No one welcomed me to the store but did for several customers after, there was one lady that asked if she could help me and another customer butted in and helped her instead, THEN the nicest lady helped me, she was very informative and found exactly what I needed

I go here every couple months for my shampoo/conditioner and makeup. I went today and they were out of the makeup I usually get. A lady found me to help me with what I was looking for. Even though they didn’t have what I originally wanted, she showed me a new (at least to me) line they had which is surprisingly affordable and great quality. Their customer service is always the best and everyone is willing to help find what you’re looking for and make sure your happy with your purchase!

The person helping me was super sweet. I had a ton of questions for a friend and its products I dont use at all. She answered all my questions plus gave me options for other brands as well. The only problem I has was I couldnt figure out what I wanted for myself because I had so many choices. Absolutely love this store. Will most definitely go back. THANK YOU so much ❣️

They dont sell guns, ammo, bows or crossbows...but they have tons of things that I have no idea as to the function but everything in stock so thats a plus!

The people who work here are super friendly and knowledgeable. I walked in 5 minutes before they closed and they still helped me and even recommended a product for me that I was needing which they didnt have to do since they were technically closed by the time I left.

I went in hoping to get helpful suggestions/solutions with some makeup questions. I wandered the makeup section thinking that someone would ask if I needed assistance. I made it 2/3 of the way to the back of the store before a young lady unenthusiastically asked if I needed help finding something. I could almost see a cringe when I said yes. Her lackluster attitude continued as she showed me 2 products and did not offer any additional help or suggestions. She made her exit quickly and not one other employee bothered to acknowledge me until I was at the register. While I have enjoyed the products I ultimately purchased, I will not be likely to revisit the store as I feel I could have received just as much if not more attention as an online customer.

The employees were willing to help me with everything I needed. There was one lady who said hello to me, but kept walking by before I could even say hello back and I just thought it was a little rude. Other than that, I’d say it was an overall great experience.

A little pricier than most chain salons but well worth it. Chesley did foil highlights twice as fast as anyone ever has and they were done REALLY well. Made a follow up appointment before I even left!

The salon staff was womderful, as well as the sweet girl at the brow bar, but the young man in skin care was over the top wonderful. They were all professional while making you feel very comfortable.

At first you could tell the makeup salesperson was irritated with my asking for her help. Told her I would come back later but she did stop and did help. She was very brief and did make a suggestion. Not very customer friendly overall. In fact most of the employees their are not overly friendly and just act like they are above helping.

My father has been in the hospital, so when I entered this store yesterday, I wasnt perfectly made up, and I was wearing a blouse and blue jeans. But none of that mattered to the awesome staff. They were all so friendly and helpful! And not overbearing, either. The atmosphere was so pleasant. I was actually in there a very long time, just taking my time and browsing, and because of this, I noticed that the staff were friendly and respectful to every person who crossed the Ulta threshold. In addition, the store was clean and well stocked with yummies and goodies. This was my first visit to this Ulta, but it definitely wont be my last!

Ulta Beauty’s atmosphere here in Jackson is horrible. When my mother and I went inside of the store no one said anything to us. We walked around looking for makeup and no one offered any help. My mother eventually had to ask for help from a few employees and their attitudes were absurd.... I have never encountered such terrible behavior. They are so disrespectful and they act as if they are better than everyone. It was my birthday and I was gonna spend a considerable amount of money, but after the poor customer service that we experienced we decided not to patronize this business and decided to leave.

I spend TONS of money on my makeup (Urban Decay, Too Faced, etc) and other beauty & hair care products at this store and its EXTREMELY rare that anyone assists you...even if they see you walking around in circles--yet, youll see one (1) associate at the register and at least two (2) helping one (1) customer with her makeup. They never ask you if you want to redeem any of your reward points (and Im a Platinum customer), many of the employees arent good at helping you determine your correct shade in foundations...and dont even get me started on if you have a simple exchange....slowly losing my patience with the employees at this Ulta location.

First off, I want to say that I have never been so appalled on how specific people are treated here. It is almost impossible to get decent help and they give quite an attitude off. Having pretty young girls who know nothing just because they are pretty is quite useless. On top of that, when people of different color come in and you have one white girl trying to help them find their shade who doesnt understand different skin tones doesnt help either. Get your stuff together.

Good but .my eyebrows are too dark, you need to get some light colors too also she tried to sell me a lot of beauty stuff and I ended up spending way too much..I have to be careful when spending there, I live on a strict budget...easy to overspend....I love Utels though,

They have no customer skills at all. My mom doesnt have a lot of knowledge of makeup but she needed help on setting power and lip colors. My mom asked help multiple times but the workers were basically ignoring her. Im guessing they were trying to ignore her or put my mom in a different direction because my mom isnt very fluent in English. I AM FLUENT IN ENGLISH. I asked for some help and the lady was horrible at it. Seems like she only knows stuff about her own skin tone and she didnt seem so up to date with other skin tones. Also, she acted like I didnt know anything about makeup because I wasnt wearing any at the time. Surprisingly, I know a lot about makeup but dont wear it EVERYDAY. This ulta just made me feel un-welcomed and I will continue going to big city ulta because they seem more educated about other skin tones. Not trying to be mean but the workers were extremely rude to my mom and me. I will never return to this Ulta.

When I went into Ulta to purchase a gift for my wife I felt as if no one wanted to wait on me. I just really got the feeling that it was not a friendly store and made me feel uncomfortable. Definitely no southern hospitality

Why is everyone crying that they are not getting greated when they walk inside a store? This store has an amazing selection of professional products. The prices I have seen on stuff are cheaper then Macy’s. The staff has always been willing to help me find something.

I went in the store on a week day when it was not busy, wearing clean scrubs as required for my job and in no way unpresentable. The two girls at the register didnt look up, the girl stocking perfume said welcome but didnt offer help, and it was downhill from there. I wanted to spend quite a bit of money on Tartes new foundation line, some professional hair care products, and makeup accessories, but after 15 minutes with no offers to help locate, find a shade, or try on a new makeup line, despite an employee walking past me 3 times without saying a word, just to go straighten shelves, I left. I called corporate who said the district manager would be in touch, but he/she never was.

My go to place for ANYTHING beauty related. Great discounts for saving money on anything from hair gel to eyeliner. Check out the services offered in the Salon and ask how you can save on your first service.

I am very disappointed with my experience at Ulta. I have been trying to find time in my schedule to go and try a product that I really been interested in trying. (That is one reason I have been glad to have an Ulta nearby is to be able to try products before I use them and have someone with some background/knowledge to help me.) Anyways, I finally get the chance to go in there and what a waste! First I cannot find anyone to help me and then when I finally did the person basically shut me down and almost made me feel stupid for wanting to try something. All I wanted to do was try the product and have someone show me how to use it...that is their job! She told me that I probably wouldnt like the product (how would I know...she wouldnt help me use it). It almost seemed as if she did not want to take the time to help me. So then I left without anything accomplished, still wanting to try the product, feeling very frustrated. I have a very different view of Ulta now...or at least the one in Jackson, TN.

Anna is literally the only person you should ever let touch your eyebrows in the entire city of Jackson. I’ve been to 7ish places and no one has ever done a better job then her (including another Ulta employee who waxed off almost my entire left eyebrow then painted it back on so I couldn’t see how badly she messed up until I washed my face later). On the downside, trying to get a shade match is a nightmare. I’ve had to return everything I’ve ever had a “professional” pick out for me.... I’m sorry I’m makeup challenged. That’s why Ulta is supposed to be a great place to go, because of their “helpful, knowledgeable” staff. Nope, not either of those things.

I just left. Im on lunch break and was ready to spend 150.00 with my rewards account and was not greeted. I was in the store for 15 minutes and even as walking out, no one greeted me. Not good. I dont go often but when I do, Im ready to spend. Sorry ulta, Macys will be more than happy to receive my business for fragrances.

Great shopping experience.

I got a hair cut and style at this place on Friday evening. The lady that cut and style my hair did good. A different lady wash and blow dry my hair she was caucasian which I had no problem with at all. My problem was when this lady was calling me Girl the time she was doing my hair. Anytime she wanted me to get up from a chair come on Girl just anytime. When she start blow dry my hair she use this brush and was being rough on my head so I pull away and she started to be gentle afterwards. When I left I mention to her the Manager to me that 1st time Guest gets 30% discount. She didnt want to give it to me so she want and got another lady and she look and I had to explain to her also Jesus and I got finally it. When I first arrived at the salon I saw her face and I greeted her and she pointed me to a chair. This Lady was very unprofessional and also prejudice. She should address all clients by their names or say maam. Its so sad that racism is still so strong. If you are of another color you will get treated different here and you will not get complimented in no kind of way in the salon. I got really upset and had to sit in that chair and Pray to God plus I had my son with Autism with me. I do forgive this Lady for the way she has acted and I will be Praying for this Salon.
