This place was a great find. Lots of options for anything you may be looking for. Great finds and tons of creative and unique items to choose from. I regret not stopping here first, as they had the items I was originally looking for. Don’t pass this place up. Friendly and helpful staff throughout.

Used to work here in summers of 2002-2003 as a Russian international exchange student for Love family running the store. Had great time. One day I’ll come back with my kids with a travel drive around US to buy some huckleberry stuff)

Very cute store. Love the huckleberry selection. However, staff is obviously burnt out and annoyed by tourists. And no public restroom. How annoying to leave all your merchandise to leave to use a restroom and return.

Spent a hundred bucks here and they wouldn’t let me use the bathroom. So I returned my purchases. Are we not in the USA anymore or what? Absolutely unbelievable and unprofessional business decision by the owners.

Nice shop dump they charge you for a bag to carry the $150 worth of item you just bought.

This place is right next door to the million dollar cowboy bar and a cross the street from the town square. Lots of souvenirs with “Jackson Hole” written all over it. Ok prices. Museum is attached.

I love Jackson Trading Company! They’re doing an incredible job of requiring that customers and employees follow the laws on the books, while also making sure to help as many people as possible get nonessential items in crazy times. Keep up the good work!

Thank you for going above and beyond to keep your guests safe from ignorant and inconsiderate people that refuse to wear masks in your store/elsewhere. The customer is not always right and youre doing a great job of supporting your employees during such a hard time.

Very rude owners. Closed midday from 2-3pm (day prior, randomly “closed for the day” at 4pm). By 3:10, there was a small crowd waiting for it to re-open. When unlocking the door, they told the crowd “we’re not back from lunch yet” and closed the doors in everyone’s faces. Quite poor attitudes. Skip it and go to one of the many other great stores with more unique items.

The store has many cute, funny, and beautiful souvenir items. Whereas, the staff is nice and friendly.😁

The Jackson Trading Company and Gray Crane Studios are my favorite stores in Jackson. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable of their inventory and very helpful in finding the perfect treasure to take home. My favorite part is the fashion area or Gary’s photography - it’s all a treat to the eyes!

Be careful going into this store. The employees will arras you. Specifically, the red head manager. He got in my face threatening me and was very disrespectful. In all honesty sad to see people treat others this way.

The managers/employees were extremely rude and impatient and didn’t take the time to help us. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Definitely wouldn’t recommend, just touristy knick knacks and basic items. Don’t waste your money or time here. Would give 0 stars if it allowed.

Went into the store and my boyfriend has asthma and was asked where his mask was. The employee then decided to say that she had asthma too and she was still wearing hers. We had been to many other stores and never got questioned. She then rudely said we had to leave and said she could call the cops on us. I will never shop there again and the red headed employee is ignorant.

I have frequented Jackson Trading Company every visit to Jackson. Great shop and friendly staff. The adjoining Gray Crane Studio is not to be missed.

Thanks for requiring masks and being responsible store owners. Responsible caring people appreciate it.

We live in America it is my choice to wear a mask if you want to wear one that is fine but I don’t believe in them so you will not get my money and never will again.

This is an absolute must stop in Jackson! The owners are amazing and do such a great job giving back to their community!

Very disappointed with the large display of items for sale that included extreme and offensive profanity printed on them. They had some nice apparel and items otherwise but I wouldn’t support a place like this. Jackson Hole is a family destination - keep it clean.

Love this shop. They have a good selection of souvenirs. It is a decent sized store. They are connected to gallery and the gallery has amazing photos of the tetons. This store always changes it up in store. It is always different when i come and visit every year.

What a fun store to go through and my fiance surprise me with a little hat that has moves ears on it I cant wait to wear it all winter long

Ill never go here. Ive heard that theyre incredibly rude and like to follow shoppers around and harass them. Theyll also kick you out for showing support for our current president.

You can get a clear sense of his integrity & commitment to wildlife advocacy and the greater Yellowstone region in his stunning shop. Lots of other goods for the visitor too. It is incredible a city in the middle of the United States and the traffic light on that corner works illogical. Cars turn left while others come straight. Pedestrians pass the street while cars turn left. This looks like a third world town.

You can take a walk through the town or very nice small town

Good merchandise and souvenir shop. They have very interesting and cool things

Choice even if the prices in Jackson are very high
