Shout out to Lexi for helping Lisa out with the wasp sting. We had to incorporate that one into the mural as part of the story. We will miss you guys & will definitely stop in next time we pass through.

Great atmosphere! The Downtown Jackson Coffee Co. location definitely specializes in creating both a relaxing and fun space for work, entertainment, and of course, coffee! Excellent place to grab a drink and pastry and either find a quiet place to sit or meet new people. The friendly staff are always happy to deliver a top-notch coffee experience.

What a fun, home-town coffee cafe! The service is great and the upstairs lounge is a quiet place to study and work on projects while enjoying my favorite beverage. Highly recommend! Also, the mural outside is a *must see* in Jackson.

Exceptional coffee...probably the best in Jackson. Table of 5 had Mango smoothie, Strawberry smoothie, Cappuccino, Italian Cherry soda, coffee cake (good but had walnuts on/in it), apple fritter, and a pastry. Sat upstairs (very comfy and quiet) with lots of seating options for 2-4 per table. Great ambience. Will definitely come back when in town again.

Every time Ive stopped by the baristas were incredibly friendly and kind, today I was recommended a caramel green apple shake which was amazing! Will be visiting many more times

Coffee beans delivered and roasted on site for the absolute freshest coffee & espresso out there. The OG on site roaster in Jackson! Few have come after but none have reached the level of JCo. You can spend your money in other establishments but youll be hard French pressed to find a better all around coffee house.

Their coffee by far tastes better than other coffee shops to me. They also have a sugar free menu for specialty coffees thats to die for and they also have vegan options as well. Staff is very nice and the place is clean.

This is practically the first time Ive been there and its a 5 stars, the coffee is delicious and cheap. I only paid 2$ for a small with unlimited refill and a well kept seating area! Its so peaceful, the girls working there were so sweet, helping me operate the coffee maker (I didnt have my glasses so I couldnt see very well)Will be returning 👌👌👌👌

I live 30 minutes from here; have at least 6 different coffee shops I drive past just to get here!!! Literally had the best frappes EVER!! My go to is the caramel brown sugar frappe with extra caramel drizzle. Mouths watering just thinking about it 🤤Prices are cheaper then Biggby & Starbucks!! And they have a stamp card for every drink you buy you get 1 stamp. Once you fill the card up, you get a free drink 😃

I stop here at least weekly, good coffee and cool ambiance. Love that its downtown, we like to grab a cup and walk around to the cute boutiques.

Professionals could easily come in and conduct business, with or without the use of the second floor conference room!Family, would also be comfortable.Just a great coffee house. I much prefer it over the corporate Starbucks and the like. You are also supporting Jackson, local/small business!

Very nice place. The coffee is flipping amazing, I ordered a cappuchino and my friend ordered a red velvet frap and they were both AMAZING. Some of the best coffee Ive ever had. Staff was very friendly and the entire place was very clean. Although it can get busy, but only around lunch and when people get out of work.

I love their coffee and convenient locations. Be sure to grab a loyalty card, drinks and purchases get you punches. I also love that you can call ahead to order bulk ground or bean coffee, freshly roasted in 2 lb bags for a better price than getting just the smaller bags.

The incredibly patient barista did not seem flustered or bothered by our annoyingly specific drink order. My kids had blended drinks and loved them. I had a decaf sugar-free hazelnut breve. It was perfect for a hot summer evening.

Local company that is best known for roasting its own beans. The flavor achieved from that does make a difference in the drinks served; also, they use old world espresso machines. Perfection.

I was shocked to go listen to music and see how dirty this place was. Cobwebs all over the lights, windows and on the pipes of the ceiling. Wonder what they do to clean....

Ive always loved jco. My husband started taking me there on Fridays when we first started dating to see live music and enjoy a coffee or hot chocolate. Everything is brewed fresh and way higher quality than Starbucks. I love that Im supporting a local business while having a really great cup of Joe. Also there employees are literally some of the friendliest people Ive ever met. Ive never had a bad experience and they are always up to make a little small talk.

One of the baristas told a customer chai tea lattes have espresso in them, but that would be a dirty chai if Im not mistaken. Has 90s feel to it, and plenty of seating upstairs. Great local shop.

Jackson Coffee Company is one of the only great coffee places in Jackson. They have a couple of locations but for this particular location it is right downtown and has downstairs seating and upstairs. They also have live music on Friday nights which you can also look on their website and they usually have drink specials throughout the week. This is definitely one of, if not the Best Coffee shop in Jackson.

Ordered two bags of whole beans, paid a tip (as we all should right?). Three customers who were behind me got their drinks, lady filled up coffee reservoirs, and is still hard at work doing other tasks and chatting about personal stuff with someone. I just overheard them mentioning for someone to add a couple more ounces of beans to a bag for me. 😐

I love Jackson coffee company. The coffee is always so good, both the black coffee and the specialty drinks, and the baristas are always so friendly. Upstairs is a really cozy and comfortable spot and a great place to do homework or other paperwork. Ive never been disappointed here.

There was a mix-up with the machine that processes credit cards the day I went (Cmon Clover, keep it together). But it all worked out. I got two delicious iced Americanos and stopped sleeping for a week. The service was great.

Even the exterior is amazing ! Great place to gander at coffee/retail artifacts and architecture. The coffee is incredible, staff are sweet and friendly.Definitely needs to be more of these around the nation.
