I am so disappointed in the service I received from Peak Glass that I feel compelled to leave a review. Nearly three months ago, I ordered a door through Peak Glass. They received my purchase agreement and cashed my check but never ordered the door. I have been waiting and waiting with no word. It wasnt until after a number of calls on my part that they responded without explanation or apology for dropping the ball. Now snow has already fallen and the warm summer months when I wanted to install this door has passed. Arg. This is the last time they will get my business.

Terrible customer service. Ive spent upward to $30,000 on windows at Peak Glass. They do not follow up on emails and phone calls in a timely manner. They do not communicate to their customers. We had our contractor install all of the new windows wed ordered from Peak Glass in our condo. When a window would not close and lock, it was determined that it was defective from the factory. Peak sent out a technician to fix it so it would open and close properly. To my surprise, Peak sent me an invoice for $180 for their technician to service the window. I have sent them an email and they have not responded. I would not recommend purchasing windows from Peak Glass. If you have to go to Idaho Falls, do it. Not worth the poor customer service from the local glass company.

Peak Glass replaced four of our windows and our back door. The quality of the windows and door are very good and we love the color. The installation was prompt and I’ve already noticed a HUGE difference in our electric bill this winter.

Peak glass does amazing work

We have needed repairs on windows over the years, and Peak Glass is always prompt, reliable and reasonably priced.

Had a few false starts putting film on our hood, its still not perfect.
