Pollys has decent food and ok pricing, there best quality is their meat. They have a good selection of meat and decent pricing as well. There are some good deli options as well. All in all a good local grocery store and would prefer them over most of the major grocery chains

I love going to Pollys. I think I find a reason just to go wander down the isles. Its relaxing and the staff is very friendly. Their cheese seems to be the cheapest in town also!

One of the smaller Pollys in the area. Adequate selections. Friendly staff. Beats Kroger in meat quality but not so good in produce. Need to do something about the recycling area smell.

Kind young man carried out a 🛒 groceries and loaded them in the car, then another full 🛒 I had wheeled out. I love Pollys conveniences and right near my 🏡.

Not my regular shopping spot, a bit out of the way. Found more than I had bargained for. The ham I picked up has been a great Staple In our diet for days as theres so many things you can do with it.

Drove down from Lansing to get some Todoroffs chilli for my HotDogs, an bought the last 5 bowls they had in the freezer.

Not busy early morning. Fast and convenient, specially when shopping for the elder.

The only thing that is missing is jars of pickles pig feets

I normally really like this store. But, today, got the most unfriendly cashier. She was interested in socializing with the bagger than answering a brief question.

I Like This place for the convenience and the local fresh produce. Only downfall I would have to say about this place is that their prices are kind of high. They also have a small variety of baby products and toiletries which makes a quick shopping trip easy. Would recommend this place to anyone needing to do quick shopping.

People who run the service center are rude and lazy, they never want to ring up short orders which the sign distinctly says 10 items or less. They will only serve you if need lotto are liquor otherwise they give you attitude and tell you to go to a different lane.

I love to get my groceries here. Great sales.

I have experience with this store from the views as a customer and a worker. As a customer it has a pretty decent selection of products to choose from and we usually carry some items that are unique that can’t be found at other big stores like the Walmart down the road. The deli has a decent variety of meats, cheeses and hot bar items. Kretschmar meats is a decent chunk of the choices and is decently priced. The produce selection isn’t huge, but offers essentially a bit of everything including good seasonal items. The meat department is always stocked and is well taken care of. There are public bathrooms located in the produce section. The grocery floor is pretty well stocked and a majority of items and has displays ranging from typical items to those seasonal items that seem to go quick. There is a section for sanitary and miscellaneous items like magazines. There also is a wine and freezer section that is well stocked. Us employees are very interested in helping you find exactly what you want when shopping with us.

Shelves stocked, store clean and no major lines or crowds. Also, no self checkouts!!!!

They have THE best garlic bread! Just crunchy enough and not too hard. I cant find these anywhere else. They always have great specials. The lines are usually not very long.

Don’t sell carpet cleaners if you are going to groan and cry when someone asks to rent it. At least be professional and try not to be rude. I could’ve gone somewhere else but I like to shop at pollys because of the general courtesy they usually show . Things have changed I guess.

Their selection in virtually every department was well stocked and broad. The employees are also very knowledgeable and welcoming. Will definitely visit again soon.

Food oe sometimes too expensive

This is a small grocery store, but they seem to have everything the big stores have. Less crowds, reasonable prices, clean, and wonderful employees.

Always friendly service and nice to see people are following proper precautions.

Kentucky Ive been going to Pollys for at least 40 years. They have some very inexpensive items. A very cost effective store. They had what I wanted on sale also. When Im back from Kentucky. Ill be back again.

Nice clean store

Stop here all the time for quick groceries in the morning when I need something for work. All of the employees are awesome and willing to help you out. The small store feel definitely makes you want to come back. Never has someone passed me without a smile or saying hello and asking if I am finding everything.

Over priced market

Very lovely place. Clean and organized, most of the employees are very very nice. Stocks a lot of good meat and affordable food!

This place has an excellent and mostly inexpensive grocery selection. My main complaint is that I often find expired food. (Mainly cheeses and other dairy products) As long as you dont mind checking dates on your food, its a nice store that I would recommend.

It was a good visit. I went in for cat food and employee helped me to get it from bottom shelf. Also, I ended up with $80.00 worth of luscious food for myself that I hadnt planned on. Everyone was very courteous and smiling.😃

I have shopped at Pollys, for a very very long time they always have what I want, I have tried other stores and they are higher in a lot of things. Produce Dept. Is great meat Dept. Is great. The cashiers are friendly, workers always helpful. Its just a great place on Spring Arbor Rd. I have shopped at Pollys on Parnell rd, that one dont like snotty people, Dont have what I want high prices. vandercook lake dont like at all. 10 stars spring Arbor rd.

I always enjoy shopping at Pollys. I can rember shopping at Pollys on Cooper Street as a youngster with my parents.

We love shopping at this Pollys. The store is clean and carries a variety of items. We absolutely adore their cake decorator/Baker. She is such a polite, kind woman and makes the best cakes ever. We are never disappointed!

Good variety. Only concern is the sweet/sour smell inside the entrance due to the bottle return center. Big plus is deli and produce sections.

I like Pollys. If u go at the right time there prices compete with Meir & Walmart. The baked goods and deli good is awesome.

Its always easy to get in and out and they carry a good selection and it keeps me from having to go to that other large store that starts with an M

Pretty good selection of produce and sugar free stuff. A lot of things are overpriced though compared to say Walmart or Meijer or Kroger.

Great prices and quality products. Just be careful to check the sell by date. Ive accidentally purchased expired items a few times, but management is always happy to fix the problem if you bring it to their attention.

Pollys is a great little grocery store to find what you need when you don’t feel like going to the big stores for groceries or you just need a couple of things. They also have really good prices on meat which I actually prefer over Meijer, Kroger, and Sams club here in Jackson. Great little small grocer.

Im new to Jackson so went to pollys that is down the st from me. I can see that they do not clean the racks that the meat sits on I ask a employee how often the racks are cleaned she told me that she did not know they have very old blood on them and old blood under the racks Not a place to buy meat

The deli is GREAT!!! Love that Pollys sells Kretschmar (chem. / additive free) meats and cheese!!! Yeah!

Post Office inside. 3 Bottle and can return machines. Good produce. Deli. Competitive prices and great service. They bag you up and fill your cart. I shop here and Aldi, and thats about it.

It’s in a convienent location, the store is always clean and well kept. It’s a wonderful place to stop for a few things instead of battling the lines at the bigger stores up the road. I honestly prefer Polly’s.

This has always been one of my go-to stores for a quick grocery run. Its clean and usually has what I need and at a competitive and, fairly often cheaper than the bigger supermarkets.

It has a large selection of items, floral dept., different cheeses and breads, deli dept. Lower budget items. Off to the side of the fruits is a C.P. Federal Credit Union .Clean store and restrooms . Friendly and helpful staff .
