I normally do not write reviews, however, I wanted to warn anyone about purchasing from Forestry Suppliers, Inc. I recently ordered and received a Duke model 1109 cage trap. The package was not damaged and I opened it, excited to put to use my new trap. It appeared in new shape until I sat it on my work bench to test the operation. It was bent and wobbled. I saved the packing material and contacted Forestry Suppliers requesting to return this defective item for a different one. Much to my surprise, they advised I would be responsible for payment of the shipping back to them. After a couple emails, they stated they did not want it back and would send me another. When the replacement trap arrived it was bent worse than the first. I contacted Duke traps directly and advised this retailer was selling defective items with their name on it. If there were negative stars I would give that was a review. Very disappointed. Use caution. It appears they purchase and resell damaged goods.

Great selection if you work outdoors must shop here at some point in time.

This is the first time in my life that I am going out of my way to write a bad review. I placed an order on Forestry Suppliers website for a much-needed product; it was “In Stock.” I did the online order and paid, got confirmation. The next day I receive an email that I have to send them a purchase order, which I did. Upon submitting the purchase order, I received another email that my order has been canceled. Customer service instructed me to re-order and they will take care of it. NOW the item is “out-of-stock!” I asked about this, and they kept reassuring me that they are handling it. A week later, after emailing them DAILY for shipping confirmation, not only was I informed that the item is now “out of stock,” but it’s being ordered from CHINA, and due to virus they have no idea when they might ship it. WHY COULDNT they have told me this from the beginning?!?!?!?! It would have saved me a week of waiting on very time sensitive parts!!! Now I had to pay hundreds more from another site for it to get to the job on time. In the 10 email exchanges I told them multiple times about time being a massive issue, and I was reassured!!

Five Star company. Had a issue with a item which turned out to be lost in the mail and they jumped thru hoops go get it fixed. Zero chance they are not my first stop go-to place for forestry supplies.

Great customer service. Accidentally ordered the wrong item, and they ran out to the warehouse as it was being packaged to adjust my order and get it shipped out.

I placed an order a month ago. Website says it ships in one to two weeks. It still has not shipped and I just found out the they are pushing it back again. Waste of time. I had to cancel my order and purchase from a different business that can fulfill orders on time.

Placed a 100 plus order. They messed up my credit card information and took two days to notify me that it was on hold because of that issue.
