I consistently cannot get anyone on the phone at the pharmacy. I have tried to call numerous times for service at this location (I.e. backing out a filled prescription in order to do mail order). I have currently been on the phone now for 15 minutes. It’s much less convenient to go through the drive-through (with a toddler!!!) just to handle this. I switched from the Walgreens across the street when my employer started using CVS Caremark. I think I’ll look for a different pharmacy if no one can ever answer the phone.

7 people in the Pharmacy .. I waited 8 mins before someone came to service me .......... everybody looked at me multiple times like they wanted me to come back and fill my own prescriptions (if I could I would b/c I hate bothering people anyways) every time I come here to get my BC refill I have an issue and they always end up telling me my stuff is at another CVS .. WHEN THEY CAN LITERALLY TRANSFER THE PRESCRIPTION WITH A CLICK OF A BUTTON .. super inconsiderate . Worst customer service . I’d support any CVS in the world but this one .. would even walk on my hands and go to a CVS out of the city if I had to! 1 star was just too nice! The store manager is nice tho, always helps with everything I need, front of the store does their job as well . It’s just the pharmacy!!!!

Unresponsive to pharmacy calls. The Front of Store answered immediately (the associate I spoke with was responsive and helpful) and was able to transfer me, but nothing from the pharmacy. I finally called another pharmacy to have my prescription transferred. They answered immediately and indicated that they could make the request, but that they too had difficulty reaching anyone by phone at the Canton Mart CVS.Honestly, when Ive gone in its slow, but everyone there seems good at what they do. Something has to be going on with management if it is so understaffed that basic requests cant be handled.I wont experience serious side effects from delaying my medication another day, but not everyone has that luxury.Professionals also dont deserve poor conditions when their work is important enough to require specialized knowledge and licensure.

Worst customer service ever!The care and compassion CVS was known for is now something that you can only wish for. The employees definitely need a refresher course in customer service 101!

This location is seriously understaffed. When you finally get to speak with the staff, they provide good service. CVS Deville Plaza Jackson MS. I waited on hold for 49 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone in the pharmacy and they never answered. I actually called the manager and it took an additional 9 minutes for someone to answer. If you are looking for service, check elsewhere.

Every month is a train wreck trying to get my wifes epilepsy medication filled. Shes now been without medicine for 5 days going on 6 which is a very dangerous and potentially life threatening situation. Theyre inconsistent and will not contact you when your order is filled or when there is complications with your order. I will no longer support this location.

Legendary issues with the hold times on the phone and the understaffed pharmacy,and they know its a train wreck.They informed me tonight that they will be closing at 9:00 p.m. every day now. How in the world could that be for a corporate drugstore and Walgreens is across the street which never closes. I can barely get there by 9

Literally the most incompetent pharmacy Ive ever seen. They never follow their posted hours, they ignore the phone (Ive been both on the phone waiting and inside watching them ignore it), and they take multiple days to fill a prescription. Absolute trash garbage

This is the poorest service I have ever received from a pharmacy. We are still on hold and have been for two hours. Just to see if anyone is ever going to answer. We are moving our prescription service to Kroger pharmacy immediately. I will tell everyone I know not to use this pharmacy.

They had safety measures in place. I walked in, got what I came for, bought my items and I didnt have a line to wait in.

Closed literally 15 mins before posted hours(10p). Ignored me at the door. Very rude. Saturday 1/20/2018. This is a pharmacy store you never know what type of medical emergency someone may be experiemcing. Very disappointed.

Avoid. Pharmacy is real slow. They tell you the prescription will be filled at 2pm, and then when you show up at 4pm they havent even begun processing the prescription.I have one prescription that was in process for a week. Currently waiting on hold on the phone, which always takes forever.

Cant get an answer on phone for several HOURS!!! Ive been trying for over 4 hours and no answer!! Very aggravating!!! Tells you something about how they do business.
