My 1st time actually going in the store but the treatment I received was excellent! I usually dont like having to leave my rings for repair but this experience had me at ease and Im sure Ill be satisfied with the outcome in 2 weeks.
Absolutely the worst online shopping experience ever. Put two holds on my credit card and then informed me the ring was not in inventory and that I needed to handle the charges myself. What even? Do not do business here.
I ordered a necklace online received it broken so I took it to the local zales store in Jackson Tn they did a return gave me a paper regarding the return stating I will get a refund in 7-10 days while I was there I decided to order the necklace again necklace comes again broken I ship it back ups has been over 10 days have not received my money back call customer service they say they don’t even see in their system where it was returned that I would have to go back to the store go back to the store they had even shipped the return back for one and that gave me the run around beyond mad This place will lose my business awful they need people that actually know what they are doing!!!
Outstanding service. I was greeting with such professionalism. I was approved for a credit card with a simple process. Then I was assisted in finding the perfect Christmas gift for my girlfriend with the help and knowledge of the staff! They even gift wrapped it and helped my avoid my girlfriend finding out how much I spent! Lol Thank you!!!
The prices are very reasonable,and the staff does a excellent job. The staff is very friendly,and very professional about there job.

My ring was sent off to get sized. While on the repair table my ring got damaged. The owner of the store notified me of what was going on. I told him I had to have the ring by Friday. He then went over and beyond to make sure I had my ring by Friday. He immediately called and order and new one and had it shipped to his store over night. That didn’t work so he left his store and drove to Memphis to make sure I had my ring. 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
After looking online my fiance and I went there to look at rings We had a budget in mind but to us it was a good deal of money for us to be spending Female employees attitude was pleasant until we told her our budget She began to act snobby and told us that they didnt carry any rings that CHEAP in store and only had stuff on sale online. Then walked away We proceeded to go to Reeds and got a beautiful ring in our budget.
Ordered online for my wife’s birthday present and Christmas present received an email saying it was ready for pickup, once I got to the store I come to find out that the ring I had ordered was completely wrong. Even the lady working read the description of the ring and said it was Completely incorrect and she said that all the online orders have been wrong. Now I have to wait until after Christmas to even try and get it fixed. I will NEVER order anything from Zales again! Please do the same!

Male associate -Heath- was rude and snippy to female associate and to my husband. I left feeling sorry for the female, she was very helpful to us.
My fiancé went into this store to get his wedding band resized; he has paid for the insurance. They told him upon purchasing his ‘marked down’ band that the insurance would cover resizing indefinitely. They now tell him that he has to pay full price for the band in order to receive his ‘covered’ resized band. What company does this?? Why did we even get the insurance?? If you won’t honor the insurance for resizing on ‘marked down’ items, then there shouldn’t even be an option for that when you purchase those items.
