The property manager, Pat, is extremely personable and helpful. The property is always clean and I feel very safe leaving my sons furniture there.

Public Storage on Jacksonville Beach is a great place to leave your belongings. I left my furniture, clothing, etc. for over 2 years, and when I came to pick them up everything was there, in good condition.The best thing about this location is the staff that services it. I was especially impressed by Teresa and Pat! They were real down to earth beach people! Teresa was extremely helpful when I was moving out; she went the extra mile! Pat was always positive and helpful!When I come back to Jacksonville Beach, if I need storage, this is the place I would pick.

Pat was beyond helpful! Moving is stressful but she was able to offer suggestions and tips to make it easier. Will be using them again in the future!

Additionally, I was very impressed with the entire area as they have well kept grounds and a very clean unit I stored things in.I was so impressed I wanted to know who managed the location. Teresa told me Pat was. I went later in the week just to tell Pat how impressed I was with what she has done with that location. I saw it a few years ago prior to Pat and it is night and day better. Pat was humble, but she is proud to see it become what it is today.

Great facility, wonderful employees, clean and friendly. Pat and Heather were both wonderfully cheerful and helpful when I came to rent my first ever storage unit. She helped me decide that I didn’t need a unit as big as I had originally reserved and get in the right size, all in a timely manner. The advertisement originally quoted a $1 for the first month but after all the fees, lock price, and insurance the total came out to being just a bit less than my reoccurring monthly due. Nevertheless 5/5!

Terrible service, they only care about money

Alright, I will start off by saying that Ive been meaning to write this review for a long time and its actually been about a year now since I have checked out of my unit at this location because I no longer needed to rent a space.HOWEVER, I want to stress that I absolutely HAD to leave this review because of how incredible my experience here was.First and foremost, Pat, the Property Manager is by far one of the most professional, compassionate and helpful individuals I have ever met and had the pleasure of doing business with. I will refrain from getting into to much detail but simply put, I was having a rough go at it with life and when I was having to move all up and down the east coast there were multiple personal issues and events that caused me extreme anxiety and stress especially because I essentially had my whole life, including highly sentimental objects, being stored all the way in Florida where I was not readily available to reach and access when I was experiencing this very stressful time period. And Pat was nothing sort of a Guardian, she was incredibly communicative, despite the shame I was feeling regarding not always being able to make my payments on time and there were multiple instances that I was dangerously close to losing everything but Pat!Pat was so workable, reassuring and even went as far as recommending a cheaper storage unit for me that she had available on this property!Like WOW! Who does that?! Talk about going the extra mile, and this wonderful soul truly went the distance with me!And although I am leaving this review for this specific property, it is really Pat who earned and deserves this 5+Star rating!If you need anything, go to Pat. She is an absolute ROCK STAR!

Mrs. Pat at Public Storage on Shetter Ave. is the BEST! She was always available, extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and sweet as can be! The property and storage units are clean, odorless and our climate-controlled unit was always cool. We even endured a hurricane while our furniture was being stored, and there was no flooding or damage at all! We were in search of a storage facility with climate control and a parking spot for our box trailer. So glad we stopped by. After a long day of driving and searching, we found Public Storage and Pat.
