Window World is Awesome! They listened to what I wanted and made helpful suggestions along the way. I couldnt be happier with the results! Their installer was very personable and did an excellent job! They are beautiful windows...including the picture window I always dreamed of! Thank you Window World!

Had 21 windows replaced. Jeff and Ray did an outstanding job. Very professional and very knowledgeable. Couldnt have ask for a better job. They look great. It did take some time to get the windows in and installed but was told that in the beginning. I would highly recommend Window World.

I would not give one star! I am so disappointed in my window installation. The guys they sent out to put my windows in were very nice and TRIED their best to do their job. After the 3rd attempt, I gave up and called window world. I sent pictures to an email they give me. They told me they would send their best out to.fix it. I have STILL NOT SEEN him. This has been over a month. I called and he was suppose to be on the way. STILL HAS NOT SHOWED UP! I have a new painted house that now has cracked brick from a crow bar and black caulk all over my house. Messed up screens and some are tore. I will never recommend Window World to anyone. feel free to ask for pictures. I will be posting publicly on Facebook. I have give over a month to make this right and I have still not even gotten a phone call! NO EXCUSES. I give you every opportunity to make it right!

I would not recommend Window World of Jackson TN to anyone. Stay away!! They do not take accountability for the mistakes of their employees and their communication is horrible.First I am not a person that usually writes reviews but our experience with Window World of Jackson has been terrible. We ordered our windows on June 23, 2020 and the contract stated it would take 6-8 weeks. 9 weeks past and we did not hear anything from Window World so we called for an update. Ashley stated that the windows were delayed but would most likely be in in another 2 weeks. 3 weeks pass and no word so we call again and got the same response about 2 more weeks.They finally called and said that our windows would be installed on September 29, 2020 (a full 3 months later). They arrived to install the windows but windows they had were not the windows we ordered. We order windows with no grids but the windows had grids. So we call the office and discuss the mistake so they decided to install the windows with the grids so when our windows came in all they had to do was replace the sashes (the window part that you raise up and down). The person that we spoke to Paul tried to offer us money to keep the windows with the grids. I thought that was very unprofessional and shady. Then they realized that they did not have the picture window that we ordered. So they proceeded to install all the other windows. Then they realized that one of the windows was measured wrong but they had already removed the old window. So they just put the old windows back in and screwed it shut so it was not operational. We could not even raise the window.We finally got a call that our windows should be installed today. We called Window World expressing our dissatisfaction with the lack of communication, multiple mistakes made and the way they left our house. They left our house looking tacky and exposed. I will attached photos. We requested a discount or a consideration of some sort. They ( I think the persons name was Michael) stated that they could not provide a discount because the delay was because of Covid and hurricanes. We understood about the delays but did not understand why there was no communication from them and we had to call and inquire each time. They stated that they could not discount the multiple mistakes because they were human error. So basically they dont want to take responsibility for their employees ordering the wrong windows and measuring the windows wrong. He just apologized for the way the left our home looking tacky and exposed for over 2 months.Bottom line for me is I would not recommend their services to anyone. I have never dealt with a company that made so many mistakes but did not make any effort to initiate an apology or provide a discount or consideration of some sort.

Quality from the start. The windows are of the highest quality, the installation was top notch. I was told when I ordered it would take 12 to 16 weeks to make due to Covid. Other than the wait, I have to give them Rave reviews!!

Ive had installations by window world at several different homes. They always do a great job and clean up inside and out.Their windows are not only aesthetically pleasing and efficient, but they do a remarkable job in cutting down outside noise I will use them again.

Due to the virus and the manufacturing plant shut down it took awhile for my windows to come but well worth the wait. The installers were professional and did a great job very quickly. The office made my appointment with no problems and kept the install date with reminders they were coming.

I called about replacing 1 vinyl cracked sash on one of their products, it was about 34x30, $200!! + tax. I thought that was high for their own product. Thats why I gave it a 1☆. They have a good vinyl product. I just personally thought their repair was very expensive. The manager reached out after my review and thats what I told him.Went to Lowes & bought one for 130 vinyl, single hung, installed it, done.

Had our whole house windows replaced recently and am very pleased with how they look.. the installers were very professional in all aspects. Everything was cleared up daily.Not only do our new windows cut down on heat entering our home but also block out a lot of outside noise. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I am writing this review prior to the installation of 8 windows in my home I recently purchased in Medina TN in June of 2020. If I could give it a half star, I would. The only good thing I can mention about them at this time is that the price was very competitive for an above average window. This is the second home I have owned; the first being a 100-year-old home in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Through the course of 22 years I replaced every window in that home and even added a custom baywindow shortly before I moved in June. I’ve had windows installed in rain snow and even temperatures below 30°. I was told when I purchased the windows and put cash down on the cost without any financing, that it would take 6 to 10 weeks because of the universal “pandemic problem“.We didn’t like it but we needed the windows replaced because they were over 15 years old and separating from the brick exterior.We are now in our 20th week and we’re just told on the phone it would take a couple more weeks. But this is the third time they’ve told us it would take a couple more weeks. When I called complaining today threatening to cancel the purchase, I was told that I was not allowed to. Following are several excuses they kept giving for the constant delays which also seem to indicate as we get closer to winter they’ll keep delaying it for poor weather until perhaps even spring.1) Pandemic2) hurricanes3) rain preventing installation4) “handful” of others ahead of me.Throughout this process I’ve been repeatedly told that they just cannot give me an exact date, which is nothing more than a handy excuse to do their work that they promised to do after taking over $1000 of my money at the pace and convenience they feel comfortable with. Following are my recommendations if you’re still inclined to do business with this company.1) when they ask you to put money down, tell them only if you give them an exact date for installation. And also with the stipulation that if they missed that date they will discount your purchase by a defined percentage. I can almost assure you they will walk away.2) Before you call them to even come and look at your home, I highly recommend you call one of their competitors first and lay out the stipulations listed in number one. That way you will either have someone who is going to do a better job already willing to get it done and keep a promise that you can compare to, or You’ll have a chance to do your windows yourself in case there is no one in the Jackson/Medina area who is running their businesses competently.

On week 8 and no communication from the Jackson TN office. I have to call and beg to get info from Ashley. She refuses to give me her bosses phone number so I can find out what is going on or offer any help at all. This place is a black hole of quality. They change install ETAs without calling you and are intentionally vague on giving you any information even though they have your money. I suggest anyone looking for quick install and good communication to bypass WW of Jax and find another company.

I have used Window World to replace windows in 2 separate homes and have been very pleased with them. The first home was a sunroom and it allowed me to go from 3 months of use a year to a full 12 months. The second home was full replacement of all windows...huge difference in my electric bill. Installation was very smooth on both homes and the cost was much more affordable than other companies in the area. I will definitely use them again should I buy another home needing windows.

I was rehabbing a home in Brownsville to be able to put up for sale. I had 2 broken windows that needed to be replaced. I called and had a sales person out from Window World mid December. They gave me a reasonable quote for 2 window replacements and tell me it will be 10 weeks before they can install. I call them around March 1st and ask when my windows will be installed as it had been 10 weeks. A manager gets on the phone and tells me weather has delayed them and it will be at least another 30 days before they can get to it. Meanwhile the rest of the home is completely rehabbed and we are ready to put on the market. He did confirm the windows were there, they just did not have an install crew available until then. I make a few calls and find someone else that can install them within a few days.Here is my issue... I call Window World back and ask them how much it will be if I have someone else install the windows, basically at this point I am just buying the windows from them. Their response was that I have a contract and the contract is for materials and labor. I explain to them their contract is no good because their agreement is that it would be 10 weeks to install. We discuss back and forth and they wont budge. They wont release the windows unless I pay in full for both labor and materials, even though my guy was doing the install because they could not get to it for at least another 30 days. Windows were custom size and every day the home sits there it costs me money. So I did pay them in full for labor and materials and my guy went over and picked them up and had them installed same day. Bad way to do business. I understand they dont have enough quality installers and weather has not been great, but not working with a customer to find a solution is poor practice. I have been in business for myself for 23 years and I would never do something like this to one of my customers.

My family ordered windows from window world on March 7. Throughout this process they had originally told my wife 6-8 weeks, then 10-12 weeks. They then stated that they had delays due to weather, but would put us in front of other people.Week thirteen rolls around and they told us this issue would not be able to resolve itself and it may be the end of June before they could install windows. Then, this morning they called to tell me that they would have them installed today! Great I thought! I’ll be able to sell my house in the established date while upholding the current contract. Eleven o’ clock rolls around and they called my wife to tell her they didn’t even have all the windows!I will say that whatever male I’m talking to on the phone (I’m assuming the general manger) is consistent, and hasn’t been outright rude to me. However, he has also seemed apathetic and unhelpful. At this rate, I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anybody due to our experience. They haven’t offered to compensate or reduce installation fees due to the wait/inconvenience. Usually I would not leave a negative review, but we are currently out 900+ dollars and they want/expect us to pay another $1200 approximately. That’s a lot of money for bad business and we are on what I would assume is the lower end of what someone would order for a replacement. I would find another business.Update:In fairness to the business, Mr. Church did contact my family and made arrangements to install in the fourteenth week of our contract. Mr. Church did explain some of the confusion. In regards to Mr. Church’s statement of one week late, as of this week we are now one week delayed (week 13), the windows will be installed on week fourteen, but if it had been the week of June 17th it would have been entering into the fifteenth week. I’m appreciative of the response to the comments, and hope that Window World is able to provide accurate and adequate service in the future.

Very pleased with Window World, they are prompt to reply to any problem you might have with windows and will replace broken windows no matter how they get broken! I had a neighbor that had a shed to burn and the heat from the fire caused some of my windows to break and they came and replaced ! Have recommended them to several people and will continue to doso!

I flip houses for a living. My first experience with window world was great. They did another house for me a few weeks ago. I was busy and didnt walk around and look at every window, I should have.. I was looking at something else yesterday and noticed tears in a screen, so I checked the others. I have 2 that have holes, I called today to see about them getting repaired. I was told that isnt covered under warranty, but if I brought them to Jackson they would fix them. This is an installation issue, new guy on the job. I will be shopping on my next job. This was a $4800 job, thought that they would have better customer service.

Received quotes from several window companies and i went with Window World because of the price. The windows and one large patio door have been great with only two minor issues over a 7 or 8 year time frame, and both issues were corrected at no charge to us. I would absolutely buy from Window World again!

They stated a lifelong warranty. I called several times throughout the years regarding a film developing in the Windows they installed. Never called back and has not once come by to replace them. Front of my house I have window world. The back are champions...you are better off paying the extra for better quality Windows. Window world is a joke!!!

Had an excellent experience with Window World about a year ago when we needed windows for 2 rental properties. At that time, we were approved for an amount of credit that did not allow us to do all the windows. We thought no problem, well just pay down the balance and then do the last 4 windows. So we are now ready to finish the project and call to have someone come out to give us a new estimate for the final 4 windows and are told we cant use our credit account with them because the windows are $1300 and we have to finance at least $1500 in order to use our account. I called the manager who confirmed that this was a change made within the last year - hence we were not warned about it during the first phase of the project. I really wanted windows to match but now, since I will have to use a different means of payment anyway, I am heavily leaning toward another manufacturer as well. What happened to customer service? Why do businesses drive their customers away?

It won’t let me respond to you but my name is Anna Messmer. You did business with me. I talked to you yesterday.We ordered our windows on March 7th, paid our deposit and were given a 10-12 wait, which was attributed to weather.We called at the end of May to see if there was an update on when they would be installing and they then told us it would be another month. We called again this week a couple of times to try to get them to nail down an install date. They called this morning to say they would be here after lunch to install. At lunch time I received a call telling me that they were going to call to set a date but that one of our windows hasn’t come in yet and that they would call again to schedule when it arrived.So which is it: bad weather? Behind since last year? Our windows aren’t in yet? They can be here today or it will be another month? This is getting ridiculous and they don’t really seem to care whenever we talk to them. Everything the other reviews say about the service being poor is true. Once they have your deposit (half of total install) they know you won’t back out because it’s a lot of money and they can just keep putting you off.Save your time—shop anywhere else. I would pay more for better service than Window World provides.

So there was a man that came to my house recently, he did good and everything measured like suppose to. He gave us an estimate for the windows but he had used our bathroom and failed to tell us that he had messed it up. He didnt clean up after himself. Left my husband to clean it after he left.Like I just think he shouldve apologized or said something, even if it was embarrassing or he couldve cleaned up after himself. I just cant believe a grown person would do that. Its just disrespectful.

Our story began 5/1/2018. We agreed to have siding installed at our home with the understanding (in writing 6-8) weeks to schedule installation. We called on June 6th and was told that it would be another 4 weeks until a installation date could be given..I voiced my frustration of not being able to be given an installation date. I also requested a refund and was denied. 7/11 (72 days from signing contract) I called and was told that the individual who schedules Siding installations was not in and that I could call on 7/12 which I did only to repeatedly get an answering machine. I drove to Window World and asked to speak with the person who schedules siding installation. He wasnt in the office so I asked if I could schedule an appt. to talk with him. The office worker called the Boss and I discussed my frustration of not being able to be given an installation date and informed him that I would be seeking legal help and that I would be making my voice heard. I am now fed up, seeking a refund due to broken promises. Installation delays were attributed to the bad weather in May. I later learned that the problem is a lack of qualified siding installers( sub-contractors). The BEST is having problems in providing the service that this consumer requests. 6-8 weeks is now 10-12 weeks until a date for installation will be given...the story continues.stay tuned. My story isnt unique Do some research before considering doing business with WW. If you call WW expect an answering machine and leave a msg..They do respond to msgs and they also respond to Facebook messenger.

We need the exterior door replaced on our small business office and we were wanting an estimate of what it would cost. I sent my information to them from their website and we did not hear anything from them. I then had my office manager call them and she left a message for them to call back so we could get an estimate. Its been a week now and still havent heard from them. Have crossed their name off of our list and contacted two other companies.

They mismeasured and didnt realize it until they removed the original window and we had to go a month with a dummy window. Then I had to call 4 times before anyone called me back. Then when they delivered the new window they did not caulk around it and we had to call again to get someone to come out to caulk window. The windows are terrible at canceling out noise. I now hear everything going on outside. I hope they help with utility bill like they are supposed to because so far I am unimpressed.
