We recently just moved to the area and have been struggling to find in stock furniture we liked. One day while on Facebook I saw an add for Ross and decided to check them out. So glad we did! Upon entering the store Mary greeted us, offered us some water and answered any questions we had. Everyone in the store was respectful, kind and helpful!!! Amazing customer service. We bought a sectional, lamp and a painting. The whole process was easy and painless. We got our furniture delivered today, 3 days after purchase, and the delivery guys were amazing as well. Not only do they have higher end furniture for an affordable price but they are so kind, from the sales ladies to the delivery men.
