I always find my Arm & Hammer products here for a reasonable price. They have the big jugs that I like. Their prices are very reasonable on most things they have compared to other stores.

This is my spot. I love the atmosphere and the excellent customer service. I can always find what I need and then what I didnt know I needed. My next visit Im buying some furniture in cash.

Have not been in a while but so glad I went. Found the rice cooker I was looking for and even picked up some Christmas gifts for the grandbabies. The found a gas grill for under $100!! It will not be so long between visits again

I went for a visit after browsing their website. I was searching for a clear mat to put under my chair at my office. The website stated that there were 5 in my local store but I couldnt order them online, Id have to pick up in store. I went to my local store and asked the clerk about this product. She told me they didnt have any without checking anything. Didnt check the system, didnt point me to an aisle to double check, didnt ask anyone else. I wasted half my lunch break to pick up this item that is either falsely advertised, or in stock and an employee didnt care to help me with it.

It was great got in and out with the generous young man efficiency 👍

This Big Lots needs training for their workers. I call this store looking for a item the young lady who was working that day. Told me that the store had the item but when I arrived at the store the item was not in the store. So I told the young lady that I call and spoke just 10 minutes ago with her and that she said that they had the item in store she just stood there saying nothing like I was talking to myself. I will not be shopping this store anymore. I ended up driving to Clinton, Ms. Where they had the item that I called about

I called the store, the manger tells me to bring the receipt back to the store, I tell him I live in Memphis, Tn; I was told to call back in 15 minutes for corporates number.#watch_the_registerUpdate... I really enjoyed shopping at Big Lots. The savings and deals were AWESOME. The employees were very helpful in assisting me with my purchases.

Called to ask if item was in stock and was told it was. When we got there they said they no longer sell that item but have a more expensive one.

Big lots is the place to be. If value you want to see. I like big lots. Especially the puffcorn they carry. Oh, and the assortment of affordable olive oil. Oh, and the member sales they have. Oh, and I forgot.

They have an abundance of Christmas decorations. Staff wasnt very friendly.

Big Lots has gone downhill. Furniture is overpriced and so much less variety, overall.

Absolutely terrible. Rude, lazy staff and management. Do not expecting to put anything on hold and it still be on there when you go to pick it up. These are the most ignorant people i have ever encountered and the management is absolutely absurd. Would not recommend giving them business.
