I absolutely love this place!! Excellent customer service every time I go there or call and place an order! Alexis--an employee there--is BEYOND helpful and is a breath of fresh air! Employees at this location is the epitome of what exemplary customer service should be! Kudos to you guys!! Keep up the great work; it isnt going unnoticed!

I love the pineapple pops! However I was rather disappointed when they refused to place my order because they were closing 1.5 hours earlier than the scheduled closing time for an out town delivery. I truly expected a company of this magnitude to have the capability of accommodating local consumers as well...

Placed an order for my sisters birtday. She has a twin in Memphis so I ordered her the exact same thing from the Edible Arrangements in Memphis. They sent me pictures and my sister in Memphis had twice as much fruit. The arrangement from this location had more green filler than fruit. I will NEVER order from this place again. Should have read the reviews first.

My daughter, my husband and I have ordered many times from the Jackson,TN store and enjoyed their fruit arrangements. What has happened to the CUSTOMERS SERVICE at this store is atrocious. My husband ordered a surprise fruit arrangement for Valentines Day early to deliver on Feb 12th. I received a call for delivery at 1 pm that day, but I wouldnt be home until 3 pm and arranged for delivery at that time. At 6 pm I get a call that my arrangement is the last one of the day and he had a 35 mile drive to deliver it. I needed to know, what was the delay? I was told that Corporations are to be delivered to first, and then households, so your arrangement has been sitting since 1 pm and had to wait. What! My husband called to verify with a manager who confirmed that Corporations were first. We asked for a refund and told the delivery man to take the arrangement back to the store. The manager said that this was called a casualty of the holiday. We will never be this stores casualty again, and I recommend you arent either. Go elsewhere unless your a Corporation.

Husband ordered a week before Valentines Day and I never got the delivery. When I called, the lady asked if I wanted to come pick up my order. My husband paid $14 extra to have it delivered. She also asked if they could deliver it next day. I felt like that defeated the purpose. We will never again rely on Edible Arrangements for our special occasion.

I live 450 miles from my mothers home in Dyersburg. Ordered a birthday arrangement for her 80th. She loved it! Shared with family and friends. Everyone enjoyed and was impressed with quality. Great job!

Dont expect your arrangement to arrive before the business closes. Second year in a row that delivery was hours after guaranteed. Last year that I will use Edible Arrangements.

I placed an order before valentines day and they ask me when I would like for it to be delivered in said before 11:30-12:00 noon and the lady said no problem well they finally got it there after 4:30 pm and the girl I sent them to had to wait for them to get there after they called her and said she would have to come pick it up ..... ruin the surprise..... she finally had to wait on them after she got off work to come and deliver them over four and a half hours late then I sat on hold for 20 min to speak to the manager and still didnt get one

Bad reviews. I was thinking about ordering an arrangement but after I read what other customers said that changed my mind real quick. I have a son that I was going to order and arrangement for living 10yrs after a diving accident that left him a quadriplegic but not now!!!!

They did a great job on my sisters edible arrangement. Thank you all.

I ordered an expensive arrangement for the PT dept that helped my aunt after her amputation. I ask for it to be delivered between 10-11 a.m.....its 12:48.....still no arrangement. Ive called them 2 times......its on its way.....JACKSON TN. IS NOT THAT BIG!!!!! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! POOR POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!

The strawberries arent that sweet for the price you pay, and my hubby says the lady who works there had an attitude.

I was told that my delivery would arrive around 3pm. I called again around 3:30 and still no delivery. I called again around 5:40 and still no delivery. Maybe pick up would be better for this location. I live in Texas so pick up is not an option.

Perfect last minute gift

I ordered in advance and my order was not ready when I arrived nor could the person give me an estimate on how long would it be before it would be ready. Poor customer service. I did get a refund. Thanks!
