Please consider having uniformed police stay at this location at night. Alot of drunk people stroll through this gas station at night. Than alot of them will hit on customers. Not cool!!!

I love this place, Clean store, nice employees. I loved working with everyone here. would go back to work there in a heartbeat. my bosses Stacy and Lisa are awesome people.

Very clean, large gas station. They were out of tea when we got there but the workers made some fresh for us immediately upon request. Really good tea and lots of it, all of the GATEs seem to be similar in that way anyways.

If you want to be treated like a non-person. Put on a colored vest and work clothes. Time and time again I have been treated like a non-person by most of the staff at this Gate Store. I will not return. For I will go to the ones in Ponte Vedra or another business in the future.

Nice place,, the staff are all nice except one.middle age, tall man whose always non caring and and at times purposely rude.While the other clerks ask if I need a bag for my purchases, he never says anything, he just stands there staring at me without saying a word.On one occasion, I did ask him if I may have a bag, he then bagged the items and shoved it to me.Today, he of course didn’t bag my items or ask if I wanted a bag so I asked for one, he just stood there so I said never mind grabbed the items and walked out.Does he not like his job or have an issue with me?Than I suggest he might look to work somewhere else as he is a bad example of customer service.

Positives: convenience and product. Definitely will continue going. However, the customer service has just gone down hill. I actually dread going in because the employees are so miserable. Example: this morning I went in, was begrudgingly waited on, asked for a donation, and then the cashier proceeded with her conversation with another employee. Customer service is simple: treat others like you would like to be treated. I dont need a lap dog when I go into a business, but its 2020. Some flicker of kindness or even tell me you hate your job. Customers should not dread employee interactions. This is truly meant to be useful. The turnover is high at Gate Stations, so Im sure the next round of employees will be fine.

One of my favorite gate gas stations.

They consistently have the cleanest most well stocked coffee station I have ever seen at a gas station food store. I dont normally do shoutouts but miss Dianna takes incredible care to keep the drink stations clean and brings a level of hospitality to the place that feels just so out of place at a gate gas station. Outdoor area is also nice.

Very clean store and bathrooms. Great place to stop for drinks, ice, etc.

Clean, typical layout gas and convenience store. Was not busy when i was there. Attendant was friendly and helpful. Did not use restroom. Store does have a nice beer cave. Check out was quick and easy.

This gate was always clean and all the staff friendly. Only getting 4 stars because although I visited every day, no one EVER mentioned that they would be closing to build a new gate. No notice at all. I drove by one morning to get something to drink and the place was gone! Its coming back in the Fall but how did they not at least let us know it was going to be closing.

Always a great place to stop before work

Easy access right on A1A in Jax Beach. Plenty of Pumps. Clean. And if you have an AAA card swipe it first to earn money back from AAA.
