Store has a decent amount of items for sale. However, I bought a stereo receiver from them and it stopped working correctly 3 days after the 7 day repair or store credit warranty ran out and they refused to help me. Told them they can have the piece of junk and that I wont be back.

I go there for all my quick cash needs, and to pick up get equipment at a fair price

Clean I will give that to them, some staff are very helpful and nice and theres a couple that arent. Prices are high but when taking something in to pawn they dont like to give much.

Bought a pair of Sony bluetooth headphones from them and tried to return them quickly, due to connectivity . I had lost the receipt, but I had made a major purchase from them prior and they knew exactly who I was. They refused the return. I know you are supposed to have the receipt, but that shouldnt be an end-all thing in a small store where the owners are aware of your purchase. Lame

Personally theres not to much theyll take and they should try cleaning it up a bit and lower there prices I think they forget that the things they do have are used not knew. For somethings you would be better off getting new because youll buy it there for just as much ☹️

Great pawn shop. Of course they only buy what is selling. Tools. Guns. Electronics. Musical Instruments etc. They are reasonable, will haggle for the sake of haggling. Their Jackson store is a small shop but their primary store is much much larger.This is a pawn shop. They must base their margins on the current lowest internet prices, shipping figured in as well. You can bring them a brand new from the store item that retails at $500, but if that same item can be had online with free shipping for $200 thats the starting price point you will receive a percentage of. All pawn shops work on this same principal.Dicker and Deal pays a bit below average however. In my dealings with them (again depending fully on the item and its demand) you can expect a loan of 15-30% of an items lowest online selling point based on its condition.Much of their pricing is also live database driven from the special computer software they use - just like your insurance company uses if you had a broken window and needed it fixed.Precious metals and gems are paid out at the current daily price nationally.The staff are friendly, personable and good people. Dont try to bring in no b.s. and youre all good. They love to haggle but know their limits. They will haggle on the vig for a loan if its high dollar, but you should expect standard Michigan/Federal interest rates for smaller transactions.Hope this honest review helps!

Not a bad selection, and Ive never felt cheated by the staff despite being a frequent shopper. Had to make a return once, had no problems doing so. Id recommend it.

CONCERNING ONLY Bass Guitars [that i played today and previous times] = way overpriced, with old strings, bad pots etc and are lacking any sort of set-up... Today the Aria Bass i played was not even in working condition. DID NOT LOOK AT OTHER THINGS IN THE STORE = BASS Guitars only

The employees were nice and I did like the prices as well as how stocked it was in the video games section but I was disgusted they were selling real assault rifles and other big guns. I can understand pistols and hunting rifles but assault rifles? Really?

When my son comes to visit me in Jackson its always the first place he wants to go.Jason is special needs, and they always treat him with patience, respect, and kindness.

I just came here with a pristine condition 128gb 12.9 inch Wifi+Cellular iPad Pro with the box and was offered a measly $250. This sells online for a bare minimum of $600 right now. I went to Action Discount and got $375 for it instead! This is the third and final time Ill come here to these inept hustlers.
