The staff is awesome- helpful, reliable, fun, friendly and dependable. I highly recommend using this store. We have a mailbox there and it has made our lives so much easier.

I am an artist, editor, and Jeremy was absolutely in-tune with implementing what I imagined into my card! He is a pro and has a fabulous attitude and talent! Jeremy knows his way around the UPS Store’s computer graphic design programs! I highly recommend this Store and it’s employees!Kudos!

The absolute best service. I come here weekly for both personal and professional supplies, printing, shipping, etc. The guys here are so helpful, positive, and efficient in getting you exactly what you need (in the most affordable option!) - I drive out of my way to come to this location, 5 stars!!

I made a mistake on my package and my choices were to deal with outsourcing call center in India which were completely useless. Or the store manager who was about as useless. My package is gone. Im DONE with ups.

Amazing service. Helped me in with my packages and credit card payment. Chatted about the need for masks and how important they are. Just a great place to go. I may start driving out here from my home in baymeadows!

When i lived at the beach i really enjoyed dropping into this UPS. The guys were always so chipper and helpful and they worked together as a team. I’ve never ever enjoyed going into a UPS store as its not the most exciting experience ... but these guys made it fun!!

This location will charge you for unnecessary packing. I had the same type item shipped with no issues with FedEx and other UPS locations. I already had a pre-paid shipping label and the owner said he would not ship it unless I paid $25 for them to box it up. The seller who I was returning it to didnt require this, it was simply a way to get extra $$ from the owner. This is exactly why I always choose FedEx when possible, but Ill never be back to this store. Wouldnt listen to reason - just in it to make quick $$ by refusing to ship items unless you pay extra for their so called shipping criteria. Never an issue untilthis particular store.

I asked for the most economic way to send. I expect an honest answer or suggestion, instead got a ups method that costs twice the USPS

Rude staff and terrible service. I was in this morning and had my two small dogs with me and the staff behind the counter started yelling at my dogs when they were crawling on the floor, I asked him why he was yelling and he said they were not welcome in the store. I told him all he had to do was ask and I would put them in the car. I took my packages to the USPS and will never return to this store again.

I use this location for shipping all the time (several times a week) and Ive always found all the staff super helpful and quick! I wish all businesses were like this!Hal

I needed a couple of posters and brochures done quickly and Dennis and his team delivered that very same day and at a reasonable price! I will always go there from now on!
