If I could give this store zero stars I would. I would highly recommend buying furniture anywhere else you possibly can even if their going out of business prices look amazing its not worth it. They are selling furniture that is infested with bugs. I bought a wood table yesterday and have piles of wood dust showing up next to holes in it. No wonder theyre going out of business. If youve bought something already check it over very carefully

The sales associate are great. But they keep postponing my delivery out so much. I even had to go back into the store and pick a different set and that got even delayed. For a new business they really lack in customer service. Currently reaching out to a manager.

While the staff was friendly while going through the going of of business sale, they didnt have anything I needed. Made for a quick trip.

Expensive, but not designer or high end furniture. Going out of business. Prices negotiable. Nice furniture but even reduced their prices are outrageous.

Dont purchase from this store, they like to tell you that you qualify for a promotion to make a sale. I got my credit card statement and they didnt put my promotion in. So I called genesis and they sent me a letter stating to dispute with the store. Upon taking my letter there, the girl behind the counter found every excuse not to honor what was told, but told me that they explain everything in detail. Had that been explained to me, I would have put it in my boyfriends name!!! It WASNT explained. They lie to make a sale.

The person that posted about Loves furniture taking his money in September did NOT purchase ANYTHING from the Jackson store as it didn’t open until December 2020! Good try though!

Overpriced and very rude staff... Went in to purchase a mattress and adjustable frame, long story short, was in there less than 5min. With a very short interaction with the snotty sales lady who blew us off, I was out of there and purchased a very comfortable mattress from Macys instead for a great price.

Do NOT buy anything from Loves! They cashed my $5000 check in September and still haven’t delivered any of my furniture. Any time I call to check on the status of my order, they tell me they can’t cancel or refund my money because they are in the middle of filing for bankruptcy (and none of my items are in stock, so they won’t deliver anything to me either.) Our bank told us today to file a police report against Loves. I am shocked they are even allowed to open a new store and sell items right now. Worst experience I have ever had!

Be very careful, they are selling incomplete sets without telling you that they are missing pieces and saying all sales are final. Shady salesmen!

Going out of business prices...no way. Vermeulens has much higher quality furniture at much lower prices. Total Rip Off and no guarantees as the business has closed. Buyer beware

All of the Jackson sales and staff people are great and very informational and knowledgeable!! They are very honest and open about delivery dates and customer pick up dates.
