I am renting a small unit and am very satisfied with the facility. Its always clean and the manager and staff are very friendly. If there is a problem it is taken care of quickly.

Ive done business with several other storage facilities in the past from Jackson, MS area all the way to the Mississippi Gulf Coast area. I can tell you, that Magnolia is by far the BEST I have ever dealt with. My first unit with Magnolia was an outdoor unit which Ive since closed due to just not needing it any longer, I rented it back in about 2001 or 2002. The unit I currently have has been there since 2008 and I couldnt be happier with the people there, their customer service, and cleanliness of the property not to mention the security in knowing my belongings are safe. But with that being said, I would have to say being with Magnolia for almost 20 years should speak for itself. Ms. Connie is great to work with, she will bend over backwards to help in any way she can, shes great! Also, Magnolia Storage has the best unit prices available especially for climate controlled units. If you find better prices, I can assure you that the facility is not nearly as clean and/or secure, not to mention probably would also come with poor customer service.
