Called them when we lost our garage door clicker and we werent really sure what to do. This gentleman is outstanding. Very responsive, quick, and VERY TRUSTWORTHY. I had an emergency situation with my garage door and called him and he made hisself available, even though it was close to the end of business hours. He came to observe the issue, was VERY KIND and extremely PROFESSIONAL, easy to communicate with and I asked him several times about if I needed a new garage door, and he couldve said yes and I wouldve let him install one. He said absolutely NOT, your door is in great shape, and he even gave me some great ideas to improve my door in the future without exorbitant costs.
