Great experience yesterday. Im a home-visit teacher and had a run-in with tools on the road. Yes, tools fell from a truck and my tires were the unfortunate recipients. If I was able to give them 0 stars I would have, its 8:41 a.m today is Monday May 24th, 2021, the shop is still closed and no one in sight and they are supposed to be opened and operational by 8 a.m !!!!!This lack of professionalism and complete non care of the customers makes me re-think why I came here; there are 12 people waiting outside and theyve started leaving one by one; this one guys car is inside and cant get to work without it, this other guy from Bug out is also here to pick up his truck and mentioned that theyre never on time, theyre rude and have a very bad attitude....Im going to leave too as I have better things to do, I guess I should have gone to Firestone where my money is valued and where Im not taken for granted !!!

Had a great experience overall getting an oil change a few weeks ago. They had wifi, allowed my dog in the waiting area, and Victor at the front was both professional and personable. They even saw a safety hazard and fixed it at no cost. Will definitely be going back here again! Do wish there was coffee still offered in the waiting area, but I know its the Covid Karens I should blame for that.

I needed a mirror fixed on my Ford Explorer the first time I came in. Victor was great and helpful and told me what needed to be done. I had a great experience the first time, I decided to come back a second time when I needed an alignment and wheel balance. I had an appointment at 9am and was running late due to work, and tired from being up all night, they got me in and out in a timely fashion. These guys are very friendly and courteous. Even got a mug in my favorite color (RED), a tire gauge checker thingy, and loads of ink pens(nurses love ink pens)... Definitely a great place to have your car serviced!

Took my car in for a nail repair. I really appreciate that they didnt try to rip me off telling me I would need a new tire. Very friendly and fast service. Will definitely go back when I need new tires :)

My fiance took his car here last week to get the brakes replaced. A day after the repair, he noticed a loud clacking sound whenever he pressed on his brand new brakes. He immediately took it back to the shop to have it inspected. They said that they simply had to tighten the brakes, and sent him on his way. Three days later, he left for a long road trip, and the brakes clacking started again. It got so loud that he had to pull off to the nearest Pep Boys in Georgia. Pep Boys off of 3rd in Jacksonville clearly did not take off the new brakes they put on to check and make sure that they did everything correctly, because within five minutes at the new location they noticed that the spring which holds the shoe to the drum was defective and was smashing the pad every time he was braking. It was wearing out extremely quickly and was wearing on the drum. The wear was so bad from the defective spring, that the mechanics at the new place had to re-file the brakes (which are six days old!) in order to get them to fit properly again. If you ever want serious work done, do not take your car here.

Made an early appointment online for service. I checked the box that I would be waiting with my car. When I arrived I found there was no technician and maybe they would be able to start looking at my car late morning. A simple call ahead of time would have resolved this.

Bought four tires not cheap plus an alignment 600 plus dollars. Drove out approximately 3 miles and my check tire sensor light comes on. After spending almost three hours waiting for my tires and Alignment the last thing I wanted to do was turn around and have my tires checked. But I did turned out all tires were under-inflated. Unbelievable!!!
