Its sort of deceiving information to get you their for the hearing evaluation. Than they drop the price bomb on you after they test you. Too expensive for hearing aids.

Ruston was patient and thorough when assessing my husband today. We moved to Mississippi from Texas and was anxious about going to a different technician. Ruston gave excellent customer service. Would recommend this location and most definitely this technician.

For the price you pay this company you’d imagine you might get great customer service and interactions with the audiologist. While they spent several hours with us, and that is appreciated, they never explained the functions of the hearing aids. The two men continually talked over one another at the same time as if competing to be the one to spit out more information. When we were hesitant about the price they immediately became defensive and just kept telling us they “have the best product on the market”. Rather than health care or truly caring about the patients needs this is whole a business scheme that is only concerned with the amount of money they bring in every day.

I came in because I was having difficulty hearing conversations and thought I might be experiencing a hearing loss. After checking me and all the low and high ranges it was determined Im still in the normal range probably have lost some hearing but still good thanks.

I answered an add that said Id get a free Miracle Ear if I made an appointment. I did. There was no free Miracle Ear albeit the visit was free. They do NOT accept Medicare or Medicaid.

I guess it was okay I thought I was getting a real check on my ears. And then say I didnt qualify. Everything that is free is not good.you never get the truth.
