Appointment was scheduled TWICE and canceled at the last minute. We showed up for the first Appointment and were advised ONLY AFTER WE ARRIVED, that the Appointment is canceled. Second attempt today was scheduled for 8:15 and we got a call at 8:05 that it had to be canceled because the Dr has been out for a FEW days....Unprofessional and No consideration or courtesy for OTHER PEOPLES TIME!

Most unprofessional, unfriendly and slowest eye clinic Ive ever been to. The Dr is great! But the staff is horrible and confused. They change staff every few months and it seems like they get more rude. They took over a month to put my lenses in some frames I provided myself. They called and said they under charged us after paying $280 seems fishy to me. I could go on and on about the horrible service. I see why their ratings is a 3, theres no lie in that. I will be looking for another eye care clinic.

Two stars because Dr. Bullin is great. Its been 4 weeks since my visit. I ordered contacts and was supposed to have a consultation scheduled for surgery. Ive gotten neither. I call every day and each time Im placed on hold then told Ill get called back with a follow up, I never do. And thats if they answer the phone. Im well into my 20s and have been going here since before I started middle school, so I agree with people saying how the staff over the years has caused the clinic to go downhill. I try to continuously put my faith in *our* community and they are constantly letting me down. Hopefully theyll see this review and perk up, but the way the past few weeks have gone itll just be even more reason for them to cast my name in the discarded pile EXTREMELY disappointing and disheartening as a long time patient.

I just dont understand how the staff can tell you the walk-in hours for this week. I spoke to someone last week and she told me the walk-in hours. With school being out today I thought this would be a great time to take my son for his annual eye check up. I woke my kids up this morning to make it to the eye doctor for 8am. Got inside for this lady to tell me that they are not accepting walk-ins today. Some I told her I just spoke to someone last week and she told me that they didnt know they werent accepting walk-ins either until Friday. This place is so unorganized. Theres more issues but I will not discuss. I will be finding another eye doctor for me and my son.

The appointment was fine for my son no complaints there; I’m complaining that’s it’s taking darn near 3 wks to get a child’s pair of glasses back with single vision. That’s just crazy, that slowness has made this a last time use if I can help it. 3 wks makes no sense especially when he got such a basic prescription.

The place use to be on point with everything the new crew that has came in don’t have any good customer service skills and very in professional...I will be seeking somewhere else to go

I had an appointment at 10:30am and nobody has yet to come get me for my appointment. It’s currently 11:34am and This is not so much fun sitting here for 60mins. If my appointment was at 10:30 I should’ve been taken care of.

Horrible!!!!! I called this morning to see if my daughters glasses were ready and they told me by 2pm the same day and all they had to do was put in the lenses. I send someone to pick up and they told them they wont be ready until Wednesday. Horrible communication and very unprofessional.

Poor customer service. Excellent doctor.

The doctor was very observing and really found out wat was wrong with my eyes...its not something good but so glad he found out y I have bad migraines....I cant get help right now bcuz Im pregnant but wen I deliver they can help me more...
