I brought my Audi in on a scheduled date to diagnose issues and repair my vehicle. It’s been there for over a month now and work has not even been started. The last time I called, Wednesday sept 16 I was told a car was in front of me and they would get to me as soon as possible!! Well, my car has been there for over 4 weeks, how is a car in front of me? The service department is terribly slow, and they wonder why I don’t get routine service done there. They are lucky I don’t want to start over in this process, but I will never bring my car there again. I’m actually seriously thinking of trading it in for a Mercedes whenever I finally get it back….

I really dont understand the concept of 2 Audi dealers having different charges for the same service. Furthermore I dont get buying a part from one Audi dealer and having the other put on the part but no warranty because it didnt come from there location.

Absolutely horrible experience. I had bad experience with Audi where they always do the job half and have to return multiple times to the service and pay them again to fix the issue they have created.I have bout a Range Rover from another dealer out of state and took it for a service (Supposed to be an oil change and Alignment only) yesterday April 20th and one of the tires magically got change to a different model and the only response from them is that did not touch the tires. I do not think they understand that someone who pays that type of money for a vehicle expects a better service.Do not buy any vehicle or take your vehicle for service to this dealer. I should have learned from my earlier experience but will take my vehicle to out of state dealer from now on.

Service manager, Rod, was great with our service on our range rover. Had a loaner car waiting for us when we got there. Called and let us know when it was finished.

Crazy high prices for service, and not great service. Told me things that I needed to fix that were not necessary. There work was the cause of my problem. Didn’t advise me of oil sludge problem when they replaced oil pan.

Rod Loper in the service department is perhaps the most valuable employee here. After the purchase of my car he went well past his responsibilities in helping me get everything I needed for my car. If it was not for Rod I would still be going without. It took almost 2 months to have everything I should have had the day I drove the car off the lot. Thank you Rod for everything you did!

Listen to the BS answer they gave me. Be warned. They are bottom feeders.My was at their shop for 2 1/2 months. To save money they let a mechanic drive it home to diagnose it. I had no idea until after. They entire time they had us in a rental or a loaner. We got to drive like 4 different cars during that time. Volkswagen worked with us to get things done. As I am a vw enthusiast. I will never give up on vw. But ritchey auto has a some management issues.EDIT:we noticed multi bolt for crucial mechanical parts missing or loose bolts. These are bolts that should have been torqued to a specific number to prevent this from ever happening And here are pictures of things we are findingI will be contacting volkswagen on this

Definitely do not deserve 5 stars. After purchasing a vehicle from this dealer, the vehicle needed new tires, new brakes, new battery, and maintenance work done in less than three months from purchase date . The proper tools needed to change a spare tire wasn’t given with the car . After purchasing a car with this dealer, the service drops to unprofessional . You can never get your salesman nor the finance manager on the phone after they get your money . Long story short, Save your time and money these people aren’t worth dealing with .

Volkswagen Jackson is by far the worst dealer I have had to deal with in my 67 years. They kept my car for six months and finally allowed me me to transport home with new body dents and missing body parts. In six months they failed to find that there was problems with the air bag, ABS brake system, electronic traction control and that the key locks in the ignition. I am now going to take it to a reputable dealer to get it fixed. This is after they asked for and received a $3,200.00 deposit for repairs.

Ms. Caroline made my car buying experience smooth and I ended up with a car that I love. She’s very knowledgeable about the vehicles and extremely patient as I had many questions! Worst place ever. Was told only $500 to fix convertible top. Once got there they tried to charge me 3500 and when I told them I couldn’t afford to do that they wouldn’t put the top back down like it was. Basically ruined my car and wouldn’t make it back driveable like it was. Considering lawsuit since they are not willing to make it right. Will update.

Volkswagen service department is trash since Mr. Haywood is no longer there. I have gotten all of the service done to my car since 2014 and the service department was perfect until Mr. Haywood left. Now, they never return calls, so you have to keep calling. When you drop the car off for a scheduled appointment, there always seems to be questions about why the car was dropped off???? ITS SCHEDULED SO YOU KNOW WHY IT WAS DROPPED OFF! I dont know where Mr. Haywood is, but if Ritchey Automotive does not get him back, we (me and all of my friends, neighbors, and family that drive VW, Audi, and Jags) will NEVER return for service. Several of my family members have already began having their service done at other local repair shops for much cheaper. When Mr. Haywood was there, everything ran smoothly, he always had a great attitude, and there was never a question about WHY my car was there for a scheduled appointment.

I have been extremely disappointed with my experience here. It’s been two months since I purchased a Range Rover from this dealership. I had it delivered to my house in Arkansas and the car showed up damaged. The back end of the car had been damaged in transit. I wanted to return the car but after talking to dealership they ensured that they will take care of all the damages and reimburse me a $1000 for all the trouble and delay it would cause me. Having believed them, I signed the deal. As soon as it was signed, it seemed everyone washed their hands of it. I had to make numerous calls to get the repairs paid for(which took a month). I still haven’t received the reimbursement check. The car didn’t have the features advertised. Due to the damage in the rear, the trunk locking system is not working correctly. The body shop told me that I would have to take it to a Land Rover dealership 150 miles away. I sent a detailed email with all the pictures and messages exchanged back and forth between me and the dealership to upper management. Didn’t not even get an email response back. Would not recommend anyone to this dealership because of my experience. The sale was misrepresented, they did not keep their word, and I am left with incurring additional costs due to damages. Poor way to do business.

The term “Service after the Sale” doesn’t apply to these guys. YES the Sales Guys are great, however if you’re wanting a “One Stop Shop”, this is not it. My friend purchased a vehicle from the Jackson location, and had only driven the car 3 days after having it in their shop for over a week for a broken headlight bulb! YES! A FRIGGING HEADLIGHT BULB!Once she returned to get the car, guess what happened? THEY LOST THE CAR!“All the King’s Horses and All The King’s men spent 30 mins looking for the car only to find it being washed. Which ALSO tells me they didn’t start on ANYTHING until 30 mins ago!The Sales People? Awesome! Just like a Good Waiter in a Restaurant,! However at the end of the day... you blame the Cook (Service Dept) for having a “Bad taste in your mouth!”PLEASE do your research! You’re not only investing in a nice vehicle, but you’re also investing your family’s lives while on your Road Trips!

Caroline came in on her day off just to help me with my purchase. I had dropped the car off the night before however they were not able to fix a few small issues due to the lack of parts. Knowing I was disappointed in not being able to take my new car home and there were no loaner cars available, Caroline drove my car to me when it was ready so I would not be without....all on her day off. She is awesome and a real asset to your company. Thank you so much Caroline.

Aweful dealership. Its hard to even make appointments. I had to call 3 times to call to make an appt for my service bc they said they never got my voicemail. If you are selling high end cars, your dealership needs to be up to par to meet those standards. Every time I come, i have to wait way longer than promised and usually they never have a loaner car. How on earth do you operate as a dealership without loaner cars? Even my lexus dealership in Schaumburg, IL had better food, drink, seating options and a loaner every time no matter what service you were getting. At this dealership, all they have is 4 chairs and a small side table with 2 chairs. Its very disappointing. The fridge has NOTHING to drink, not even Water. If you are making clients wait 2+ hours, you better make your facility meet the standards of range rovers and jaguars. If I had other options in this town, I would not come here to buy a car. Go buy a jag/range rover from somewhere else or just stick to a Mercedes or lexus.

I was told when I purchased my vehicle, I could always get a loaner while being service. Today, I showed up at 10:30 am. I was told there are no loaners but the wait is only 1.5 hours. So I decided to wait. It is now 2:04 pm and I still haven’t seen my car. There goes my Saturday. This is the Audi I’ll purchase.
