Had a great experience purchasing my new 2021 Nissan Altima with Salesman Bryan Flynn. He started with me from me doing my research online so I had an idea of what I wanted. Explained to him I wanted to get much done as possible before I come in because I didn’t want to be at the car lot all day. Once he called and told me I could come in to finish up, I didn’t have to long of a wait. Friendly, knowledgeable, offered to put in car seats once my new grand baby was here, and everything else I may have a question about to just call. Very friendly atmosphere there. Purchased 2021 nv in May. Was promised maintenance package with free oil changes if I come back to Jackson from Memphis by fleet manager Mark. Returned to possibly buy another van and get oil change, all of a sudden Mark says they dont do free oil change anymore and I dont have maintenance package. So I paid for oil change and the guys in the service department were great, but the salesmen make everything bad. Not going back. Would not recommend.

I was charged$3,509.18 for a transmission that was under warranty. I clearly asked beforehand about any warranties that I may have had at the time. The service provider claims he looked and didn’t see any. I was made to bring in 1900 before they even started doing the work and was told I would have to pay the remaining balance after work was done. Never heard of such a thing! Not to mention my car was not going to be ready when PROMISED! I’ve been a consumer here for a total of 6 years and have never had to give a review like this! The attitude I received just trying to check on my car was unnecessary! Always double check behind this dealership because they will try to get over! Cant even trust them!

Zero Stars. Cannon Nissan wrecked my truck while in for warranty work. They did not disclose the damage and let me find it on my own when I went to get my truck. They have yet to make it right. Do not take your vehicle to Cannon Nissan for any kind of service or warranty work. They will accuse you of damaging your own vehicle while its in their possession to be repaired. Make sure your take detailed pictures beforehand. Its been two weeks and still no resolution.

Dropped off vehicle on Thursday morning. Called that afternoon, Friday, and Monday and no one answered the phone, so I left a message every time. No one contacted me until Monday afternoon. When I went to pick up the vehicle on Tuesday morning, the technician tried to charge me for a diagnostic fee on a vehicle that had less than 10000 miles on it and clearly under warranty. Technician the gave me wrong keys for the vehicle and I had to wait for him to get off his cell phone when coming back in to get the right keys. Technician was very unfriendly and non-apologetic about anything. It was a horrible experience.

I went to Nissan to get assistance with a matter and to drop off some supplies to Jerrell just to thank him for his great, personable, thorough service. I spoke with the general manager who then assisted me. Now keep in mind it was an issue for another department but the general manager worked to get me answers for my concern. I was not shocked because Anthony Sims and Terry exhibited that same dedication to service and thoroughness when selling me my vehicle. My experiences here have been extremely positive and pleasant.

Jerell was a blessing to me. I came in from out of town to visit family and after having my vehicle serviced prior to getting the road my Nissan was given the all clear. Yet when I arrived something was not right in how my vehicle was stalling to crank. I was told to take my vehicle to Cannon and to ask for Jerell. Jerell found out the issue and went the extra mile by calling my local Nissan to get the needle parts due to Cannon’s inability to get things done the same day due to ordering delays.
