The staff is incompetent. Bernard needs supervision immediately. I have been told on 3 seperate occasions how they can not or do not have a prescription that they somehow find after you fuss and argue and push. Send this pharmacy help before someone dies because of their poor customer service. You cant even call in to this pharmacy. Bernard asked me what did I want him to do? Sad, I said fill my prescription or transfer to a pharmacy that can fill it. It took 2 days to get my insulin. the lady associate lied and said the doctor at St Dominic never faxed my prescription but found it within minutes. Miracle or poor attention to details. If you want to get your prescription please go to another pharmacy.
They never answer the phone. I called 9 times. Still no answer.
The wrost ever, they act like they don’t care about people needing their prescription and when you call they tell you it’s not ready when it is ready they are very unprofessional my child needed her medicine ASAP and they gave me the run around they said it wasn’t ready then when I went inside they said it was ready over a hour ago. Definitely changing my pharmacy.

I work for a HOSPICE company! When trying to call in prescriptions for very sick patients, no one answers the phone!!!! We need to speak with a pharmacist in case he/she has any questions or concerns (because if you leave your number, no one calls back and the medicine isn’t filled). The prescriptions that are left on voicemail take 3-4 days to be filled! As I said, THESE ARE VERY SICK PATIENTS AND NEED THEIR PRESCRIPTIONS ASAP!!!! That is why I just call them in to Brandon Discount Drugs, pick them up as soon as I get there, and return them to my patients in your area...in less time that it would take for one of your staff to answer the phone. Very ineffective service plan and lack of consideration for your customers/patients.
Very very very slow at fulfilling prescriptions. In the past it has taken them over 3 to 4 days to fill my prescription. They wont answer their phone and they have gotten my doctors orders wrong. Who does that!!!!?

I love the pharmacy. I enjoy most of the staff. Its on days like this when no one will answer the phone and I have to wait an extra 30 minutes because of it the review is bad. I have called 10 times today and no answer .
By far the worst pharmacy in Mississippi. Its mostly the cashiers that are not familiar with customer service. My personal experiences with the pharmacists have been great though. Oh and dont call
I really like this Wal-Mart. However, the lady at the Pharmacy was so rude. She laughed at me with sarcasm because I didnt hear what she said. I just came from the doctor and gave her the doctor form. Sad to say, a lot of my people work there with bad attitudes. It is true. But I have met nicer people there.
1 staff member working the register 4 pharmacists 6 techs 1 tech on drop off. You are waiting 1-2 hrs for your prescription. After you pay for it you must wait a another 15 mins to have a consultation with a pharmacist who finally comes over and ask are you Ms Jones. IF I JUST PAID FOR THAT MEDICATION. WHAT DO YOU THINK MY NAME IS.OH WHEN YOU ASK A QUESTION CONCERNING THE DIFFERENCE IN A MEDICATION NO ONE CAN SAY THIS HAS CODIENE AND THIS THIS HAS TYLENOL.Walmart you have 10-15 people waiting on there prescription for 1-2 hours. 30 mins to pay for your prescription. YOU SHOULD REORGANIZE.
They are very slow and inconsiderate. They wont even take the time to answer the phone even if another pharmacy is calling.
