Its been a while since I visited Napa. I remember now. The customer service was and is in need of improvement. Today I visited your store on 3rd st, Jax beach, 32250. First I placed the order online. I received confirmation email. After 1 plus hours, I never received notification from store (supposed to be ready for pickup in 30 min). I called into the store and explained I had placed the order online, and wanted to verify availability before making the drive. After quite a long time on hold while it was being checked, item was confirmed in stock. Upon arrival (no one said hello) I explained who I was, and what I was picking up, and again that my order was online, I had my cell phone in my hand with order number at the ready. The associate retrieved the part and rang it up and then told me a higher amount due than my original confirmation email. When I re explained the order was online and offered the order number, I was told (by someone else) the online order really doesnt guarantee anything, and to get any available discounts, I need to pay online, even though Napa sent me an email stating the amount due at the store. After some discussion, the adjustment was made. I thanked everyone upon leaving. No one said anything. I can tell from the experience, that Napa must be having troubles, at least that store. Never again will I bother them with my automotive needs.It was once believed that giant retailers like Sears, Montgomery Wards, K Mart, could NEVER fail. Napa, If you cont take care of your customers, someone else will.Management may want to have everyone reacquaint themselves with the Golden Rule.
The manager mumbles. Very inappropriate. Everyone scattered when I walked in. No help. I was told to go charge my battery at home. The Manager Patrick ignored me and dealt with personal instead of the customer. He fumbled and just after said its your problem. If Chad was here this place would be better.
Love my Napas, always helpful. And they go to great lengths to get you your parts asap. No matter how far they have to go to go get part for you.

Not one employee was wearing a mask when I was there. Older employee was being snotty when my son pointed out the part he gave me wasnt the same as the one we needed.

Shop guys are nice and helpful but no reason for this store to be in this location. Bad location for an auto parts store and then delivery guys drive thru the neighborhood way to fast. Time to this store to spot that makes more sense logistically.

These guys were helpful, but dont expect a professional, corporate environment.They were bantering across the store about their hobbies. It gave the store a mom and pops feel.
