Nasty dirty disgusting display case full of bugs and moldy food. I asked them why didnt they clean it or at least let the flies out of there. The supervisor said they dont serve the food in there. Im fully aware of that but seeing as though I had to hear 3 personal conversations take place while waiting on my beverages I assumed they may have had time to actually clean something. There were crumbs everywhere napkins all over the place and I have to stand and look at moldy food and flies while waiting on something for someone else.....because you could not pay me to eat or drink anything in there. And I was highly upset that my parents wanted anything from here as well. Because its disgusting in there and none of the workers have a sense of pride or ethics because if they did it would reflect in their work. So I hope who ever the actual manager is gets this under control because we wont be back in this nasty store period! Pictured below is moldy egg bites and large well fed house flies....oh but no worries...the supervisor said its normal for flies to be in the bake case...because its summer 🤦🏾‍♀️ Lord help us all

As busy as this Starbucks location is, customer service and hospitality are never lost in the crowd. These attributes are supreme and demonstrated consistently.

Starbucks is good. Apparently, they’re too good for biscuits though. Asked for a sausage and egg biscuit and I got two rolls ripped from a thanksgiving dinner. My sausage rolls were good Starbucks.

Dont want to disparage a institution so here goes, I felt as if I was being rushed, then the cashier asked what type of foods do you usually like I thought it was a great question for a 5yo .. I dont feel comfortable with so much shade.

The lady at the register didnt know what she was doing. She put in the wrong order and the barista made the wrong drink. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, they made me find a way to dispose of the erroneously made drink. That should not be the customers responsibility. Also the woman at the register was not wearing her mask correctly (it was on her chin, exposing her nose and mouth) although the sign said everyone must be masked.

This location is “temporarily closed” and did not make any changes to their google maps or google hours. VERY frustrating to take time out of your day to go, check if they are open on maps, and drive there to see they are closed. Very inconsiderate. Even if they do open again I won’t be giving them my business.

We are from out of town and wanted to grab a quick coffee for the road trip ahead. Went in and they asked for a mask. Didn’t have a mask so they proceeded to take 10 minutes in the back to find a mask. Meanwhile they could have made the coffee already instead of take 10 minutes to go grab a mask. Asked for a dark brew coffee and refused to make it because it wasn’t made. This is suppose to be a coffee shop where they make coffee right. Asked for creamer and stir sticks the boy behind the counter hands the stir stick that is about to go in out coffee with his bare hands. I wouldn’t have put a 1 star on here but i didn’t have any other option. This Starbucks is rude and they don’t know what they are doing.

I got free ice water when it was 30 outside and I had to stay outside because of the restrictions of Covid I charge my phone for 20 minutes that was nice

I went here on yesterday and it was not a good experience at all. I usually go the new one in Brandon and their customer service is excellent. I happen to visit this location and was not greeted when I walked in which I didn’t dwell on. Making it to the counter, I asked the guy what was in one of the drinks and you can tell he didn’t really want to explain. I ordered 3 drinks and he stated he would bring them out. So me and the kids waited but no one ever brought them out. So I went around the other side and noticed that the drinks had been sitting there. No one told us anything. So when I mentioned it to the young man. He and the young lady started to laugh and say smart remarks that’s when I went back and asked for a receipt that was never given. The guy that printed the receipt was nice. The entire experience should have been better being that we spend our money with you guys.

Starbucks does as Startbucks is. Nothing much to say. If youve been to one Starbucks youve basically been to all Starbucks. Boho artsy and calm, spoting a not pressed environment with an espresso shot of pretensiouness for those looking for that 😉. But this location was cool. Friendly, fast service, willing to please customers. I experimented with an iced caramel macchiato frappuccino. They combined both drinks for me. Tasted good 😌

The staff are so unfriendly at this location and so unhelpful with drinks. The whole point of Starbucks is creating your own drink and adding what you like- the staff are not helpful of options and have no idea how to make the drinks. My drink is different every time I go there and today it was just beyond awful. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all.

This is a very nice Starbucks. When traveling through Mississippi, good coffee on the interstate can be hard to find. This particular location provides a great opportunity to fill up before heading out of Jackson. The staff are great, and very efficient. So, all in all, a great place to stop before you are beyond the reach of great coffee.

We visited this location 2 times during our trip, and each time we had approximately eight items on our order. The employees were timely in getting us our drinks and mAde no errors. Wonderful customer service.

I ordered an iced white chocolate mocha, no whip, light ice, with cold foam and she didn’t not know what cold foam was and so she didn’t not push the button. When I got my drink, it was a no whip white mocha but it was not mixed at all so I had to mix it myself. I also had to ask for cold foam but there was no space for it so I drank the drink to make room. Went here bc the rating was the highest but 2 out of the 3 working did t even know what cold foam was. I was kind but I went out of my way to stop here bc it was rated higher! Oh well. The drink was still yummy but white mocha is always good;)

This is my go to coffee shop. As with most places these days, my favorite thing about Starbucks is the ability to order with my app (or even just an Amazon Echo) and skip the line. The baristas here are great and remember you if you come in enough. Another great thing about Starbucks is the consistency in coffee from store to store. I know if I order a Pike Place Roast in Jackson, it will taste the same in Madison or across the world.

Iced Vanilla Latte...with 2 extra shots of expresso...ought to be an interesting day!! But you have to try this!! It is delicious!! (You dont have to order it with the extra shots)

Update: usually a 5 star experience. However, they stopped enforcing people to wear masks I guess (3 customers were not wearing it while waiting in line) so I cancelled my order and left. Do not feel safe going here.

I nice, quiet Starbucks thats oddly hidden away from most people despite the fact that its in one of the busiest parts of town.There is plenty of parking and its tucked into a older strip mall. Its smaller than most other Starbucks Ive been to, but thats what helps keep it under the radar.

Starbucks is a nice coffee shop. They have great coffee choices good customer service and acceptable prices.

Theyre frappes are watery but the flavor is there.

Good store, except worst mess Ive seen in a Starbucks bathroom. Looked bad when I arrived, and exactly the same 40 minutes after informing the staff.

Employees were awesome, but they had run out of a lot of the menu items and I couldnt get a sandwich so that sucked.

I greatly enjoyed the coffee here. Yes, it might be a tad expensive for some things. It is just very good coffee, and they offer free wi-fi and a modern building. If looking for coffee I would recommend going here unless you are looking for local.

While ordering I asked for a FROZEN coffee w/ 2 shots of expresso; upon receiving it was an ICED coffee w/o expresso. When I corrected the coffee they tried handing me the argued what I had told the employee while ordering. I confronted the employee taking order and she said it was her mistake... then when I received my “corrected coffee” it was handed to me with 2 “hot shots” in it.. which I definitely did not ask for. I will not be revisiting this Starbucks. They need to make sure ALL employees are aware of the different types of coffee and options you can order coffees with.

Its a Starbucks so you pretty much understand what product you are going to get. The staff is very friendly. Havent had a bad experience here.

My dad is a truck driver, he LOVES Starbucks, but I was 20 years old and never tried one, so we got into this place and one of the employees was kind enough to jump up ask me what I like in a coffee and prepared something for me, he said, if you dont like it, I will do a different one for you. I guess he put all his love into it becouse I loved it! Now I always ask for an upside down caramel macchiato, Im in Mexico now, but I would go all the way there just to have it again. Hands down the best Starbucks expirence I had... Thanks to all the Staff that night.

My family of 3 ate sandwiches and got drinks. Food was served quickly and was pretty good. We were glad they had plenty of seating and wi-fi .

The worst Starbucks service I’ve had. I frequent Starbucks often (every morning tbh), and this is by far the worst service. They got my order wrong twice and when i politely asked for the right drink the barista rolled her eyes, and snatched the drink away to remake it. Then slammed the new drink down after making it. I was still over charged for my regular drink too.

They messed up my order. Messed up the order for the person before me. The second time around my order was still messed up.
