Wonderful little coffee shop. Great staff. Excellent coffee. Even picked up some beans for home!

We happened across this little coffee/tea shop while we were in town for a baseball tournament. Very neat little building and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The barista was very welcoming and polite with my highly curious daughter and very patiently answered all of her questions. I had a wonderful rose infused strawberry iced tea concoction sweetened with honey and it was outstanding. We will definitely stop in next time we are in town. 👍👍

Me an my sister always come to this location today there was guy in there who didnt want wash cup out or didnt care how me an my sister coffee was made my sister always get blondde with extra carmel to the guy charge for everything i was tellin him how make it n minds. Wasnt sweet at all n my sister coffee wasnt hot i told him he told me its the cup that feel that way

I enjoyed my smoothie (dr. Smoothie) and the blondie coffee drink was delicious as well.

Cups in general is just a good place to get coffee, tea, and chill. I’ve been to all of the locations and there is not a bad location. For this location in particular, I have never had an issue with its drinks or staff. I come here when I am on this side of town and I am never disappointed.Prices are reasonable for what this place is, but if you go to Cups with any level of consistency, get a rewards card.

Great people to see in the morning they give positive outlook for the day and also like Japanese coffee jacket the lady was wearing I want one of those made me feel at home

I love cups and Ive always been a big fan. I study here semi often and its a good place to focus for a little while. Although sometimes since their stores so close to the country squire the smell of tobacco can be almost overbearing unfortunately.

I live close by and love coming here in the early mornings to read and drink a hot cup of coffee. The staff is very nice.

The best coffee in town hands down. Coffees, lattes, cappuccinos or whatever they make them all and do it better. Last but not least they even make smoothies for the kids, so come to cups because cups is where it is.

Cafe food at this place - super tasty. food was so delish. the service was sociable and attentive.

I’m really surprised about the positive comments on this location — I usually like Cups but please go to any other branch, lol. It smells weirdly like cigarette smoke and when I went home all my clothes, my bag and even my mask smelled like stale cigarettes — not a good look. There’s minimal art, the walls are bare black with scuff marks where chairs have rubbed paint off. Also, the barista complained to some customers (not me) that his previous order had failed to tip on a big order, which is so weird and uncomfortable! Others Cups locations are way nicer and more professional!

Great little coffee shop! Great selections and the barista was incredibly friendly! Was kind and accommodating to my slightly picky kid. Definitely plan to stop in any time Im in the area.

Favorite drink here is the Chai Tea latte... It is my weakness. From smoothies to warm and cold coffees, I always enjoy my visits to a cups!

Amazing coffee, and lovely staff!!

This is a great, peaceful coffee shop. Easily accessible on a frontage road, I was surprised that this Cups location doesn’t stay packed. Most of the people who come in are professional/graduate students or young professionals looking for a quiet place to work, so the noise level stays low. The music isn’t overbearing, and don’t let me forget about the business itself: coffee! The coffee is tasty with Mississippi-roasted fresh beans. They have a variety of brews each day including (but not limited to) dark, medium, flavored, and cold. The teas are fantastic as well. I suggest getting some local honey added for a little sweet kick. Enjoy!

My friends and I decided to stop in for some coffee and a snack and I am so glad we did! The coffee was delicious. I was surprised to see a Cortado on the menu. It did not disappoint. It was such a quaint place to sit back and relax, study, or just visit with friends. The barista was super friendly and kind, too. We will be back! The prices were super reasonable as well!

Cups coffee will always be my favorite. The baristas are friendly and helpful. The beans are great, and so are the blended drinks. Its a good place to study or meet friends.

I wasnt sure what to get, so I told them I wanted a good, strong coffee flavor, but I also wanted dessert...in the same cup. They made a drink that I think they called a Brunette and it was perfect. Theres a really cool area out back to sit and chill, also.

That head barista is very personable and knows her coffee. I never have to decide what to get. I just say surprise me and Im never disappointed.

Awesome local coffee shops, worthy of your patronage.Cozy stores, or small chains, like this are common in the Pacific Northwest, but I havent seen many like it in the South. The staff is knowledgeable and if you tell them what tastes you like or how much caffeine you like, they will steer you to the perfect cup.If you have time to sit and enjoy your beverage, you get a real cup but if you have to go, you either get something disposable or bring your own reusable one. They do carry a selection of cups for both travel and home use.

The quality of the coffee and tea here is rather outstanding, but that is about it. The bathrooms here are par, and it goes the same with the staff. One of my biggest complaints with the coffee shop is the limited space. There are often a lot of people, and it gets very difficult to do things like study or work in here. I would recommend that you stop bye, and leave to go enjoy your coffee somewhere else rather than here.Yet, the coffee is still amazing.

Theres something magical about a place with friendly people who will make you a fantastic cup of coffee and leave you alone to read or write or whatever your heart desires. Such a cool atmosphere.

The staff was very personable and the service very quick. Unlike other locations this one was not at capacity during Sunday afternoon. I recommend it for Sunday work and action plans.

Staff is very friendly, coffee is very good (Im a huge fan of the mocha iced latte, with whole milk). The reason Im giving two stars is that some time this year, a cigar lounge moved in nextdoor. Ever since, this location has smelled awful. These conditions are inappropriate for the workers, who have to sit in that second-hand smoke, and guests who are coming to the location to smell fresh ground coffee, not smoke.Im avoiding this location, but would very much like to make it a part of my daily routine once something is done about the working conditions and air filtration.

This is my go-to meetup place. Its quiet, snug and homey. They make the best versions of all the Cups coffees, teas, etc. There are two private rooms, a side seating area, and a back patio in the courtyard of The Quarter. Oh, and free WiFi makes it a great place to study.

Competent coffee fares but the place reeks of cigarettes and cigar smoke because of the smoke shop next to it. And its another place in Jackson that refuses patrons with CCWs. Its Jackson, Im not carrying because its fun, its because its Jackson.

Coffee is good but majority of the staff are rude and pretentious. interior needs an update. lame stereotypical indie/acoustic covers of hip hop/R&B songs are usually playing.

This is a good local Jackson chain, but it wasn’t incredible. Sunday staff is short handed at some locations, apparently, as I was told that there wasn’t a barista on the clock so I had to settle for drip that could have been better. I’m open to trying it again, but be prepared to expect an issue.

Not the best Cups location as far as customer service goes, BUT definitely the best atmosphere for working. Not a lot of noise and most other patrons are respectful.Cups Coffee in general is by far my favorite. I never go anywhere else if I can help it.

I went there yesterday and I love this quaint little place. I got the chocolate/caramel frappe with espresso. Plus I got the monster cookie which has M&Ms, chocolate chunks with oatmeal in it. Also it didnt cost alot either.

He was very rude and condescending

Tried calling multiple times between 8:00 am and 8:30 am to order a box of joe, not once did anyone pick up the phone. Went to their shop to oreder there and wait until it was done. When I ordered the young lady paused then decided that you need to order the box of joe a day ahead of time. Now this doesnt make any sense, not only have I purchased this many times in the past but what possible value is there in a 24hr notice. I asked the young lady when they had changed to a 24hr notice she told me that shed been working there for 5 years and it had always been that way. She restated the she was not going to make the coffee. I went to Panera Bread right down the road and got exactly what I wanted. Turns out I should thank Cups, I found a higher quality, lower priced coffee because of their poor customer service. Thank you for helping me to find a better place for my business.
