Wonderful experience. Clean, safe units and manager, Scott, is phenomenal. He was not only informative and pleasant but went above and beyond to call me when a set of shelves was being trashed by a former customer knowing I was in need. He saved the shelves and helped me move them into my unit. Very happy with this location and staff!

I had the pleasure of working with Scott today the general manager and it was a pleasure. He was professional, personable and concise in getting me set up. The facility and grounds are immaculate and very inviting as well. It’s my opinion CubeSmart understands how to build value for the long-haul and I intend to be loyal in return. Everything adds up to a five-star experience!

My parents have used this Cube Smart since it opened in 2017. So naturally, when I needed a small cube to store some stuff before moving in to my house, I decided to go with the same place. He was so helpful and even remembered my Dad by name when I mentioned his last name and that my parents stored their massive amounts of Halloween and Christmas decorations there. It’s clean and safe and as a single woman, I appreciate that!

Moving in and out of the unit was super smooth, great price for a new, clean, temp controlled space. Theres a manager or staff in the office during work hours to answer any questions (Scott is very friendly and helpful, solved an issue for me quickly!) Hand trucks are always neatly lined up for use. And I really like that they play music softly so its not dead quiet while Im reorganizing stuff in there :)

Scott was incredibly helpful with our move. Gave us great advice on first month and worked with us when our move in date got pushed back a week! Incredible employee and very helpful for us during this process. Would definitely recommend

We were very satisfied with our experience at CubeSmart in Jacksonville Beach. Scott Anderson (the general manager) met us on first visit and explained and showed us the various storage options available. The facility feels fresh and the technology and security is great. It was easy to set up our arrangement and the online account access is well thought out. Often the measure of a good place is how easy it is to leave as it is to enter. Our need was short-term and the day we moved out, it could not have been easier and more fair. They do what they say they will do. A well run facility reflects the quality of its leadership. This is a well run facility!

The guy who helped me at the Jacksonville Beach location (I know he told me his name but I am terrible with names...) was a great mix of professional and personable. He gave me a great deal on my storage and also gave me a great run down on the area. Best customer service I have had in a long time. The guys boss needs to give him a raise, promotion, company car and anything else he can throw at him to make him stay. It’s service like this that keeps people happy and giving you their money. I can’t say enough good things about the place. ALSO, the facility is clean and secure which should be a given 5 stars for the facilities... 10 stars for customer service.

This is an absolutely top notch facility with clean, attractive, air conditioned storage units. The management is sharp and professional. All the customer service representatives I worked with were intelligent, friendly and helpful.The manager Scott was very helpful with my situation. He creatively worked with me when I had an uncertain timeline (that changed three times!) for getting my items out of the unit.This has been a very stressful time for me, with a lot of things going on every day. It helped me so much that Scott was able to make the situation work within the guidelines of the organization. They also offer a very reasonable truck rental which helps defray the expense of moving things from the units.I am new to the area, and do not know anyone. I feel like I made new friends with the staff here. They really went above and beyond to help me, too much to detail here. This is a great storage facility, you can rest assured that your fine quality items will be safe and secure here.

We have been using this storage facility since they opened a few years back. Zachary is a newer addition to the team here and is extremely helpful and professional. Pricing is a bit high but the convenience to our home secure and cleanliness of this establishment makes it worth it.

This has to be the cleanest storage facility in the city and Ive been to a lot of them. Management was very responsive even after hours!

Zack helped us out this morning and we couldn’t have done it without him. I’m sure in the age of social distancing, providing in-person quality service can be a challenge but he provided A+ service.Going to tour storage unit isn’t always something to look forward to, how we with Zack’s help, it made it significantly easier.

My boyfriend and I have been using this Cubesmart off and on for the last year, and they have been the most accommodating and pleasant people to work with. I have been a customer of this CubeSmart for over 3 years now. I am active duty and every time I deployed, I relied on them to keep my house hold goods in a safe & clean space. Hands down this is the best storage unit facility in the city. I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else- and I am upset I’m leaving the area because it was so quick to my house. The spaces are clean, the workers are always helpful and it’s more than reasonable priced when you look at their competitors.
