Great customer service….From beginning to the end. I received a phone call from Nicole after communicating via chat to confirm scheduling an appointment the following day. I arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment with Ashley and thankfully she didn’t have a customer at the time. I was greeted with courtesy and professionalism by every person I encountered. I took my vehicle in for oil change, tire rotation. And told the about t glass chips on my windshield. The person did not seem to be concerned about my windshield. And told me I would have to look through my papers to see where I needed to take it. I was not pleased with this attitude. I have looked through the voluminous amount of papers and I can’t seem to locate that information. Needless to say I am not happy about this experience. I need to have these glass chips repaired.
Everyone was professional, friendly, and courteous from beginning to end. I will definitely be back for all future oil changes and anything else I need for my Nissan.

I came in to get a passenger mirror fixed. The customer service was great. I was pleased with the short amount of time it took to complete the repair.
I found myself there, unfortunately during a very bad time to buy a vehicle, especially a used one. At first my family and I were treated with respect, but upon noticing missing items from the vehicle’s inventory, we were treated with lies and disrespect. Not only did they not offer to replace the items missing, they said they would still charge us for them. I attempted to speak with their GM as did my father, but neither of us received any contact. It was only after my third go round with them and calling upon the GM myself, was I able to have any conversation. At which point Chris the GM, started yelling at me. When I tried to interject through all the yelling to get a word in, he simply hung up on me. Now as for my dealings with the salesman - Thad, he left to “get me a card” and did not return. I also found that their financial department said one thing and when I went to check with the bank myself, they said they were completely incorrect in what they told me and instead offered me a fair better deal. If you are looking for a vehicle, you’d do better with going to Gray-Daniels in Brandon, if not simply for better customer service. I have also shopped around at several other dealerships in the area and they also shared the same disgust to Gray-Daniels North and their business practices. There is a reason Gray-Daniels Nissan North has such a bad reputation.

Scheduling my appointment with the service rep.Claire was very easy and she was extremely courteous. She kept me posted through the link in the text message and she responded within a reasonable amount of time with clear information on the status of my repair. Everything went smoothly as far as repair and customer service. They do need to work on bringing the car to the customer after payment faster. I had to wait awhile to get my car and finally asked Bernard who is always helpful to bring it around and he did.

Most pleasant and efficient visit I’ve had in >5 yrs since owning vehicle. However, it still blows my mind that I sign in and make appointment online using phone # and received 3 reminders, yet I always have to give it to service technician on arrival. Seems system could prefill that one piece of info.
Utterly untrustworthy. Will never deal with them again. Offered to buy my car at 8pm last night but said I needed to come back the next day because accounting was closed. 9:30 this morning they retracted the offer

I arrived for my 9:30 appointment at 9:20. My car wasnt chec8in until 9:40. After a pitiful job of vacuuming they drove my car out the back door. At 11:00 I asked Claire why my car was still in the back. She said she would check. It wasnt long before they brought it in, put it on the rack, changed my oil and rotated the tires.All that took 15 minutes. I had an appointment but the girl next to me didnt. She left before did. Dont know what the problem is but I am thinking about finding another Nissan place to service my car.
Purchased my first vehicle from here. Persuaded me that everything was perfect about the car. I wasn’t able to test drive it. I started having issues with the vehicle the second day. I took it back and told them about it and was gaslighted. Kay and Cody were very unprofessional when I was trying to work out a reasonable agreement on getting the car fixed. I was basically sold a lemon for more than it was actually worth considering the ongoing issues with the vehicle. I will be sure to not recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a used car.

I HAS TO REPLACE MY NISSIAN SENTRA AFTER A HORRIBLE CRASH IN TEXAS. I USED THE INSURANCE MONEY AND WAS REFERED TO GRAY DANIELS FOR MY NEXT NISSIAN. THAD WADE AND MR. DANIEL WERE EXCELLENT WITH EVERYTHING INCLUDING GETTING ME THE BEST DEAL A CAR WITH 4 MILES AND I TANK OF GAS THAT IM STILL RIDING ON.THANKS FOR EVERYTHING. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership! I purchased my car in March they promised me to fix my runner light after 30 days, I called once my 30days was up and they gave me excuses and LIES about replacing a light that was messing up before I left their lot.. It’s September and I still don’t have my light.. 3months in “July” I had to get a new transmission now it’s making more noises…Poor communication and the car is not worth anything a complete rip off all they care about is getting your money!!
Went in for maintenance and pulled out of the dealership and my TMSP(air sensor in tire) error came on, was told it would take 5 mins to fix went back to dealership, Chris then tells me it will take 35-45mins to fix. Why lie the first time. Well, I sat there 45 mins and my car was not being touched at all. Text the phone number that text me to text with any questions, nothing back, no answer, went found Ed to see about my car, Ed goes off to see how much longer comes back in to tell me that the sensor is broke and they had to order another one. Chris walks in Eds office and proceeded to say I hit a pothole thats the only way they break on my year car. I didnt hit anything, it was working fine before anyone at the dealership touched my car. This isnt just the only time I have had problems. If I could trade my Nissan in I would and never buy from yall again.

Service was great. Service manager had us bring the Car right in to diagnose the problem.Had to order the part but was notified when it came in and the part was replaced while we waited. We were given a contact link to check the status of the service and part arrival. Handled like a good business should provide service. Ill Be Back!!

I helped my son get an Altima. We used VPP so there is very little wiggle room. Was given a nice amount for my trade in and the market price was knocked off. The figure was what I had in my head initially. Signed the dotted line and I have a happy son with a reliable car.
There was oil everywhere under my hood so I took it back and they fixed it to the best of their ability. But it is hard to get oil out of anything🤷🏾♂️I’m just glad I checked before I started to Uber drive. The only compensation that was given was a temporary car until the mess was clean….If it was something more serious that I couldn’t see nor control, I wouldn’t have even known. But, they did do they’re best to clean it afterwards and showed high concerns.

I was very disappointed with the service I received. Brought my car in for service on a Monday. Received a status report of what was wrong. Agreed to have service done. Spoke with service advisor and was told they had the parts and could have my car finished the same day. Waited, waited, waited and waited only to be told at the end of the day that parts weren’t in and would have to be ordered! A whole day waisted. Ended up leaving my car overnight for repairs to begin the next morning. I called the dealership first thing the next morning and was told my car would be ready by 12pm and parts were received and someone was working on the vehicle. Arrived at the dealership shortly after 12pm and was told the car wasn’t ready. The wrong part arrived but they were still working on the vehicle. Was told it would be a few more hours. Very unprofessional! Especially because I needed to be headed out of town for an interview for the next morning. My car was not ready until about 5pm. Paid for services and was off to get my vehicle. As soon as I got in the car, I noticed the car was making noises that I had never heard before. Noises that I didn’t have when I initially brought the vehicle in. Returned the vehicle. Spoke with the service manager and they took the car back for service again. They did something else but the issue was not fixed. The manager gave me some explanation and stated the noise I was hearing was due to paint that was placed on the part but it should wear off. He promised to give me a free oil change, tire rotation on my next visit. All of that meant nothing to me as I had paid over $2,000 for service and my car seemed to be in worse condition. Because I had to go out of town for the interview I left so I would not be on the road late. Made a round trip to Dallas,Texas and the noise was still there. Once I made it back to Mississippi, I took the car straight to the dealership. Spoke with the sales manager again and he assured me he would take car of the issue. No loaner or rental cars available. Was inconvenienced again and had to rely on others for travel to and from work. Finally got my car back late Thursday evening. All seemed to be well but I will not take my car back to this location for service again.
Service advisor was awesome! I had an appointment at 8:30 but car was not ready until 11:30. Friendly but I came on a day that everyone else had appointments. I would rather be informed that it’s a high volume time when making the appointment. Possibly the online system wouldn’t let me schedule the appointment if the repair time exceeds an hour.
Everyone was friendly and helpful and got me in the vehicle I wanted for the note I needed. I would definitely do business with them again.
Our sales lady Ms Ashley was supper nice and helpful, the finance gentleman was supper nice. However, (part is our fault for not fully checking the vehicle out) the dash light had a few that were dim and now several are going out) the rear hatch wont opens I brought this up and east told that it probably just needed to pull it up (the motor is out and doesnt work at all, except manually). And after 3 days of having it, the car rattles when we start it. Overall Im happy with the folks I spoke with and dealt with, but whoever looks at used vehicles if anyone missed a lot in this vehicle. Have bought several used vehicles around the south and havent had any with this many issues.

Issue wasn’t fixed the first time. I had to pay about 158 for “nothing”. Two hours after picking my car up from Nissan, my car ran hot, started to smoke, make noise, leak fluid, and shut off. I had to pay 75.00 to get it towed. Next day, the car was looked at again. (This time they “found the problem”) I was only supposed to pay 100 deductible but I paid 158 the previous day so I was due a refund. I, the customer, have to call the service manager to get the refund issued and it’ll be issued in a check. The towing fee “can be reimbursed but I, the customer, have to call 1800 Nissan1.Oh yeah, initially my service provider told me that my deductible was a little over 100.00 and that I would have to pay the taxes and fees so the 158 would cover my charges which was untrue. My deductible was a flat 100.00 He didn’t mention anything about the overpayment and being reimbursed. I had to ask another service provider how to get my refund.

Not only am I paying for a service that has not been being performed as I was told it was supposed to be done every three months, or at least every time I take my car in for service (it was not done resulting in a huge cracked windshield), but I also had an appt for a simple oil change/ tire rotation and was told upon arriving, that it would be a three to four hour wait...even with an appt. Ridiculous!!!

Although theyre in your face to greet you, some dont wear masks. They may as well take that signage down at the entry AND on the website.They didnt offer to wash my vehicle. They didnt go over what they did, nor did I get a checklist (I was accustomed to this at the Hyundai dealership). Ill check to see if I can use one of their other locations but Im sure its throughout all the dealerships. Only because my vehicle is still under warranty will be the reason I return there.As far as my salesperson, I would recommend. I really dont feel the service dept. would sincerely take care of my vehicle as they should. I have to admit they are friendly sounding though. Theyre not ugly.

The work G-D Nissan has done on my vehicle over the years has been pretty good, BUT the level of COMMUNICATIONS and FOLLOW UP by Ms. Clair Wallace leaves significant room for improvement.

I had a 9:00a.m. appointment, I was advised that there were few cars in the back, and that I should be done in no time. Checking my status online, it took them until 10:30a.m. to complete the inspection of my vehicle, and I did not leave until 1:00p.m. 4hrs. at a dealership for routine maintenance is ridiculous. I would not recommend.
Drive all that way for lackluster service. Saleman doesn’t seem to want to sell anything. Does not reply to emails

They get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time, and they have comfortable facilities for you to wait on your car if you need.I drive up from Gulfport to do my business at Grey-Daniels Nissan (even if I am not looking for a Nissan)! Today, june 24th I arrived at 1:00 pm and did not leave until 4:30 pm for a oil change. When I arrived 2 cars were ahead of and sat outside in line approx minutes and no one came out even though people were walking aroundWhen they finally came said sorry they were at lunch. I asked after sitting there almost 3 hours and said they would check but never came back after they took my car back. When i finally left i told them what a disappointment of their services today. Dont know how but people there and after i came in serviced n left. A entire new set of people came in and i was with them for at 20 minutesI asked who was manager Eddie Gray. Called and had leave message who knows if they will call back.
I had a great experience today with my salesperson Turner I was greeted when I pulled up and 10 mins later I was sitting in my 2015 Toyota Avalon... This was by far not only the quickest but most enjoyable car purchase I have made so far... I would recommend his services to anyone!!!
First of I’ll like to thank your team for allowing me a chance to purchase my new vehicle. I was very pleased with my salesman Byrant Hicks he did a exceptional job with helping me I was a little slow trying to upload and print my documents and he was very patient and very understanding I found him to be very concern with making sure I wasn’t getting in a vehicle that I wouldn’t be please with. Mr. Hicks will get my recommendation to all my family and friends.
Had a great experience at this dealership yesterday. Bryant Hicks took care of my wife and I, and got us the SUV we wanted. He and everyone there were very gracious and professional. Have done business with them in the past and will continue to in the future.
