Couldnt get waited on. Buffet had cold pizza. Salad was good. Will NEVER eat there again.

I have been here for dinner several times and most of the time I have been happy with the food and service. Wow, holy cow Batman what has happened to them. The place was not over crowded but few pizzas were on the bar. What was there was dried out and for the most part unidentifiable. There are no labels telling you what the mystery pizza is, you are at the mercy of the teenage cooks. The salad bar was a war zone with empty containers, items scattered across the field, and dead brown lettuce. The only gleaming bit of hope was possibly the desert pizza. Once again nice thought the cooks and I say that half heartedly have come up with their own dishes. Well I can go to ole stand by, pasta noodles and marinara sausage. No luck again, the noodles were overcooked and no sauce. This is one traveler that will not be back and if your traveling down the highway, I strongly advise you to keep on trucking.

Its been awhile since I had eaten here and I had forgotten how AWESOME their food was!! Everything was amazing! Pizza, breadsticks, pasta, salad, dessert pizza soooo good! Definitely be back soon!

JUST AMAZING!!!! ☆☆☆☆☆☆ This restaurant was just remodeled last week and it is wonderful. The hot pizzas never stopped coming from the kitchen, even as busy as they were, the young waitress constantly made sure I had enough to drink and that everything was up to par.I stay at the Drury across the road on many occasions traveling with work and prefer pizza to burgers any day.If you have not been here in the past week, I suggest you make it a point to stop by when you are in the area.Good food, good atmosphere, great service, wonderful food, and great Christian music set the tone for a wonderful meal in the afternoon or the evening.

Pizza Inn was impressive for fresh pizzas. Nothing stayed on the buffet long. I would go back when the cravings of pizza come back to me. Desert was an amazing rotation too. Fresh salad bar with all the trimmings.

We have always loved coming here. However that being said, today was horrible. The entire time we were there, only 1 fresh pizza was brought out. The other 3 in the buffet, were old, hard, and cold. I asked if they had any dessert they were bringing out, to be told hes working on it. He was outside smoking, so yeah no dessert either. The place was absolutely filthy, and good luck finding any forks,. We paid $16 for 2 pieces of pizza that was cold, and a salad. We will never be back. These kids that are suppose to be working, are standing around doing nothing. Its a shame! TO THE OWNER-- Im sorry autocorrect... Meant to say, I went outside to smoke while waiting husband stayed at table. Still no fresh pizza or any dessert.. And yes Fruitland location.

My husband, 3 sons, and I enjoyed our visit to Pizza Inn Buffet. Very good food and service! Loved hearing the Christian music that was playing. We will definitely return in the future.

Extremely friendly staff along with extremely clean and great pizza. You will find that this pizza inn is unlike other pizza inns. So many of these restaurants have closed across the state of Missouri but here in this secluded area of the state is a wonderful gem of pizza history. You most likely will want to move to this town once you taste this pizza and experienced the friendliness of the staff and the quality of pizza. The Staffs attention to detail and craftsmanship making each pizza and dessert is unmatched across the entire United States of America furthermore Italy France or the world. I dont say this because Im partial to the pizza inn pizza...OK maybe I am..lol it is pretty good pizza lol.

The service is always great, the buffet is never overly stocked with pizza but they are constantly bringing out new ones so it’s always fresh. Their salad bar has fresh ingredients. Their dessert pizza is by far the best dessert around. I highly recommend the chocolate chip dessert pizza or Bavarian dessert pizza.

The food and service were great.

Clean place with clean bathrooms. The serving staff was very pleasant. Plastic gloves were placed at the beginning of the Buffet for you to utilize and there was plenty of hand sanitizer. The salad bar looks good everything was fresh but we came in at an off hour 3:30 PM and the pizza was dried out somewhat. It was flavorful though and there was a variety of pizzas to choose from had we arrived during rush hour there would’ve been no problems at all all. I will stop here again.

More than your average pizza buffet, this pizza inn has its own separate dessert bar too. Fresh pizzas come out every couple minutes with all the classics like pepproni, and beef, and some specialties like taco and bacon cheese burger. It is also located right next to the exit for I55 at mile marker 105, so it is a great place to drop in and have a good lunch or dinner. There is semi truck parking also so that any person can be catered to. The wait staff is very friendly and the table service is superb.

Have always loved Pizza Inn, but last 2 times weve been there it was extremely dirty. Tables, floors, kitchen, Buffett bar. Bar was not kept up with food. It will be awhile before I go back.

Pizza was fresh and tasted awesome waitress was attentive drinks were refilled quickly and can’t beat the price cheapest buffet I ever ate at $8.99

Wasnt happy with the food. The first time we came, my family and I were stoked on how good the pizza Was! Now we r sad bc we like some of the waitresses but not impressed with the food.

I hate buffets but I love Pizza Inn. Always willing to eat here. Pizza is not overly greasy and has good flavor. Sometimes the service is slow but Ive never had any big issues. Clean and good atmosphere.

It was alright, similar to a CiCis pizza or a Pizza Ranch minus the chicken.

The food here is great and always fresh. The waitstaff here is phenomenal. I always recommend this place.

Great place to eat at! Eat either buffet or order off the menu. The buffet has a variety of pizzas, pastas, salad, soup, and dessert pizzas. Liked the taste of the pizzas and pasta. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Would recommend eating here!

It was excellent. There was a couple of pizzas that werent on the buffet that we wanted so they made them and brought them to our table so we had first chance at them.

The last experience was over Christmas.We made a large order, but when I went to pick up they said the were out wings?They should have called and let us know. We could have got them from somewhere else.I was not happy.

Wish I could have given 3.5 stars, food was decent for evening buffet price of 9.99$. However, the service was lacking. Late on getting us drinks, no refill offer till meal was done, and no plates collected by Meridith our waitress. Maybe they were just short staffed, but place wasnt that busy and they seemed to have enough help. Would go back though.

Its a nice place to go for a quick meal. Its an open style buffet with a good selection of pizza and a small salad bar. You can still order the pizza of your choice and dine in or carry out.

This is a good place to stop for a quick bite while traveling. The pizza was pretty good and I liked the other options on the buffet and salad bar. A family could eat quick and be back on the road in 30 minutes without breaking the bank.

The food is always great and I love that if you ask for a pizza theyll make it and take it straight to you. Also, they have a good variety of food (but theres a lot of people around one so there might not be a lot). Also, their remodel is really nice and the waitresses/waiters are usually super kind. I recommend this place big time.

Crowded but there was hot pizza on the buffet and they kept the dessert pizzas coming as well. The waitress was attentive & kept our drinks full, even offered us to go drinks! Its always clean with friendly service which is why it has always been one of my favorites!

It was ok. Right now they have to being the food to you due to the guidelines they have to follow. Pizza was ok. Chicken nuggets were cold and tough. Chocolate chip pizza was half raw. We went in for lunch. We will not be back. Parking lot for big trucks behind here. Two stars for the pizza that was actually hot.

AMAZING! Not only is the Buffet reasonably priced, the hospitality from the hostesses made Pizza Inn better than 5 Stars! Soup, Salad, Pizza, & Desserts...all fresh and delicious! I even struck great conversations with customers. One frequent customer couple is married 57 years and holding hands as they left bet satisfied as their place to eat. I want Pizza Inn to be my frequented stop in the near future. I will spread the word!

Great place to stop and eat. Having semi parking next to the hotel makes it nice. Nice to have a different place to eat then a truck stop.

Went there on a Sunday afternoon. The girls were nice but way overwhelmed and unsure of what they were doing. Pizza was mediocre.

Didnt have high expectations prior to going in, but I really enjoyed. They had a little trouble keeping food filled, but it was pretty good and everyone was very friendly. I will stop there anytime I get a chance to and I recommend you give it a try!

Great food with great service. Eating at Pizza Inn, I feel its socially acceptable to eat 10+ slices which is always cool. The dessert pizza is inventive and seriously a hallmark of this place. Good place to catch up with family or friends if youre not in Jackson that often!

Whats not to love at Pizza Inn Jackson/Fruitland MO?! A Buffet of Salad, Pasta plus and many different flavors of pizza and several Pizzert! The Service is excellent, thanks to Megan B. If theres a drawback it is only this, the place is so popular (especially on Friday night) the restaurant needs more seating! For two adults we pay $24

I wish I could give half stars... it is a Alreally good pizza buffet. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would give it 5 stars but they removed the molten cheese they used to have, which went great with their tater tots. So while my rating says 4 stars, I would actually give it 4.5 stars, as the loss of that cheese is the only thing that disappoints me about this place.

We dine here with family every time we pass through this area over the past 6 years and counting. Super friendly place with great food options and a price you cant beat! If your favorite pizza isnt on the bar, just ask and it will be ready in 10 minutes. Lots of choices on the salad bar, pasta, cheese bread, chicken nuggets, several dessert options, something for all ages! We LOVE this place and the friendly faces that work there.

Lunch buffet from 11 to 2 for $7. Dinner buffet after 4 for $8. Regular pizza menu, too.Pizzas kept coming, including several interesting dessert pizza options. My family went to eat at Pizza Inn located in Fruitland, Missouri. We had just sat down to start eating and my son was about 1/2 way through eating his first piece of pizza when he bit into a fly. The fly was not on top of the pizza it was actually under the cheese cooked into the pizza. I got one of the waitresses attention and told her what happened, so she said she would get the manager. A male staff member came out and we showed him the fly and his exact works were “it’s a restaurant it happens”. We explained that we didn’t feel we should have to pay for our bill because we hadn’t even eaten 2 pieces of pizza between the 3 of us and lost our appetite. He looked at us and told us he couldn’t do that but that he could maybe give us $3 off our bill, so we asked if he was the main manager to which he said no, so we asked to speak to the main manager. The manager came out we showed him the fly and explained that it would be different and understandable if the fly were on top of the pizza, but not cooked into the middle of the pizza. We just wanted to leave and did not feel that we should have to pay for the buffet when we had only eaten 2 pieces of pizza. He at first said he would make another pizza which is not what we wanted after losing our appetite, so he looked at us as if we were crazy for even suggesting not paying. After much hesitation he offered 50% discount so we still ended up paying $18 for 2 slices of pizza! Our waitress brought our ticket over and showed that 50% was taken off and she said she was sorry for whatever happened so we told her it was because there was a fly cooked into our pizza and her exact words were “yeah that’s happened a few times”. I will NEVER go back to Pizza Inn not necessarily because of a fly in one piece of pizza, but because of their customer service and the fact that they believe that it’s normal to have an occasional fly/bug in food because it’s a “restaurant”!

Spaghetti is some kind of pasta other that the normal kind of spaghetti noodles I am familiar with. Awful taste and consistency. Portions were cold, others warm. None of it was hot. No meatballs available either. And some horrid whiny music was playing. Sounded like a lovesick cow. Just awful. Warning: STAY AWAY unless you like ONLY pizza.

Thank you Pizza Inn!!! I grew up eating Pizza Inn.....always my favorite. Then it seemed like wherever I lived there were no Pizza Inns😭😭😭. Anyway it has been about 30 yrs since Ive had it and we found you in Jackson. Stopped in today and picked up a large Supreme to bring back home to Arnold Mo....tasted exactly how I remembered!!!. We will be back!!! The pizza is fantastic!!! Thank you!!

Pizza quality is good except for the sauce. When it come to pizza the sauce is everything. Little Caesars has then beat in sauce taste but not in the cheese, dough, or toppings.

We have come here for years and have always had a good experience. The southwestern salad is one of our favorites. The pizza is very good. Make sure you get the cinnamon stromboli. It is excellent.

Awesome place to eat. Fast, friendly service. Waitress was great. Food was great. CiCis Pizza just lost a coustomer because this was so good. Dont know why I never went there before. But will be back next time I want 🍕 pizza.😀

I love pizza and I saw this place leaving trail of tears Park stopped in and it looked like they had a good variety of food what day did but it all fell and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. I definitely would not recommend this place especially if theyre slow. If they were busy maybe they wouldve been moving food else faster and had a little better quality.

Pizza tastes like cardboard. Waitress apparently had more to do than she could handle. We will not go back.

Not bad but Ive had better pizza other places. Crust was really hard and difficult to eat. I asked for a Coke and was given what tasted like Diet Coke, and the waitress just seemed really new...like she want sure what she was doing.
