My first visit and I will never go anywhere else!!!!! Ms. Ariana and Ms. Alissa were so nice and helpful. The doctor Dr. Angela was so thorough and helpful. AND JEREMY HAD MY GLASSES ON POINT AND HE KEPT ME ENTERTAINED WHILE THEY WERE WORKING ON THEM!!!!! Thank you guys!!!!! I would give you 10 stars if I could! See you in a year!!!!!

I got new glasses July 14, 2020. I have had to take them back three times and tell them that I can’t wear them because they make me nauseous and off balance. They have adjusted the frames each time and told me “try that “ I have tried to wear them and they are making me sick. I’m going to try one more time, since I’m wearing my old glasses anyway. I’m 67 and living on a fixed income. I can’t afford to lose $460.00 .

From beginning to end, the staff were very nice and the Doctor made sure that the contacts that I purchased were a good fit and that I could see well out of them before I left the office! If youre looking for an optometrist who will take good care of you look no further!!!

Took me in pretty much last minute and filled an old crumply prescription from another doctor all with a smile. No one was mad that I couldnt get there sooner, or the state my rx was in. They helped me without question and made me feel like my silly reading glasses that had to be rx cause of different strenthgs were as important to them as they were to me. They then tightened my mothers glass for free. To make matters worse I had a (confirmed) sinus infection and was walking around sounding like pure Rona. They still treated me like a human. Hard to find that anymore. I will never go anywhere else.

Fast, detailed exam. Friendly No pressure salesperson for the frames. Overall an okay visit. Being today was my first time here I dont have much more info.

I was very disappointed when I returned to pick up my daughter glasses as well as my own. Some how my order was mixed up, the glasses that I picked out was not what I was picking up. Instead seeing if the glasses could be ordered since they was no longer in the store. I was asked well what do you want to do was not apologetic at all. I have worked in retail for more than 20years, and I know when you make a mistake, you try to correct it, you dont ever want a customer to ask for a refund, that is the last and finally results. Since I was treated badly, I took my business elsewhere. Yes I did ask for a refund, I hate that my glasses was not ordered because I did like them . I have looked on website to see if they were available online and I did not find them. Needless to say my daughter is happy with her glasses, but me on the other hand was not.

Sharing my experience, and the end of march I went in to get myself a pair glasses, after pick the glasses frame, I told the lady I need a pair safted glasses for work,could you make it? She told me no problem. Then I paid for it and left. 11 days later I still haven’t got a phone all from them,then I called them to see if my glasses came in, they check a while and told me its ready. I went got it, the next day I realized there is no side parts, so I called back about 9:10am, store wasn’t open but somebody already there, he helped pull out my order told me that’s no safety glasses,could not use as safety glasses for work,I told him I told the lady I need it to be safety for work. Suddenly he became rude and mean, keep saying:nobody told you just pick a frame then can make a safety glasses,Nobody told you can do that. Act like he was there when I ordered it. After he just keep repeating a few times I hang up, no need to talk to this person. He did make the point, why nobody told me I need to choose specific frame when I said I need a pair safety glasses. In fact, it wasn’t a big deal even its not safety glasses bc I need a pair regular one too, but base on how bad is the coustomer service, we sure would never go back.

Worst customer service. Waiting one hour to get my glasses that are already fit after I called on my free day to see if they were in but was told that my glasses were not in and wouldn’t be in till Tuesday, well I received a text two hours later informing me my glasses are in! Then when I go in they are swamped and rude when I simply asked the women standing around if I could get my glasses as they were already fit to my face and just were getting replacement lenses! She Rudely told me “it would just be a minute!”

Eydie... knocked it out of the park for me in customer service. Well done.
