It was as wonderful as it always was, its so heartbreaking to watch such an enormous part of so many peoples childhood die this way

Unique place for your children to have fun and find their next toy. The facilities were clean and unique but a little bit colorful for the average eyes. The only gripe I really have about this place is the staff being notable for being slightly hostile towards anybody filming in the store but thats a common retail practice.

Good place for toys for teens, children & infants. Good place to get strollers, swings, diapers, wipes, etc. Large selection of items & brands. Toys range from learning toys for infants to video games & drones for teens...Power Wheels & tricycles for toddlers to bicycles for children & teens. They have a wide range of options priced from very cheap (about $1.00) to much more expensive items (hundreds of dollars) to fit your budget.

This place has a friendly staff and good selection but the building is getting really dated. There was a leak in the roof while we were there so buckets in a couple isles. I know toys r us has been closing some stores but if this one remains it could use a facelift.

Angela was a great help to me today. Plenty of helpers on the floor. Aisles were organized and saw many great bargains.

Great for early Christmas shopping

The going out of business sale prices are higher than regular price at other stores. I found the same items online cheaper than the toys r us 30% off sale. Not many people working in the store either. I only saw 2. Good luck if you need help with anything.

Well I liked it when I was a kid because u got to ride round in toys r us with all kinds of stuff then and it was awesome but since then they dont let you no more 😪😫😥

Extremely sad to see this company going out of business after so many years!!! Currently they are open until the end of June and marking everything down more and more. Need to check it out before it closes to get some really good deals for early Christmas shopping!

Very helpful staff, very curteous, they all greet you, and prices were a lots cheaper than I expected. Would definitely shop there again!!!

No one answers the phone. Web page say times may differ. Im not driving there if they might be closed. I dont like Wal-Mart, but they do answer the phone.

More expensive than Target or Amazon on most items but good selection of you cant wait for shipping. Sad they are going out of business.

When I was there on 5/13/18 the majority of the store was only marked down by 30% which was disappointing. Gave them 3 stars because the staff were all very helpful.

Would give five stars but customer service reps are nowhere to be found.

Its a toy store. There are limitations to what they carry and what they allow. I had wanted to put the barbie dream house that was voice activated on layaway but the staff wouldnt accomidate me because they said there was no room for anymore layaways.

I have not been in there in years, could not believe the selection in toys. I went there to see if i could find a ms. Potato head that my granddaughter wanted. I found such a large selection of vintage toys.

Great place I am sick they are going out of business, I love the Jackson TN. Store went to get a glider rocker it was not out I ask if they had one it didnt take 3mins.for the to get it and they loaded it in my SUV for me.

The ad said 20 to 40% off. The reality was 5% 10% 20% off every where you look but there was only one spot that was 40% off. And they were far from premium toys.

A dying breed, the end of an era. The last big box toy store to close in the digital era. Part of my childhood is gone, and perhaps it was time. It served its purpose for some time.
