Excellent golf cart dealer! We were greeted by Jim who was very friendly and helpful. He patiently answered all our questions on this very cold February day. He educated us well on our first golf cart purchase and went well above and beyond. We would certainly recommend Arbor Golf Carts to anyone looking. They have a great selection at all price ranges. We will be back for some upgrades next fall.

I took my 86 year old grandfather to look at a golf cart to use on his property. We were greeted with professionalism and knowledgeable no pressure sales from the start. I was unsure about gas vs electric and I had spent numerous hours online reading reviews and the pros and cons of each. The owner knew exactly what questions to ask and helped us settle our decision. The sales lot is immaculate and you can tell pride is taken in what they do. My grandfather made his purchase and I will be back to buy my cart when the time comes no doubt!

They never answer their messages Marketplace we just went down there to see a golf cart that he had advertised on clearance a green one or 2330 we were down there maybe a half hour walking around nobody came out so he can take his golf carts and shove themnot going back there again.going look at some and and in Jackson and theres a place in Belleville also will go there maybe well find one.

Clean storage units, look as though they are building more units now. I had my classic car there inside unit and I always felt safe when I was there. Nice people that run it too. I was very pleased and will use them again when needed.

I accompanied my sister to look at a replacement cart for her husband and her. They bought and I left with one, too! Jim was so informative, patient, helpful and competitive that I felt no need to look elsewhere.(contrary to my usual nature!). Brought our Over 25 year old Club Car in for some maintenance and was pleasantly surprised by how knowledgeable the staff was about my cart. Their rates were very competitive and there was not a salesperson perched over my shoulder trying to sell me a new cart. The repairs were completed ahead of schedule and at the price quoted. Heres what sets them apart from any other business that I have ever dealt with. Approximately one month after picking my cart up from them (it is running amazing by the way) I received a call from them. The woman on the phone apologetically advised me that they had overcharged me for the repairs performed on my cart and that I had a refund of $30 waiting at their office! This level of honesty and integrity sadly is rare in our current society. There is no way that I could have possibly known that I was overcharged and they could have just as easily posted the added profit as miscellaneous on their books. I will certainly return with my personal business and will highly recommend them to others!

Good old fashion 100% customer service. My husband and I were just so please with our golf cart buy. Learned a thing or two and even arriving a few minutes after hours not once did we feel rushed. We will most definitely be spreading the GOOD word on a wonderful business with above average customer service. Thanks so much.

Dishonest and a rip-off! Called ahead about having my golf cart repaired. Was told that the part was $80 and labor was $69/hr. My husband dropped it off and was told that they would call before they replaced the part and give us a firm estimate. I got a call a week later saying the cart was done and that the part was $370!!! Then he went on saying that the part was $400 because it was refurbished and that we were not charged the $250 core charge. Today my husband picked it up and they billed us for the full $370. He wouldnt provide any proof as to the cost of the refurbished part when we asked. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO ELSEWHERE. We have had great service at Chief Cart in Lansing-Go there if you have the time to make the drive!

We also arrived just before closing time and ended up leaving with a very nice ezgo electric. The family and i are very pleased with their service and patience...lol...Thank you arbor golf cart.

Bought cart there had some problems but in the end they did fix it. Took cart back and work with the poeple and they were very accommodating to my needs took money off on the repair ! I have sent more poeple, they do care about the customers even came out to my campground and serviced my cart free of charge!!!

Piece of Junk. Spent money every year to fix it. Still does not work good. Fixed one thing then other thing broke. Dealer was not helpful.

Charged $90 to try to diagnose cart. They couldnt figure it out. RIP OFF!!I called capservices they diagnosed over the phone, I mailed them my controller and they rebuilt the controller for $150.I would never recommend Arbor Golf to anyone. They are nothing more than a bolt on shop.
