Recently moved and the carpet inside the house was original, not maintained, and had all sorts of stains and smells from kids / pets.I looked all over for someone who could get the job done but everyone was at least a month out. The prices was also outrageous for anything decent.Someone pointed me in the direction of Simple Flooring Solutions and I met Tony. Tony knew everything there was to know about flooring and knew exactly what would fit my needs best. He didn’t try to up sell me or get me to buy super fancy, unneeded products.Tony was able to get me in within two weeks, was able to get the 1,000 square foot job done in one day, AND smoked the other stores prices even though he quoted me for more carpet than the other stores.I could not be happier with the quality of care and work that I experienced. I highly recommend him and his crew!Oh, he also would have removed the old carpet for no cost unlike everyone else. I just wish I would have known!!

We bought our house about 4 years ago. After looking at the 20 year old carpets throughout the house it was long past time to replacement ALL of them!We shopped in Ann Arbor, Brighton even up in Novi, but we found the CROWN JEWEL of Carpet Professionals in Jackson, MI. Simple Flooring Solutions and its Owner Tony exceeded everyone of our expectations.We had a wonderful experience start to finish with Tony!The price was tight, the carpet was name brand and top quality but it was the installation crew on the job that sealed the 5 Star review. They were wonderful to work with. VERY experienced! The 2 flights of Capped Stairs came out PERFECT (see pics). Spectacular installation, large furniture moved off and back on the carpet. Place was cleaned and vacuumed before they left. We were so pleased at their work that each crewmen got a VERY NICE tip.I cant recommend Simple Flooring Solutions and Tony high enough! I called on a Sunday, thinking no one was going to answer and I would leave a voice-mail. However, Tony answered and was willing to come to our house on a Sunday with samples of flooring. Not only is he a good sales person but is very persuasive on colors for flooring as well. We did not think we would love the white flooring he suggested but now that it is in our house we are so in love!With COVID going around we hit a few snags along the way on getting the flooring in. (None were his fault). Tony was so understanding on how to rework the schedule and always had a suggestion to get everything done. We did not have any problems with having them here.We highly recommend Tony, and his flooring business. Not only did they give us a time frame on when the flooring would be done but it was done within 3 days instead of the 5 days he gave us.They did a lot of moving of the our big furniture as well as heavy beds. They were very understandable on what we wanted. And the house was spotless when we would come home. They NEVER left a mess and everything was placed back to how it originally was when we would leave for work.

I was looking to get our basement carpet replaced and decided to get a quote for our main level flooring and stairways. I got quotes from empire and Simple Flooring Solutions. Simple Flooring Solutions had the best price and the best financing options. Tony let me take home several samples as long as I needed and was only a text away when I needed during the process. He worked to put in the flooring as soon as he could. Our choice in floor was delayed (not his fault) and he said he planned to credit my account 2 payments!! It wasnt even 2 payments behind in delivery. The flooring had to be put in in stages due to shipping and every single worker was friendly and professional. Tony kept in touch the entire process. We are in love with the new flooring and the house is so much easier to keep clean. We went with Lux Vinyl Flooring in the house and on the stairs. We went with Carpet in the basement. I needed a lot of tile and carpet removed. All the work was done with quality.

We got solid advice, a great price, and felt very comfortable through the entire process. Its great to work with a local business. Hands down the best place to go for any kind of flooring Jackson. I have used them for carpet, laminate and now plank flooring. There are never any hidden charges or fees. Everyone is super nice and no one tries to up sell you on more than what you want or need. Highly recommend!! When I am ready for the next room in my house I will definitely call them again!

My mother had a bed room re-carpeted about 3 years ago and it developed a couple of waves. I was concerned about her tripping as she is 88 years old. I called one place in Jackson and the installed said he would call back to set up a time but never did. I then called Simple Flooring Solutions and spoke with Tony. He returned my call the same day. We set up a time for him to come out and look at the job. He was right on time. His installers were very busy but he was also concerned about my mother falling and he squeezed us with a day and appointment time that worked for me. His installer team arrived right on time (which as you can tell is important to me. I am old school) and had the job knocked out in about 30 minutes. I am very pleased with the work that they did and the price was very good. I would certainly recommend them to anyone that would like carpet installed or have an issue with their current carpeting as we did.M Gard

This is the third time I have used simple solution. They are by far the best carpet installers. Tony was so helpful picking out our carpeting. Todd and his helper were very prompt and worked diligently to complete the job. Cost was in our budget. Would totally recommend them to anyone!

If I could give Tony and his crew 10 stars I would. We shopped around quite a bit before giving these folks a try. Almost every one acted disinterested, or werent very knowledgeable about their products. Tony showed us options we hadnt even thought of. His pricing was spot on, and his customer service was EXCELLENT. I say this as someone who ran his own business for 20 years. In a time when customer service doesnt seem to mean much, these guys (especially Tony) went above and beyond. He made several trips to our house with samples, and even took care of the wall base trim as part of the installation package. We have him working on some options for our bathroom right now. Hes the only one Ill be recommending for flooring from now on.

Tony was amazing at helping us pick out a variety of flooring options for different areas of our home. We have used Tony several times since we’ve moved to Jackson . He’s very knowledgeable of his product line and able to answer any questions . He’s always very pleasant to deal with. We’ve had the same wonderful carpet installer several times now over the last 19 years and his work has been amazing .

I have only enjoyed them for one day but I LOVE the new flooring that Tony’s crew installed! Even my big dog who is shy about any flooring but carpet likes it! They just finished and helped me move my furniture and hang doors back up before they left. Excellent work from his crew of Donald, Andy and Brandon and very fair price! I had 3 bedrooms, a bath, living room, dining room and a hall done. All together a bit over 900 square feet. I will be back when I am ready to do my my next flooring project!.

Tony was super easy to work with. He came in and took measurements and brought sample boards so I could see the different options in the rooms I needed carpeted. He communicated with me whichever way was easier at the time (text, phone call).Wait time for product was very quick. He worked with my schedule and had his crew come in on a Sunday to do the install so it could be done in time for Thanksgiving. His prices AND customer service blew the competition out the window! We will be giving him a call when we are ready to redo the bedrooms next year!

Called to schedule an in-home estimate for kitchen flooring installation. Took “Tony” 2 days to call back. Then they did not even bother to show up for our consultation. We waited for an hour, called them repeatedly. Nothing. Very disappointing.

We were replacing the carpet in our basement and stairs and had went to multiple places, talked to the sales people, got measurements done, and then researched reviews for all of them. We decided to buy from Tony as he was the only one that was 100% honest and upfront with us. He was the only one that set realistic expectations. He also had asked us where else we were looking at, we told him, and he told us what to expect from them and after dealing with the other places, we found out that he was correct on everything. Tony offered to lock up the store and to come out and measure our house immediately and give us a quote. So if you do go to his store during business hours and its locked, hes probably out measuring someones house.Tonys installers were great. They were very nice, respectful, and made sure everything was ok so they could do the best job they could and they did an incredible job. The carpet looks great and our stairs look fantastic. We are very pleased with everything from walking into the store the first time to the install being completed.I would highly recommend Tony and Simple Flooring Solutions to anyone and we will definitely be going back to talk to Tony when we are ready to replace the floors in the rest of the house.
