Grand Design Flooring is an absolute awesome flooring store. Their merchandise is top quality as is their staff. They have one particular installer that is first rate. I’ve had a lot of flooring installed and have seen no one as qualified as their number one installer.

Tony, the new owner, was incredible! After explaining to him that our carpet needed stretching, he assessed the situation, scheduled a day and time that fit our needs. He was punctual, professional, and solved our problem in little time. Thank you for saving our carpet.

Very good service and Im happy with the results. Teal understood exactly what I was looking for. The whole process was surprisingly quick and the installation went very well. Im happy with my new floors.

I bought carpet squares from them and had very poor customer service when I discovered that some squares in each box had coloring that was slightly lighter. I sent them numerous photos but the person in the office was not empowered to say anything, that was left to the owner or manager who was never available.Finally, the owner/manager told us that it was up to the manufacturer to agree to replace the defective tiles. After about 3 months, this finally happened.Thank goodness this was a DIY project so I didn’t have to involve an installer and there was enough correct carpet tile so I could finish under the pool table before it arrived.They should stand behind their product and empower their staff.

Previously, I had used Grand Teton flooring and had a great experience. I went back however, they were extremely busy. I decided to give these guys a try. I regret that decision.

The only reason I gave them one star is because there was no option for no star. After several weeks of unreturned requests for status update on our order, we are told it has been lost, in fact was never ordered! And he failed to inform me of this both on my 2 visits to the store and 2 follow up phone calls. Ill call the manufacturer and get back to you. If this is how they treat customers on the front end, I shiver to think what might come later. Fortunately for me, there will be no later.

What a JOKE!!!!! Owner is pompous. Over priced floor coverings. The showroom is cluttered and looks like a second hand store. It is interesting that the only positive google review came from the owner. Kmart is probably a better option!!!!
