As an electrical contractor, I have purchased from EWS since 2001. I consistently receive friendly service from their staff. Their knowledge of the products they carry is outstanding. Their willingness to help find items they dont carry is admirable. I would give them 5 stars if they had more space to stock more items but I also realize we are in a small town.

The sales staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The store is well stocked and prices reasonable. They are very willing to special order items and it usually arrives in a timely manner.

I ordered can lights and was told they would arrive the next day, so we had the ceiling all ready to go, so I went to pick up lights and was told the sales person sold them to someone else, desperate I ordered for next day and paid just shy of $300, disappointed I called Alpine Ace Hardware, they had the lights, So I called the Electrical Wholesale Supply to cancel my order and credit my card, two weeks later im still waiting for the credit to hit my account. If you need a reliable source go to Alpine.
