I always have the most fun at this store picking out new paint colors for my home! I trust the quality and the staff are always knowledgeable and friendly when I need support. Great team to work with!

We walked in about 45 minutes before close only so we could get a handle on what was needed. We didnt expect the store manager to stay after close to mix our paint. We told him we could pick it up the next morning and didnt want to keep him. He came across very knowledgeable about the paints both form a sales standpoint as well as someone who used it as a contractor. We didnt feel pressured to over spend our budget. overall very happy with the shopping experience. The colors look great and they cover great. Time will tell how well it holds up but if any issues do come up I wouldnt hesitate to visit the store again.

They keep record of what you purchase so you can just call to reorder for pickup. The entire staff is very friendly, helpful and go the extra mile. The service at this store is extraordinary. I had a touch up project and my old paint no longer matched what was on the wall. Nick and his team patiently worked with me to get the color matched perfectly. It took several trips to the store and each time they helped me without complaint. Nick knows his stuff and Ill never buy paint anywhere else. Excellent service is rare and Nick and his crew have it in their DNA. Thank you!!

As a contractor I prefer Sherwin Williams products to anything else. I always get the best coverage, best finished look and best service from the Jackson store. Im glad Jackson is my home store. Nick and Amanda are very helpful and knowledgeable with the products they offer. They are always able to answer my questions and help me with specialty products Ive needed, even ordering some things they dont normally carry for me. I had one particular situation with some stain where the customer was not happy with the color she selected, she wanted it a little bit lighter. I took it back up to Amanda and she spent some time adding color to it until we got it just right for the customer. I trust them because I know whatever project Im working on for a customer, they have my back up there. They do whatever it takes to get me what I need to make my customers happy. They shown that they care and want my business to succeed.

Kyler was so helpful and insightful. As a first time home buyer, I was in need of someone to walk me through even the basics of estimating how much paint I need. I was not sold something expensive just because, I was given all my options and educated on all of them.

Both associates were helpful with our questions. We did not appreciate the fact that when he stepped away from the counter to mix our paint, which was just feet away, he took his mask off.

Love the color charts with the coordinating color links. Helps us non-professional decorators end up with a room that looks perfect. The storeroom has all the accessories needed and beautiful paint that is durable and, in most cases, applies with one coat! Staff is very helpful in the Jackson, MI store.

This is professional grade materials, yes you can find Sherwin Williams paint in the big box stores, but its the watered down version = DONT BE FOOLED! As for professional advice, Ryan is our main (field rep) go to guy, hes the best of the best...:)

We were informed the primer was on sale as well as the paint. After checking out, found out that it wasnt and ended up paying about a total of $30 more than we would have for hubbys choice of primer, Gripper, from Home Depot right across the street.We will find out more on this color and primer after using it tomorrow.

Very knowledgeable staff

So Im working on a sports themed room in my basement and have been looking where I can buy Detroit Red Wings red paint. I found it on the Sherwin-Williams web site. Rather than trying to have my local home improvement center match the color from a sample I decided to drive the extra miles to purchase an exact formulated match.The Gentleman that waited on me was Matias. When I asked if they had Red Wings red he immediately said no. I explained to him that I saw it on the Sherwin-Williams web site but without even checking he refuted it. Because I had left my phone at home I asked him to look it up on his computer, he hesitated then told me that I must have been looking at a post (online) that someone not associated with Sherwin-Williams had posted (which really confused me). I explained that I saw it on THE Sherwin-Williams web site and again asked him to look it up. He typed something in on his computer and said nope, we dont have it. I then asked him to google it just to prove my point, he said he couldt. Meanwhile another person in the store googled it and there it was on their phone. Matias immediately said its for exterior only BUT on the phone it clearly showed for interior/exterior. Only then did Matias finally agree that YES they could provide it but only in the most expensive paints in the store starting at 65.99/ gallon. I found Matias to be very unfriendly and the opposite of helpful. I left and will NEVER buy a Sherwin-Williams product again.

Friendly and helpful staff. They made suggestions and gave me ideas on the areas I was painting. The associate even carried my purchases to my car!
