauds. I have filed a complaint against them with the AG of Michigan and will possibly be seeking out a lawyer for this too.

The service department at Jackson Nissan is a disgrace to the Nissan name. The day I showed up to have my vehicle serviced, there was a sign on the door stating their license had been pulled by the State of Michigan. There was an employee on premises who assured me it was a paperwork issue and that they would be back up and running by the end of the day. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and left my vehicle there for service. The diagnosis was bad fuel and I was told to drive it for approximately 500 miles and that would clear out any bad fuel. I had a bad feeling when I pulled out of the dealership and my vehicle stalled, but again, gave them the benefit of the doubt since they performed diagnostic tests. Needless to say the vehicle did not show signs of improvement after several hundred miles so I made a follow-up appointment with Graff Nissan of Okemos. Graff Nissan provided EXCELLENT service and diagnosed the problem promptly. I called Jackson Nissan and asked for a refund because they clearly did NOT diagnose the problem, yet charged me the diagnosis fee.The service manager at Jackson Nissan was patronizing and unprofessional. He clearly studied up all manner of excuses for poor service and attempted to blame me for their shortcomings. I would rate Jackson Nissan service an ZERO. I work an second sift so my wife takes care of our business. Taking our 2011 Traverse to Nissan for warranty work four weeks ago . They replaced the rack and pinion steering because it was sticking. Replaced it then started to leak so we had to return the car. Drive it home about 5 miles .Checking power steering fluid to find out no power steering fluid.the service manager Jamie Ballard was very rude. I would not take your vehicle do Jackson Nissan for repairs.

Nissan doesnt even deserve one star. Nissan is junk will never own one again and if Grant was still here he would get an earful. Never again will I go to Nissan. Will not take it back in 2 transmissions in a year.
Oil change. Did a good job. Supposed to have free oil changes for 2 years but was told that was with the old dealer not with them. Still only charged $9. Not bad. Did not wash the vehicle.It seems when a dealer gives you a service commitment, that should continue even if the dealer has new owners.

Great dealership Super friendly and helpful . Jackson Nissan Was able to give my family a safe car for our kids to drive! I would recommend to anyone to go in for yourself and experience the new ownership of this facility.
