Ice cream was delicious, got a vanilla cone covered in sprinkles and my son got a misty freeze. The workers were friendly and quick. Would definitely get a treat there again!

I love that they stayed open so.late in season..November 6th I could still get a peanut buster parfait! Gave my doggy a treat too! They will reopen in February! See you soon D Q!

Absolutely LOVE this place! Great ice cream, friendly workers and when they get busy they work at a fair and fast pace so you’re not waiting forever for your food. The location makes it easy to drive up and get it. You can either park across the street In the parking lot or in front of the Store along the road making it convenient to quickly get your ice cream. Also great low prices and have big portions! 10/10 would recommend.

I love DQ. I have been going there for a very long time. I think DQ has the best tasting ice cream. I live off of County Farm Road and I have been there four times this summer😄.

Usually a great place 2 times in a row I got banana splits no bananas and strawberry and pineapple toppings were scarce. I dont know whats going on but I will take my business elsewhere now.

Its the only dairy queen in Jackson so it can get busy but service and quality wise I have no complaints! It is a seasonal dairy queen since they only serve ice cream here no food, so there is no going inside. This is a park your car and enjoy some ice cream outside with your loved ones kinda place. !

Terrific service

This is a small Dairy queen right in town. Its location is not the best by any means. It is right before a stop light and there is no parking lot for the location but you can park on the street which can be tricky. They only serve Ice-cream here not a full service Dairy Queen with food. They do have some outdoor seating in the back of their store. This being the only Dairy Queen it is usually always busy so expect to wait to get your ice-cream but the employees work fast and are usually always nice. Price wise expect to pay $4-$6 per person.

High priced ice cream you can get at other local ice cream stores for half the price at DQ

Its DQ and the only one in Jackson! Still, they do a fantastic job, its family owned AND they are open from February to November in Michigan. Nothing like a line up for ice cream in frigid wintery weather!

Website is misleading, it indicates they sell food, but they only sell deserts. Correct your website or start selling food. Ive never seen a DQ not sell food before.
