I love going in there because I get good service from nice people. They are as sweet as their candy is.

The chocolate covered Oreos get me every time :). The Chocolate Covered strawberries are also great (they usually do those once a month).

I actually went to Gilbert chocolate in the Briarwood mall in Ann Arbor. I got some Reese cups and dark chocolate pretzels. Both items were outstanding! The quality of ingredients was top notch. The price is fair, it’s more than the grocery store but the taste is at least twice as good as store bought chocolate. I highly recommend Gilbert chocolates.

Chocolates are reasonably good. We were put off by the only employee there acting very odd and unwelcoming, to the point where we considered leaving without purchasing(replying to reply - this was at the mall location between 7pm and 8pm yesterday. A lot of weirdness about not knowing how much of a box we would fill as we were choosing items and how it would be more expensive to purchase one way vs another)

THE BEST CHOCLATE IN JACKSON!! So yummy. Like beyond great! Made locally with recipes passed down for generations. I had a dark chocolate covered pretzel and PB cup. LOVE, LOVE LOVE!!

I simply dont feel safe going into a store that is unconcerned with my health and safety. During a time when our healthcare workers are fighting every day to keep us alive, places like this are making the pandemic worse. Please consider more appropriate, less petulant signage, and implementing practices to keep us all safe while shopping and eating.

Great chocolate and pleasant help!

I had bought your chocolate pretezels thru your Amazon app. Even thu there was 3 small freezer packs in the package every bag was melted and all stuck together. I was able to break a few piecses off to taste them. The chocolate tasted good but overall I was very disapointed with all 3 packages.

I went in there for the first time today. I have received their chocolates as gifts and they were really great. I got fudge today. The prepackaged peanut butter is pretty good although I wish I had a little bit more peanut butter. I also got the sugar free chocolate peanut butter from the case. It was very dry on the edges and tasted stale which was disappointing. I probably will stick to the chocolates from now on.

I love Gilbert Chocolate. I love the candy, the staff is awesome and I have know the owners sense they bought the place. They are very respectful and they are doing a great job. Thank you Gilberts for being the best chocolate around

Stopped in here earlier and tried the fudge and I’m telling ya Mackinaw has nothing on this stuff. No lie if you love fudge you HAVE TO try this absolutely the BEST!!!!

As the cousin of owner, Brian Krichbaum, we were lucky enough to receive Gilbert Chocolate bars at the 60th anniversary party of Brians parents! They had special wrappers commemorating the event and were a very excellent dark chocolate! This was our first experience with Gilbert Chocolates, but it definitely wont be our last! We look forward to being future customers and taking their factory tour some day! 🍫 ☺

I ordered Gilbert chocolates online for stocking stuffers this Christmas and they were absolutely delicious. Im super picky about chocolate (who wants to waste calories on something thats meh?) and these all hit the mark. They were packaged nicely and delivered promptly. This was everything I was hoping for and more out of a local-to-Michigan chocolatier. I will not only order from them again, I will recommend them to my friends and family.

Absolutely love the chocolates, the chocolate is so good you almost hate to put anything else with it. But love the Sea Salt Caramels, the Somores,, the Chocolate covered Pecans, and the sugar free caramels.
