Very good quality ice cream - creamy, not icy, and they let you take samples. If you come close to closing time they will be out of a lot of flavors, but we still found choices we wanted. A regular 3-scoop portion is $6.85, which I feel is reasonable, particularly compared to other dining options here. The people working there were pleasant and sweet and kept the line moving satisfactorily.

Basic ice cream, was only shop open on a Monday. I had some freezer burn on my cookie dough. However they get points for even being open on a Monday in October!

I LOVE THIS PLACE. All my needs are met with their plethora of delicious flavors. They have great employees that cater to your every need. WAY better than moose. They make a bangin huckleberry shake. I definitely encourage you to stop in!

This was our first terrible experience. The older fellow with the grey beard was very rude. I ordered a banana split and it was literally just vanilla ice cream with a couple strawberries and pineapple. The chocolate fell off my cup because it was soo full. Then I went to ask for the strawberry syrup in my banana split and he responded very rudely. Then on top of that he wanted to charge us another ice cream because he insisted that we had another. But we paid for all it. I was so disappointed.

15 flavors if you are lucky. And an empty freezer case. I asked for a flavor they had, but it was in the BACK room freezer Said it was too hard to scoop . Seriously dude??

Ice cream was delicious. Flow of the place was odd. Didnt really flow. Had different ice cream options in 3 different sections and the cash register in the middle. Why make things so difficult?

This little shop was slammed when we were there, but the line moved quickly and our ice cream was served with a smile. Yes, they had a case that was out of service, but there were still plenty of options, flavor wise, from which to choose. The night was beautiful, the ice cream was tasty and the staff was quick and polite! What more do you need? Thanks Häagen-Dazs!

My wife and I split a caramel coconut trio sundae (I think that was the name), but after the scoops of ice cream they started making the raspberry sundae instead (we like trying new stuff, so we decided to go with it). So our end result was a sort of mixture of the two, which was pretty good.

Find another ice cream place and avoid the rude old lady dripping with sarcastic insults. I would never go back here.

My husband and I treated our family to ice cream today so we decided to give haagen Daz a try. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful employee, who offered to give us a sample of any ice cream we wanted to try. My daughter and I sampled a coffee caramel flavor and it was so tasty my daughter got it in a sundae. My other daughter got the mint sundae dazzler they had advertised, while my husband and I shared a butter pecan sundae between us. The ice cream was good, the prices were a little high, but this is to be expected in Jackson. The service was excellent. I only have four stars because the flavor offerings were somewhat limited, they didnt have a couple of the flavors I was really looking forward to trying, maybe the next time we return.

Häagen-Dazs is the best ice cream place in town! If youve never been to one, or havent for a while -- its a MUST while in Jackson. Im a local, & when I want to splurge on something its going to be a purchase at this ice cream store. Cones are my favorite, but they have a huge list of delicious items to try. The staff is super-friendly, their store is always clean & everyone (including customers) have a smile on their face :)
