Their ice cream is great, but they are never open at the times listed. Ive went there multiple times in the past year well before closing time, and nobody is there.

Tried to stop by at 7:30 pm for ice cream and no one was answering the drive through after we sat there for a while, pulled up to the window and there was a hand written sign saying sorry were closed. Drove pretty far out of my way to come here for them to be closed during their normal business hours!!! Very angry

It was ok, I had coffee at many places such as McDonalds,burger King,Starbucks, and Bigby is my favorite The Teddy Bear was great.. but anyway I got a light mocca latte, it wasnt my favorite but it wasnt terrible and I disliked the Timbits this time. I liked the mocha icecap probably best here.But the service was not the best.. my aunt ordered a small and got a medium.. but thats ok.

Waited in the drive-thru for 20+ minutes to place an order for 2 medium shakes. Waited another 15 for them to be made, came out as a bit more than flavored milk. Ive gone to a few Cold-Stones and they have always been great, but this one is the worst so far. Would not recommend.

Closed on a Friday at 5:30 P.M. Very disappointed. Lights were off. Website says open till 10 P.M.

Their ice cream is great, but staff needs education on how to properly use gloves. They had one staff member wearing gloves while making food, which is good, but... he used the same gloved hand to adjust his headset. He also had the same gloves on to make a wrap (or two) and used same gloves to close the lid on the device to heat/cook the wrap, while coughing. Gloves seemed kind of pointless after watching all that.

They haven’t accepted cold stone gift cards in over 6 months. This is completely unacceptable.

We shouldve been suspicious of this place as soon as pulled in......Friday evening and a completely empty parking lot. We actually thought it was closed. But it was in fact open. We walked I and not a sole inside except 2 employees. We were greeted and immediately told that they did not have any steak or chicken for any of the sandwiches on their menu. That eliminated more than half of the non-breakfast sandwiches on the menu. That was a disappointment to me as I was eyeing a item that had steak. So, I ordered a Turkey bacon club on a pretzel bun. After we paid for our order I was told that they were also out of pretzel buns and I had to choose something different. I ended up having the sandwich on a bagel. This place is being neglected by the by the lack of training the employees are receiving and the physical plant itself, most notably the duct tape holding together the ice cream case cover. We will not be going back to this place.

Was in this store for 10-15mins trying to order icecream and smoothies. The employee had no ideal how to do their job and the manager was no where to be found. Sadly I gave up and just bought the icecream for my kid, probably wont go here again nor will I recommend this location to anyone.

Usually willing to work with me, in the passed they would allow me to use a waffle bowl instead of mix ins, but apparently they have gotten really cheap lately and just want to charge for every little thing. Then I order a 48 oz tub of ice cream the the only filled it 3/4 of the way to the top..... definitely cheap at this location....

Kids love that they can create their own flavor. Wish the menu versions could be ordered at drive through. Kids wanted to stop but we had dog in the car and couldnt go in.

Was actually here to enjoy Tim Hortons (which is attached). 4 employees behind counter but only 1 knew how to make an Americano...a staple on their menu. Other than that, the food and service was really good and on par with the quality expected from TH.

Great ice cream and Tim bits are always the best.

Best cakes and ice cream I ever had. Coming to this location, cakes are not that fresh, but for ice cream lovers this location is perfect.

Awesome Ice Cream! The PBC shake is to die for! The attached Tim Hortons has great tea, coffee, donuts, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, soup, and macaroni and cheese!

In Tim Horton. Love the bagels. They now have a pretzel bagel- and boy is it good

It was really good and I like how you can get a scoop of ice cream,(you can also get half one flavor and another flavor)and you can get two different topping.When I was there I got chocolate ice cream,cookie dough,and oreos.It was almost like a dance party in your mouth.😊😊

Got ice-cream today because I had a BOGO coupon, and had a long hair in it. Went back inside to get a replacement, and the lady gave me a medium when I ordered a large in the first place. Very poor service and unclean. Would not go back ever AGAIN.

Dont ever buy a coldstone gift card because they will not accept it. This is the 3rd separate occasion where my gift card has been denied here when it is fully loaded. Completely disgusted with the not my problem attitude of the employees. Just go somewhere else for Ice cream, dont waste your time.

The ice cream is always creamy, tastes dreamy, and as always pricey, but I love it. My only caveat, the building was freezing.

My boyfriend and I went here for the very first time today. Ive been curious to try it but the reviews have steered me. We wanted to get a treat for the family and my nieces, and the lady was extremely impatient and rude! Then another blonde girl came from the back and was disrespectful and over all didnt want to be there. My nieces asked what sizes they had and the girl responded with the three sizes in front of your face. She made plenty of rude comments and it ruined us ever coming back. Very disappointed with the service, but the ice cream was good. I can confidently say DO NOT go here and I will definitely not be going back EVER!!! I will be calling and complaining later as well.

Fyi, The lobby is not open 24 hours or even after 10 pm. They rarely have anyone to work 3rd shift, so they have to close the lobby, which means no ice cream late at night.

Was trying to get frozen yogurt through the drive through and they said they dont serve it that way? Whats the point of the drive through then? Ignorant.
