Wonderful Customer Service. Our golf cart was making a slight noise and Brandon come out to our home to service it. When he realized the problem had to be fixed at the shop he came back with a trailer took the cart, fixed the issue and had it back the next morning. We barely had time to notice it was gone!! I would highly recommend them both for their product and their continued excellent customer service.

Golf Cart Outfitters were not only able to find 12 volt batteries for my golf cart, but they installed them in less than 24 hours. I picked my cart up the following day and the battery compartment had obviously been cleaned along with all wires and terminals, totally unexpected on my part. I was given instructions on care and maintenance (my first cart) and advised to call if I had any issues.Very happy with my experience and how professional they are. Highly recommended!!

A little disappointed. They advertised golf carts for sale, but when we got there, very little inventory. They need to update their Facebook marketplace advertisements

They customized a few golf carts for us and did an exceptional job. Went above and beyond to make us happy. They did a few for friends too and did a great job. They also put in a custom stereo in my cart that is crazy good

Awesome customer service! Our cart needed service and we didnt have a way to get it to them, so Mark picked it up, fixed it and delivered it back to us on the same day. Reasonably priced too.

Unresponsive. After initial email was promised estimate on repair. Three followup emails from me with no response back after a week.
