Pretty good soft serve, but they make their own hard ice cream. Next time Ill get the hard.

One of the better Ice Cream places around!! They arent that cheap but also not too expensive. Its located right near the falls and a bunch of trails and walking paths. The staff is very nice and helpful with answering questions. Its always a nice time when we stop here!

I had a tooth pulled this day and needed something cold soft and with protein. So probably not my best choice but the peanut butter sundae hit the spot till my daughter got out of work and was able to pick up my groceries while I slept off the pain meds, lol.

When i went to visit michigan i had some local friends take me to this ice cream place at this park, i really love ice cream so they recommended it. i was very impressed and surprised when i was handed the ice cream, because i ordered i believe either a small or medium chocolate ice cream cone with sprinkles on top. the whole ice cream was covered in sprinkles, i loved it, the ice cream was great and the size was great for what it was supposed to be. i’d definitely come here again next time i go to michigan.

Fabulous place for ice cream of all kinds - but also other delicious food, including hotdogs, pretzels.

They even had a dairy free flavor (pomegranate) that was excellent.

Hands down the best ice cream place in jackson, and maybe even MI. Up in Glen Arbor they have some really good ice cream places but I cant say I have had any better ice cream than cascades. PLEASE add a lemon flavor though

The drive thru is usually long a nice days but its worth it. The flurries are generously portioned so you really only need a small... But get a medium and youll have plenty!

WONDERFUL every single time! We moved to Parma and that does not stop us from going into town! They have done wonderful through the whole pandemic with safety measures too!

Weve always loved this placed since the brothers opened it! They bowled with my Daddy out on East Michigan Ave behind the old Wonder Bread day old bread store. So I love going out know that one of the sons of the brothers Carries on the tradition! Id love to see how long they can keep this wonderful shop in the family, it sure does bring in the buisness!

Good ice cream but why do they try to take my order at my car before Ive seen a menu like why am I expected to know your menu when I pull up to yall. Just let us come to the window...pls 🤙 5/5

Prices are reasonable and portions are generous. They were so busy we were overlooked.

We love going to the park and then visiting the ice cream co on the way home. They were even super accommodating when my daughter wanted a different kind of cone. They remade the entire thing without charging us. The workers are so friendly and fast. It’s a wonderful little place.

I love the ice cream here. It is one of our favorite places to go in Jackson and the service is great here as well. The location is perfect being in the park. Bring the whole family to enjoy this place.

Cascades ice cream is always fun because its usually combined with a trip to the park, splash pad, or Cascades waterfalls. But, even if it didnt have any of those things it would be worth the trip all by itself! Whenever I go I keep it simple and have a twist with a chocolate shell😛 my wife always gets hard pack ice cream with a sugar cone. Every flavor she gets is better than the last.

Love this place! Today was their last day for the season, and my car was dying. It still waited in line so we could get some! At least the car died doing something we loved! 😁

Cascades Ice Cream has the best ice cream in town! Its a shame theyre only open during the summer months, but the ice cream is definitely worth it! The fact that its not available year-round makes it a little more special during the summer months as well.

Great Park where my kids have had many fun times. Everything crom the splash pad addition to the nightfall waterfall lights, sledding during the winter, golf during the summers and kids swinging to relaxing with ice cream, or Fishing small game wathcing the lilypads as they pass. Cascades park truly has a bit of everything.

They move right along. Had girls doing pre-order to the line of cars yesterday. Great job.

Love that they have 40 flavors of hardpack icecream and at least 5 flavors of softserve to choose from! Also have sorbet and sugar-free options.They menu also includes food items AND the Dome’s famous Frosted Malt...Friendly, fast service too.

This ice cream shop in the park features a walk-up window, and a drive through window. They offer a big selection of softserve ice cream (5 flavors) and various sundae, shake, and specialty creations.My favorite is the Almond Joeys which are almond, and coconut on vanilla ice cream balls, dipped in chocolate shell. You get a box of 5 for a very reasonable price.

The park itself is beautiful but the icecream service was terrible, the lady who helped me seemed to not like her job and had a slight attitude also there was were kids all over inside the ice cream shop distracting the workers

A girl stood thru a window talking to her Mother for fifteen minutes instead of taking orders, talking about her leg and her doctor. I stood in line behind 6 other people, when I finally got my ice cream and sat in my car for a few more minute they were still talking to her leaned thru the window. She never took an order just talked to her Mother who was driving a silver jeep. Hopefully her mom owns the place because if not neither one has reality and understands business. Cause she wasnt working at all but getting paid for doing nothing thanks Mom .ps the drive thru was full also.
