This particular location was incredible. Tyler helped us for at least an hour explaining all the different mattresses. He was the only one on the floor but was able to handle all of our questions. Didn’t feel the pressure to buy anything. I would highly recommend this place.

Staff was helpful. Kathy seemed more focused on planting expectations for each bed instead of allowing us to experience and compare. What seemed to be subtle differences in the different beds often had a large financial difference ($500 - $1000). I can recommend this mattress store. We didnt end up buying from here, but it might be right for you.

Highly professional and knows his product- I worked with John over a few days before purchasing my bed and adjustable base! I was referred by a friend to this location- that the salesman would be fair and knows his beds. My sister has also bought here too- she was so happy with her purchase that I came here first. I confess to trying the other One and practically ran from the store with the sales team making unprofessional jokes and making me feel very uncomfortable. I should have just stuck with my initial shopping- and spared myself!The bed was delivered the very next day- set up was flawless. They called ten minutes before delivery to let me know they were almost there and were right in the middle of the window I was given for delivery. The bed took about a month to break in- which the sales guy warned me of- that it would be a little firmer at first. He also advised airing it out before putting my linens on- being wrapped in plastic. But I read the tag and was amazed that my bed was made only 10 days before delivery! Guess they really do sell a lot of beds! I will tell any of my bed shopping friends to use this location and see John- hes the best!

On July 07, 2020 I went to one Mattress Firm store where the associate told me the 4th of July sale was over. I left and went to the 2nd Mattress Firm store 3rd street location JAX Beach Florida. Cannot believe the difference! Togo (full name Toghral Roshangar), also said my choice was no longer available at the sale price but without my asking immediately set about trying to work with me. He was wonderful, got me the sale price for the mattress & with foundation, delivery, set up, and removal of the old set, I was able to meet my budget. It was just a pleasure working with Togo. Delivery was exactly as promised. Easiest purchase experience Ive had in a very long time. Please thank Togo from me again!

David Rogers was born to be in customer service. Not only did he get us an amazing deal, I truly feel he was genuine in wanting to help us find the best mattress fit for us. We went with a split king with two separate mattress firmness with adjustable bases (those are amazing for real, ask him about them you won’t be sorry). David made this whole experience amazing start to finish. He even called to check in after delivery which was postponed due to a mattress being out of stock and he continued to monitor their inventory and snagged us one a week earlier than was expected for our delivery. Top notch. He alone deserves 10/10. The store was great too, nice location, clean bathrooms and easy access in and out of parking lot. Zero complaints.

I had a great experience at Mattress Firm! My mattress was delivered today and Im currently laying on it while posting this review. Josh was very accommodating throughout my decision making! He answered at least 20 or 30 questions that I had, and even called the financing department when I had a specific financing question. It was a great experience all around!

I went with my husband to see about purchasing a new mattress. Needless to say, we did. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out, John was extremely helpful and polite. Truly the best experience! We purchased a bed for our daughter and worked with Wanda who is the best salesperson—she is super knowledgeable and friendly. While completing the sale, we commented on our previous Mattress Firm bed that we bought 6 years ago. Wanda said it might still be under warranty and even helped us look up our receipt! We were delighted and will refer our friends to see Wanda at this location in the future.

I happened to be on vacation in Jacksonville and had some time to kill so I decided to finally stop putting off buying a new mattress. John made sure I found the mattress that suited my sleeping style and body type. Ive been sleeping on it for two nights now, best two nights of sleep Ive had in a long time! And snow birds take note: buying it on vacation and having it delivered to my home 600 miles away was just as easy as if I had bought it at home. I even called the store on my way home because I was delayed a day and they were able to reschedule delivery without any hassle.

Joel and John were two of the most wonderful Mattress Firm representatives Ive ever dealt with. Its because of the employees at THIS STORE, that were able to sleep again. We live in Baymeadows but we will gladly make the drive out here for the customer service they provide. Even the delivery staff was outstanding. Overall it is definitely a 5 star experience.

I recently went in to visit John at Mattress Firm in Jax Beach and he walked me through the task of picking out a new bed- mine was over ten years old and needed replacing. After determining I like medium firmness he narrowed it down to a couple beds in my price range and told me to try them out. Yes- you actually need to lay down on them! Lol. After about 15 minutes on each I had decided. He warned me that there is a break in period and to let the mattress air out when it’s delivered, before putting bedding on (who knew?). He was a straight shooter the whole time- knows the products and wants you to be happy with your purchase- a rare find in sales. Delivery for next day- what?!? Yes PLEASE. And the delivery was smooth! I had a window of time and the drivers texted me 10 minutes out- they were in and out with my old bed gone so fast! Very professional. I’ve been sleeping solidly for a month now and John’s follow up call reminded me to review him and his product. I highly recommend this location.
